• Michael (1/5): Horrible nights sleep. Staff pretty much told me to fuck off when I brought it up. - I liked that it was close to the highway and the it had good rates. I didn’t like the 4am fire alarm that never went away. Didn’t get back to sleep until the next day.

Was not greeted by friendly staff. Booked a river view room was not given a rover view. Room was suppose to be 97 it was more when I paid. Wall paper peeling off tbe wall. Had i known I wouldnt of been given a river view i would of chose the cheaper option to begin with!

• Cynthia (3/5): Wet Sheets - Emergency Alarm HORRIBLE STAY NO HELP. - I love the rooms and slots, the staff is friendly and welcoming. I love Ballys casino but this last stay was horrible, not only were the sheet still extremely wet which made our sleep quality awful. And then we got woken up at 4am by the emergency alarm which keeped going for like 20 mins. My worst experiences at a Ballys casino.

The TV remote did not work and the TV itself did not respond well. We got a new remote but it ended up working to change only a few channels then it didn't respond. Room 1111

The primary reason for not enjoying the room was being awakened at 1:30 am by an alarm. It was not pleasant hearing a loud voice stating that there was an emergency in the hotel. Also, no explanation was given.

Under staffed. 3rd floor restaurant closed. Pet not allowed anywhere except the worn out pet room on 5th floor. Alarm caused us to leave at 1 am.

Bathroom needs complete renovate. Shower enclosure needs replaced due deteriorating. Shower handle floppy loose. Lights transformer needs replaced. Mirror shows signs of age.

The sheets, pillow cases, and the top cover on the bed had stains on them. They gave us more sheets. The bathroom door was dirty and the floor was filthy. The room did not smell fresh, it smelled bad. They would not move us to another room.

• Cooper (8/5): It was OK. Again, the employees chatted too much amongst each other. Bad customer Service - It was difficult to find a charger for phones. Bathrooms were very nice. Needed a handicapped room. Requested a shower chair at check in but never received it. Also requested hand held showerhead, was told there were no rooms with hand held showerheads. Most employees were laid back communicating with each other and not focused on the customer. Rarely did any of the staff ask, "How can I help You or May I help You.?" They would not acknowledge your presence. To some it was like a joke
