tjlink89 (2/5): Absolute Scam – Rhythm City Casino & Resort (Davenport, IA) & Elite Casino Resorts – Stay Far Away - I just received my “rewards” summary from Rhythm City Casino & Resort after blowing through $62,570.35 in slot wagers between January and April 2026 (see attached statement). My net loss for the period was over $4,000, and what did this “generous” casino give me in return? Ten measly dollars in free slot play. That’s it. One sad little $10 voucher for the “Mystery Gift Card Giveaway,” “Spring into Slot Play,” and “Match Board Madness” promotions they plaster all over the place. After SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS in action, they hand you a coupon worth less than a tank of gas. Disgusting. I’ve been to plenty of casinos, but I’ve never seen a rewards program this insulting. Elite Casino Resorts (the company that owns this dump) clearly thinks their customers are suckers. The flyers promise “free slot play” and “gift cards,” but when you actually show up and lose tens of thousands, you get treated like a broke tourist who wandered in off the street. The entire operation feels deliberately designed to squeeze every last dollar out of loyal players and then spit in their face with pathetic crumbs. The casino floor is tired, the promotions are a joke, and the player’s club is an outright rip-off. If you’re dumb enough to gamble here, don’t expect anything resembling value or appreciation for your business. They’ll happily take your $62k and hand you back enough free play to maybe win $8 on a penny slot before it’s gone. This crooked, greedy, worthless business can rot. I will never spend another cent at Rhythm City Casino & Resort or any other Elite Casino Resorts property. Save your money and your dignity — go literally anywhere else. 363marlam (8/5): Nice hotel, casino- meh - Beautiful 10 year old hotel. Check in desk is across from the casino and not by the hotel itself which is a bit odd. Smaller parking lot, but more parking further out. Nice room with comfortable beds, TV was kinda small but working, we did hear folks next door arguing and swearing a bit, and despite being on the freeway side of the 4 th floor, we slept okay. The bathroom was adequate in size, and water was hot, large shower head was okay but we are not fans of the half a shower door, it's kinda cold when you shut water off, and no bath fan so the mirror fogs up as well. I felt the price was way too high for what we got by 1/3. We travel quite a bit and must have been paying for the show headliner, which is the reason we stayed there. I wasn't too impressed with the pool or hot tub. No towels are at the pool, so I had to go back to the room to get the ones in our room. I couldn't find the hours for the pool or fitness center (which doubles as a business center- one little desk, computer and a chair in the corner). Fitness center had one all in one machine, and elliptical and a few exercise bicycles. Cute gift shop, Spa looked nice. Casino itself is tiny and very smelly. There are no walls at all between smoking section and everything else which was very disappointing. I didn't even bother to sign up for the players clubs, as I doubt we will come back.

The hotel room was clean and well appointed. Loved the walk-in shower. Food at the Sports bar was great. Sadly the morning buffet was a waste of money. Huge selection, but everything tastes the same.

Choose of food, later at night, 7:30 on Thursday... been here on our annual trip 3 times and all 3 times very disappointed in the service and the food at the sports bar. Enough that next year we will choose a different locations to stay.

The check in in not conveniently located by the guest rooms and front desk gave me a room number and keys and walked all the way to our room and keys didn’t work. Had to walk all the way down again. They gave me the wrong room number but acted like it was my fault. Also the rooms are very sound proof. Loud music all night and you could hear the people next to you like they were in your room. Hotel and casino were clean but hotel staff and overall hotel experience wasn’t the greatest.

Sharon (8/5): Mixed feelings - The room was nicely appointed and clean. The only issue we had is the weak shower. If I had wanted to wash my hair, no way would it rinse enough. The smoking section allows cigarettes but not cigars. An employee told my hubby he couldn’t smoke inside meanwhile we were surrounded by cigarette smokers. The area is pretty isolated, nothing else around and the casino isn’t huge.

Bryan (10/5): - Stayed three nights, and was pleasantly surprised. I loved the fact that the pool was open late, the beds were comfortable, and the property felt safe. My only complaints were that the pillows were not the best; and the steakhouse upstairs is a little overrated/expensive for what it is. Save your money, if you want a good steak, just go to Texas roadhouse it’s better quality and a quarter of the price.
Ron (6/5): - It was a clean place to stay.Friendly employees. The bed was uncomfortable for us. There was no menu or room service information. No info about local shop or restaurants. Went to concert there and setting was very tight and just folding chairs. Too expensive for what you get.

Keiara (10/5): 10/10 - First time visiting this hotel and we were not disappointed at all! Beautiful rooms and property. The hotel staff was also very nice! The only thing we’d change is having a microwave in the room.

We were stranded in the quad cities when our RV needed repairs and Aspen, Kathy, and Josh worked together to find a room for us on a busy evening. We love the casino and have visited many times when we're in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the casino is fun. We like to eat at Draft Day Sports Lounge while we're there.
Jane (6/5): - Very isolated property with no room service and extremely limited dining. Casino floor is super small. This is not a good choice when traveling across country.
