Lucy la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable en todas las ocasiones, respondiendo inmediatamente a los emails o a los mensajes. Los apartamentos se encuentran a pocas paradas del centro yendo en metro. La parada de metro (Messe Prater línea morada U2) está casi enfrente de los apartamentos cruzando la calle, y se encuentran al lado del Prater (parque de atracciones)

Extra touches like Christmas chocolate and map of all the Christmas markets were greatly appreciated. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on another trip. Would be a great spot to stay at half way through a trip as there are laundry facilities in the room.

- Ryan (10/5): Amazing!!! - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The check in was quick and very efficient. The rooms are very modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. The apartments are fully functional. They have walk in showers, washer/dryer combo, closet space, full kitchen (fridge, range, microwave), dining area, desk, comfortable bedding, AND past the room darkening shades there’s a walk out balcony with a table and chairs. The floors can be heated if you prefer and the water pressure in the shower is amazing. There is a coffee shop/bakery that serves breakfast right next door and you can get a free coffee there for staying at the lodge. The location, apartment, and experience is perfect. Would definitely stay here again!!

It had a washer/dryer which was necessary for our long stay. Also had a small kitchen and a lovely balcony that opened onto a courtyard. It was excellent for getting around Vienna without a car as it was only one block away from the u-bahn station. Also within one block of a grocery, a post office and a drug store. We felt very at home there and it had everything we needed.

We loved the smart TV, fast internet, comfy bed and modern furnishings. The staff was over the top nice and helpful, particularly with a reservation issue that I had that was in no way their fault. By far our favorite place to stay during our tour of Europe.

The room was exactly same as picture. It was so clean and cozy. I was surprised that there were Washing machine and Dryer and Dish washer. I could cook everyday because Kitchen has enough equipment. I can not afford to complain anything about this hotel. I love it !! I will come back Vienna and hope to stay there again. Thank you for providing good services.
- Marianne (10/5): New holiday apartments near Messe-Prater station - I visited in October with my 11 year old daughter. Despite the hipness of the name, this is a family run business, with the owners clearly being involved in the day to day running of the place. The building and rooms are freshly renovated. The building itself is on a large road, but we stayed a a studio with a balcony on the first floor overlooking a leafy courtyard. The beds, kitchen (with coffee maker and kettle) and bathroom (including a washing machine, yay!) were new and all in working order. The house is located very near Messe-Prater station, with frequent trains giving easy access to all the touristy highlights of Vienna. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van een metrostation van waar je zo in de stad bent. Een aanrader voor iedereen die een bezoekje wil brengen aan Wenen.
