• Leanne (4/5): - The property was relatively close to the town centre and had WiFi It was really not cleaned well, we felt grubby the whole time we stayed. The furniture and amenities were outdated and not comfortable, it didn’t look like the pictures, cobwebs everywhere, bug powder in all the corners, mouldy shower mat, door handle barely holding on as well as towel rails, it really needs a good clean

• Andrew (8/5): Wonderful host and comfortable accommodation in great position - Adele was a very considerate and attentive host, very quick to answer any of our questions. We enjoyed our stay very much. Using multiple appliances (eg the oven and the microwave) meant the power goes off.
• Echenanci (3/5): Beautiful location - nice outdoors - Dismal unless you really really don't care - Adele was very responsive and met us exactly when she said she would. When we had issues - she was very responsive and available. Area was so pretty - the outdoors was spacious and quite beautiful. The negative reviews are pretty much true. Nothing from the last few months has been fixed and the place just seems to have fallen into disrepair - the shower head was broken off the wall, the power kept going off whenever we plugged in something basic like a phone charger. There is quite a bit more, but to be honest - it felt more like a place that backpackers would stay at. We had cancelled a lovely hotel to book this so my brother could stay with us as it seemed quite large. It was regretful but it didn't quite taint an otherwise beautiful experience in Sorrento.
• Jean (5/5): Do not stay in this apartment in the summer heat and be prepared for a “rustic” experience. - We came to like it the longer we stayed. There is no air conditioning. It was 38 degrees when we arrived and we were provided two pedestal fans. Two of our group booked another hotel immediately. We had to sleep with all the windows open and both fans in the one room. Luckily the are is pretty quiet. It is not a three bedroom house - it is a one bedroom house with two single beds in the lounge room and one in a hallway. There is very little privacy except for the main bedroom. The two single beds means there is nowhere to sit except at the dinner table in the middle of the same room. Bathroom - one shower door was missing meaning the floor gets a bit wet. The toilet seat is wonky and coming off and the washing machine doesn’t work properly - it gets stuck on the first drain cycle meaning the clothes don’t go through a full wash cycle. The only way to fix it is by running a spin/rinse cycle. The kitchen facilities appeared ok but we didn’t use them as we dined out. The owners were there to welcome us and the husband had no shame in trying to cross sell us with the services of the private boat hire company he had. It is up a bit of a hill and about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station and main square. The outdoor sitting area is a nice touch but you share it with the people living upstairs and it is not very clean - could do with a good sweep.
• Jemshaw (8/5): Fine, but not wheelchair friendly - Reasonably priced and secured by electric gates. Orange trees in the garden and a pleasant private terrace. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful. There's a decent supermarket within five minutes' walk. A 10 minute stroll puts you in the central piazza, and five minutes more to the port. The accommodation is fairly basic, but clean and good value. For the able-bodied, it's a great base. But... We booked because the accommodation is billed as wheelchair-friendly. In fact, the main bedroom is up four steps, with half a dozen or so steps up to the terrace. The toilet is usable if you can transfer from a wheelchair without support bars. The shower is very small, with a flimsy plastic screen that can't be used for support. The hosts provided a chair, which made showering possible, but there's barely room for elbows and knees. The floor become dangerously slippery when wet. If your party is all able-bodied, none of this is an issue. For a disabled guest, though, it can't be recommended.
• Tony (3/5): We only used the structure for sleeping - There was no breakfast, which I did not mind. Location was good, the outside of the structure looked wonderful. The inside of the structure was in despair. In the bathroom; towel holders, falling off the walls. The hook for the hand held shower off shower stall. Shower stall at bottom all black, needed a good clean. The sheets were so old, balls all over. I could never recommend it to anyone.
