Wanika (8/5): Good stay for the value - The room was clean. I liked the option to press a button in the room to turn on the do not disturb sign. When I told the front desk the light bulb in my room had gone out, they quickly sent maintenance up to replace the light bulb. There was no sugar free drink option in the vending machine. It would be nice if they had an ice machine accessible to the guest on every floor, instead of guest having to take the elevator to level 1 to get ice from the freezer.

Tuvimos que dejar las maletas antes del check in y el señor que nos atendió fue muy amable y servicial. Está a 10 minutos de la entrada de metro y el barrio es demasiado interesante Al momento del check in nos atendió otro señor y como no le entendía bien por el acento fue grosero

Filippo (5/5): - The location worked fine for me. Definitely not the experience we expected. The location was convenient for us, but the accommodation was just okay. The room was quite small and not very comfortable. Pretty dark and not many outlets. As other guests have mentioned, the walls were poorly insulated and we could hear people talking in the next room, which made it hard to fall asleep. The shower was also inconvenient: the showerhead was mounted on the wrong side, making it difficult to turn on the water without getting splashed. What really disappointed me was the breakfast. Everything tasted stale, especially the sweet items like cookies. The donuts were overly sweet, and overall there was very little variety. Unfortunately for all these reasons, considering the price too, I would rate this stay 2.5 stars

Edward (9/5): Overall, it was the best hotel I have stayed in within the flushing area. - The room was clean and large size. The bed was very comfortable, The front desk staff were nice and helpful. It was in a good location and next to the mall. The shower had a nice amount of water pressure compared to some of the other hotels in Flushing area that I have stayed in before. I liked the room. The first night though was rough. Someone in the room above me was stomping around and talking way to loud as well as arguing with someone. I got very little sleep between 1am and 3am and ruined things the first night. That is why my overall score was 9 out of 10. The other nights we fine.
