Apartman je besprijekorno čist i uredan, sve doslovno miriše na čistoću. Unutra je i mini bar s besplatnim pićima i keksima. U sobi se nalazi prekrasna kada koja je savršena za potpuno opuštanje, a krevet je vrlo udoban. Lokacija je odlična, u samom centru i sve je na dohvat ruke. Doručak je također bio odličan. Svakako mjesto kojem bismo se rado vratili! -

• Cara (10/5): Great location, wonderful staff and nicely decorated room. - The owner was very helpful in getting us checked in. My cell phone failed and was not functional. So we were not able to communicate well. The restaurant across the way allowed my husband to use their wifi so we could contact Kadena's staff. Once we spoke, they even allowed us to store our bags in the room early so we could enjoy the city. This air bnb room was very central to the city and allowed us to freely roam about. We especially loved the decor of the room as it made us feel like we were at home.

• Karen (10/5): A gem in the heart of Old Town Zadar - The suite was so well maintained, beautifully decorated & well stocked. Even some drinks & water in fridge. The location was so excellent right in town ! Communication between renter & us was so good & we were greeted & shown our apartment by a lovely young man who ‘insisted’ he carry my bags up the stairs. The 2 flights of stairs could be an issue for some people. Finding a parking spot was the hardest part but we lucked out!

• Koji (10/5): Within the wall. Must climb stairs. - Located inside the wall, so no parking within. We find parking area very close to the hotel and walked in to the hotel. Hotel was close to the parking area and it wasn't too expensive to park there for 24hrs or more. I had very hard time finding the hotel once we got there. However after short message (via hotel.com site), I was met with hostess. Room is clean and beautiful. Conveniently located within the wall so that you can walk to everything. You do have quite a bit of steps (3rd floors) without the elevator, so be ready to carry your luggage up. We liked the room and the location.

Inga est une hôte extraordinaire. Elle s'est rendue disponible lorsque mon itinéraire (et donc mon heure d'arrivée) a été modifié et elle a pris le temps de m'indiquer les points d'intérêt de la ville. Inga recommended and booked restaurants for us - Malo Misto was great. Only issue was the fact the room is two floors up and we had ridiculously big cases but Inga sent her adorable son to carry them up for us!
• wildb (10/5): Außergewöhnlich - Die Gastgeberin, eine junge Dame, hat uns bei der Ankunft wertvolle Infos zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und empfehlenswerten Lokalen gegeben, die wir dann voll nutzen konnten. Die Lage des Appartements ist einzigartig, mitten in der Innenstadt und alles ist zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Frühstück gibt es zwar in einem Lokal ums Eck, aber es war nicht weit weg und sehr gut.

There was some construction right outside the building (jackhammer) on our first night that didn’t stop until 11pm, thankfully it was only the first night. Recommend Brooklyn Bagels for bagel sandwiches. They were delicious. We also appreciated the free snacks/drinks in the mini fridge.

I did not know Zadar and the inability to bring luggage close to the room. We are traveling for three weeks and have more than our share of luggage. It would have been nice to have a detailed explanation prior to travel so that arrangement could be made being 75. I also did not understand the breakfast voucher and did not give it to the waiter before getting a menu.

• Paul (10/5): Luxury rooms Kadena was ideal for our needs. Clean, modern room with great city center location. - Location was excellent, could not have asked for a better spot. The room itself was spotless and everything was in good working order. The bed was very comfortable so no problem sleeping. While there was noise in the street below, the shutters and thick windows effectively kept it to a barely audible level. The A/C was easy to use and kept the unit at the desired temperature. There is not much to criticize. Of course, a bit more space would be nice, but considering the city-center location and price, the space was fine.

• Tony (10/5): Perfect location within the old city. - Inga, the host, was very helpful and accommodating with restaurant recommendations and local information. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the action with shops, bars, and restaurants right outside the apartment building.
• Bertrand (9/5): Very nice room well located in old town Zadar - The breakfast was included but we had to walk 5 min to get there. I didn't like to have to go up 40 steps to get to the room. If you're not fit it's not for you and you better have a small suitcase (carry-on) to travel in the B&B's in Europe. They don't have elevators so you better be prepared to go up stairs because when you book online you have no idea on what floor you'll end up.
• A (10/5): Great location and host - Centrally located in the Zadar Old Town peninsula the apartment was very well presented. Inga was the to meet us, show us the amenities and very helpful recommending sights to see. We found the public car parks recommended by Inga easy to find not so too far from the accommodation.

• Mamta (9/5): comfortable refurbished apartment rooms. - The property is located on the small peninsula attached attached to the mainland Croatia. One should be informed that these are not hotel rooms they are furbished apartment rooms. Most of the properties in this area were refurbished rooms as no new construction is allowed because of the heritage-protected status of this area. The host is friendly and will inform you of all the tourist attractions in the area. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. They were generous with toiletry supplies in the room. The host accommodates your request for invoice to the company. These are not really negative aspects, but just somethings that a visitor should know before arriving. 1) About the breakfast: You get a token for the breakfast at another cafe two streets away from the accommodation. After our first day, we preferred to go to another cafe, as the variety was not really so great. 2) Considering it is not really a hotel, but just rooms, a shared (or in the room) kitchenette area may have been good.

The rooms are bright and beautifully decorated, spacious and spotless. All of the added touches were very considerate as well. The location could not have been better. Everything was so close to the hotel we were able to drop off packages and make stops throughout the day. I can highly recommend the hotel. Nothing.

Inga was a brilliant host and very good source of information of her city. For the price we were expecting someone would be coming into the room daily to make up the bed and refresh the towels.
