- Cecilia (10/5): Charming Stay - Can't wait to be back! - Breakfast was really good. It got everything I expected and more. I loved the fact that there was a juice extractor so each morning I will prepare my own "green juice". The cook was very attentive and catered to our needs. The hotel is family run. It has a shuttle for convenient transport within the town and Virgil and Lucille made sure we got acquainted with everything we needed to know for a fun ski trip in Crans. We also were lucky and got a room upgrade with an amazing view. I wish the restaurant area was opened for dinner. We only used it for breakfast but I guess the hotel opens it when there is more people staying at the hotel. We stayed at the end of the ski season. Nevertheless, many great dinner options are only walking minutes away.

- Amalia (10/5): Fantastic hotel at a very very good price - The room was big with a completely new bathroom and shower and a great view over the mountains. There was a small terrace with enough space for a table and two chairs. The bed was big and comfortable. There were several blankets available for the colder days. The hotel has a place to leave all the ski gear, parking and a lovely breakfast room with a gorgeous mountain view. The breakfast prioritize local food and zero waste. The had home made jam, pancakes and mixed juices. At your arrival they offer a bottle of water and they bring it to your room. The hotel is midway from the center of Crans and of Montana surrender by beautiful paths that link both centers and other tracks. Nothing can go wrong there!

La chambre était impeccable, confortable et très bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, avec des produits frais et variés. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, proche de tout mais au calme. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons vivement cet établissement !

Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die persönliche und familiäre Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, mit frischen Produkten und einer schönen Auswahl – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Das Badezimmer war renoviert und modern gestaltet, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Nicht- die Leistung war super

- Jouy (8/5): Allez y mais réservez directement par l’hôtel - L’amabilité du personnel et le professionnalisme. La prochaine fois, je réserverai en direct et je ne passerai pas par Booking. C’est moins cher en réservant directement à l’hôtel et cela permet de rémunérer mieux les gens qui travaillent. En effet j’en ai un peu marre de payer plus cher et de rémunérer des intermédiaires qui en plus s’arrangent pour ne pas payer d’impôts.
- Keil (9/5): Une expérience 3 étoiles ''augmentée'' en plein centre de Crans - Direction familiale de cet hôtel et présence aux petits soins de toute la famille Bonvin. Nous avons également étésd surclassés, car il y avait un peu de place. Le petit déjeuner est particulièrement copieux et fourni avec des produits locaux; à signaler que les Bonvins font les yoghourts et la confiture. Zimmer renoviert und auf aktuellem Standard. Man fühlt sich wohl, besonders wenn man die anonyme und sterile Atmosphäre der grossen internationalen Ketten meiden will. Fällt mir nichts ein.

Virgil, our host, was an exceptional young man whose knowledge of the history of the area as well as the hotel made our stay all the more special. Views across the horizon, our own back garden, modern bathrooms in an otherwise quaint facility the BEST buffet we have had in our many visits to the area. A true gem. A must- we will certainly return. We loved absolutely every ,minute of our stay, every interaction with the staff, and the discounts for local activities.

The coupons for free access to the boating and mini-golf as well as the half-off on the telecabine. "Do not disturb cards" to put on the door as the cleaning staff arrived quite early (before 10:00) on most every day.
