Le propriétaire ou gestionnaire m'as dis de y rentrer quand la porte est ouverte mais devant la porte c'est écrit que la salle de sport est réservé aux propriétaires. L'appartement n'est pas propre et il y a plein de moustique écrasé sur les murs
- Verified traveler (2/5): terrible memorry in Milano - 표지판도 없고 리셉션도 없는데, 48시간 전에 미리 호텔로 전화해야 한다는 문구는 너무 조그맣게 뒤 페이지에 나와있어서 전혀 모른채로 숙박을 못했음. 호텔 건물은 그냥 아파트인데, 아파트 건물 앞에서 2시부터 4시까지 2시간을 서서 기다림. 아파트 주민들이 이상하게 보고 누굴 기다리냐고 물어보기까지 함. 이 건물에 호텔이 있다는 말은 전혀 모른다고 하며 여기가 아닐거라고 함. 2시간이 지난 후 어쩔 수 없이 근처 다른 호텔을 급하게 예약해서 숙박했음. 다른 호텔에 도착해서 짐 풀자마자 호텔 주인이 어디있냐며 전화옴. 환불요청 했더니, 자기네들은 모두 공지했기 때문에 책임이 없다함. 호텔스 닷컴의 정책에 문제가 있음. 리셉션 없으니 문열어주는 사람과 미리 연락 꼭해야 한다고 잘 보이게, 예약 하기 전 페이지에 공지해야 하지 않음?
