Overall for the price is very good,the only thing that I did not like is the person who showed me the apartment on the second floor with no elevator and the shuttle driver didn't even asked me to help with my heavy luggage, it's a common sense,but not here

• Kostadinka (2/5): - 1 star is too many for this place. Where do I starts… First there’s no reception to check in as described on the web. We were made to wait 20 min outside in the rain and I had to call several times and was told the driver will be coming to check us in!!! A driver to check customers in a hotel?!! That was very fishy already!!! After some time I called again and was told a lady is coming, she came and let us in a block of flats, the “apartment” wasn’t what I selected online and as we walked in it absolutely wrecked with cigarette smell, I’m a none smoker with 2 small children… it was nosiating and made me feel sick, everything was really bad smell of cigarettes. I must point out the group of man (5-6) standing downstairs by the entrance and asking all sort of questions was very very uncomfortable and quite scary. It turns out the lady who opened the “apartment” to let us in was standing with the group of man downstairs after all. And yet we were made to wait 20 min for checking in.. Why? I’m not quite sure how this place calls itself a hotel? It is not a hotel. I don’t remember feeling that uncomfortable in a place like this and I had to get myself and my children out of there. We ended up leaving and staying ells where. I would never recommend this place and would never book there again. This was one of the worst experience I’ve had. Unfortunately I can not add photos to describe the smell of this place.

• kirk (8/5): - The room was very clean, organized, quiet and comfortable. The location is near the airport but not near public transportation to the airport. Depending upon the staff member some English is spoken.

• Ricky (4/5): - The room (actually an apartment) was quite nice. Even had a kitchenette. No reception desk or anyone on-site to speak with. The woman on the phone didn’t speak much English and was unable or unwilling to find out the WiFi network name and password. I had to walk a few blocks through what seemed like a sketchy neighborhood to find a McDonald’s to use their WiFi. I was told to leave my key on the room table at checkout, which wouldn’t be an issue but the key also had a fob that controlled the elevator. Thankfully I was only on the 2nd floor, but had a couple large pieces of luggage and a cat in a carrier. After an hour there I was already looking for another hotel. I would not stay there again.
• Immanuel (10/5): perfect place close to the airport - the apartment was perfect, very clean and comfortable. the reception was very responsive and extremely helpful, the apartment was very close to the airport, shuttle service very efficient. overall a great stay!!

• Cristina (4/5): Es peor de lo que parece - No tiene parking como indica la descripcion (es parking en la calle que además tiene muchas zonas prohibidas con aviso de grúa), tampoco tiene recepción 24 horas (tienes que llamar por teléfono y esperar a que alguien vaya), tuvimos que llamarles un montón de veces por el wifi y no sabían la contraseña. Los platos / tazas estaban semi limpios (camas y demás si estaba limpio)
• Dawn (8/5): - Good apartment that was local to the shopping mall. Good access into property with comfy beds, with fridge, kettle and stove (no microwave) Electrics were a bit dodgy and fridge not cleaned out so smelt when we arrived. No process to leave the keys anywhere when going home.

• Verified traveler (6/5): staff need to learn how to deal with customers - check in was very difficult and complicated. there was no reception on the place and it was nowhere stated that you should contact the accommodation in advance. no one answered the specified phone number. when we finally got hold of someone on the phone, the woman who answered was very unpleasant and unprofessional. otherwise approved accommodation for the price you pay if you do not care about smal faults
• Ivan (8/5): Confusing check-in process - There is no reception and customers should call a phone number for somebody to come and let you in. This is not sufficiently well described though, and the check-in process is very confusing. When you arrive at the property, there is a sign for ATM Aparts, which only makes it more confusing as it makes you think you should enter the entrance under the sign, which is not the case. I recommend that the owners update the sign and the description in the website to give better instructions to the guests.

• Jan (8/5): Excellent customer relations - As it happens our apartment was being used by Ukrainian refugees and we were relocated to a sister Hotel. This was a brilliant upgrade, 4* apart-hotel with jacuzzi bath, huge reclining bed, free breakfast and airport transfer. Super friendly staff. Cannot fault the way they handled this. Will definitely consider using them again.

• Ivan (4/5): No reception, no hot water, and no communication - Check-In: The hotel is located in an apartment building. The hotel has no reception. It is unclear where the entrance is or how to check-in. We had to ask a lady in the grocery store and she knew the cleaning lady and called her. Without that, it is totally unclear how to enter the building. Parking: It is unclear where the parking is and most people have to park illegally on the street. No hot water, communication from hotel was non-existent: During our stay, there was no hot water due to scheduled city maintenance. This was known to the hotel for a few days before our visit, but we were not informed in any way until the time of check-in. We were unpleasantly surprised with the news by the cleaning lady. They offered us to accommodate us at another location, but the options given were not satisfactory as the room did not have enough beds for our family and the bathroom was outside of the room. Overall very frustrating experience.

• Iman (6/5): - Området var fint, men man skulle gå til nærmeste station. Morgenmaden var elendig, toast med 2 skiver ost. Medarbejderen (Herren) var virkelig ubehøvlet til morgenmaden, dog var de kvindlige kollegaer søde. Ingen hårtørrer og køleskabet var slukket ved ankomst.

• JFM (8/5): Convenient place near a bunch of new offices - The apartments are in a new building, very clean and well-equipped with everything you might need even for a longer stay. Pick-up from the airport is included and easy to arrange. Location is close to various business offices as well as a huge mall (with food court). Not well suited to visit the centre as it is too far to walk there - although taxis are cheap. Lots of buildings are being constructed in the area but there is no loud noise to keep you awake. A couple of small things like bedside lamp and maybe some basic supplies (coffee, sugar) would be nice. There is a shop downstairs.
• Gail (10/5): - Brand new and scrupulously clean. The classic studio has a living room- kitchen combo with a two burner glass top stove, no oven, small fridge. Totally adequate. Very good Wi-Fi and lots of TV – I watched CNN all the time. Separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with nice glass shower. Really inexpensive. Right down stairs very handy little bodega with friendly proprietor. Great location 3 miles from downtown. Close to tech center where my husband attended a workshop. Bus system and metro great. Would definitely stay there again.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Apartment 108 - The "apartment" is a room with kitchen about 1.5meters from the bed. I was told there is a full/queen bed inside but it was made of two twin mattresses (of different height/length) pushed together. No A/C; no "mosquito net" on the only window leaves you with the choice to sleep in hot room or sleep in room full of insects. There was no exhaust fan (or window) in the bathroom. Furniture was new (IKEA), bathroom size is good, cheaply furnished though. At check out, I was told that they will be installing A/C the same day....I wonder if this is what everyone hears at checkout.... There was no dedicated parking and you have to park on the street in front (which is active building area). My rental car got scratched (possibly) by someone who parked behind me overnight.
