• Eric (4/5): 高價，卻無服務的飯店 - 我們是12/7入住的，一個晚上六千多元的四人房，沒有附牙膏牙刷等一次性備品在房內，櫃檯也不提供。索取礦泉水，還要自己下到一樓櫃檯拿。早餐選擇少沒關係，但是口味我們住過飯店裡面最不好吃的。早餐吃完，還要自己回收碗筷與整理廚餘。這樣的價錢，要自己動手很多事情，完全不值得，非常不推薦入住。
• SZU CHENG (8/5): C/P值中等 - 這次訂的是家庭四人房，空間並不大，兩張雙人床佔去一半空間，浴室佔去1/4，剩下的活動空間放了一張雙人沙發、一張小茶几，整體來說空間有限，不過因為是較新的建物，因此感覺還不錯；不過浴巾則看得出來使用相當多次，已有明顯的磨損了
• YENHSI (8/5): 離逢甲夜市近，乾淨又親切 - 床不是很好睡，浴室也很小，但能借用寶寶小浴盆幫小孩洗澡還不錯。床頭的插頭只有一邊有，很不方便。房間很乾淨，隔音也很好，只是沒有牙刷要自己帶比較不方便。服務人員態度親切，早餐也不錯，重點是離逢甲夜市滿近的。

Spacious and modern room, very quiet and staff is very helpful with booking of taxi, letting us use their masking tape and weighing machine and letting us know what local bus to take to our chosen destination. Even called us long distance to check if I still wanted a old handbag left in the rubbish bin. Very good service !

• Charmaine (8/5): Overall good but staff are a bit aloof - Location was good - tucked away in a quiet lane but just a 1-2 minute stroll to the family mart and start of fengjia shopping area. 4 minute walk to Ruyi Sunny Cake bakery, reigning champion of Taiwan sunny cake nation-wide competition. Hotel exterior, lobby and corridors look great, modern and luxurious. Rooms however are a little dated but still clean and comfortable. The only shower facility was the Sunken tub in the toilet that is not well designed, my husband and I scraped our feet several times getting in and out of shower. Laundry facilities are self service and coin operated, located in B1, affordable easy to use and does the job well. Laundry detergent is included right next to washing machines. Service wise, compared to our service apartment in Taipei, the staff at KUN were less forthcoming in extending warm and friendly service, not so smiley and did not make eye contact. But i guess they could've felt less appreciated and less motivated by the many noisy tour groups staying 1-2 nights. Breakfast staff started sweeping and mopping the window seating area at 9.30am when breakfast was only supposed to end at 10am. Guests were prompted to leave by 10.15am For such a well located and good value hotel, I guess the most significant improvement that could be made is in guest services, especially towards independent travellers who are more likely to be repeat customers than tour group guests.

• Hel (8/5): Heated toilet seat! - Spent 3 nights here and had a very good rest. Hotel is in a quiet area so it was peaceful. We had booked the Standard Double Room and got upgrade to the triple room which means 1 extra single bed and abit more room. Room was cozy and beds were very comfortable. Tv was clear and had many channels like HBO. Best thing is the toilet bowl! with the clean features and heated toilet seat! The shower drainage was quite bad though. It doesn't able to seem to clear the water fast enough and your feet were like going deep sea diving whenever we took a shower. We chose the package with the breakfast and it was a good spread. It was buffet style with many to choose from like baos, porridge, breads, cereal and heated chinese food. Location wise you can find food places easily in walking distance and a bus stop was around 4mins walk away. We enjoyed our stay here but if it had a table to dine in in the room would make it even better.
• Kathryn (10/5): Clean, comfortable boutique hotel - Clean, comfortable boutique hotel within walking distance to the Feng Jia night market. Was a little hard to find since my gps wasn't working and the hotel clerk wasn't too adept at giving directions. Nobody smiled at reception (hopefully something easily fixed). A mostly Chinese breakfast was very good. Convenient parking garage next to property. Lounge on the roof was small but cozy with nice city view. There's a pool, but we didn't try it.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great Hotel in Taichung 9.5/10 for sure - Amazing Stay at Kun Hotel Taichung, upon my arrival at the hotel. The hotel front office inform me that their check in time 1500hrs, finally i can check in to my room around 1430hrs. And I was inform by them my room get a free UPGRADE to Triple Room. However, we are very happy and the room is very big, clean & tidy. We feel very confortable and for sure will stay here again, the only cons is the walking distance to Fengjia night market is still a distance around 10minutes. It is consider very far for me.
• JANTI (10/5): Pleasant stay at Xitun Feng jia area. - It is a relative new hotel located in a quiet area but within walking distance to Feng Jia night market and shopping. It is important for me not to get noises at my doorstep. There are 2 supermarkets closed to the hotel and many eateries. Our triple room is spacious and cleaned. Service is good, staffs are very helpful. Breakfast was nice with variety, even has couple of vegetarian items, and good coffee.

• wendy (6/5): Nice stay - Kun hotel is near Fengxia night market. It is the best night market in Taiwan. Staff are generally ok, it would be nicer if they can be a little more proactive by greeting the customers. Cab fare is around 220 twd from hotel to hsr station.

Free drinks in fridge were jus 2 cans of unknown brands, nothing to shout abt. Breakfast was simple spread, variety & quality were not great. Walkable to Fengjia night market, lots of street stalls wif clean food, safe fr hygiene-conscious citydwellers.
