The host was very responsive, always available, and quick to help with anything we needed. The location is also very convenient—just 4 minutes from the bus stop. Highly recommend!

- MUHAMMET FURKAN (10/5): - It was a very spacious and very clean room of a guest house. They put a variety of snacks and hot&cold drinks in the room. It was a comfortable stay. Only drawback is when you come later than 7-8 pm, you need to pay late coming fee. But overall it is recommended!

- Diana (10/5): Perfect - Even better than in photos! Very good new rooms, we booked deluxe and king size rooms, there is everything you need and even more. Good bathroom with all nice complementary things (slippers, shower gel, shampoo, shower cap, toothbrush and small kit for ladies). In the rooms coffee, snacks, water and milk. The room is quiet (you can sleep well, no noise from the street if you close window). The host is great, let us leave bags on the day of arrival and departure. Very easy communication by WhatsApp. When I asked for extra blanket, they helped without any problem. 10/10 🥰

- Alin (9/5): - The accommodation room is very nice and comfortable. The staff who takes care of the room is also very kind, he helped us and made us a taxi reservation for 4:30 in the morning. We arrived at the accommodation 4 hours earlier than the check-in time, during which we were given the opportunity to leave our luggage at the reception and return at the appointed time for check-in. For each day of accommodation we received: croissant, coffee capsule, still water, milk, toast, jam, nutella, disposable glasses and cutlery. The room was very clean when we took it over, but for the 4 days of accommodation, no one came to clean it. On the last day of accommodation, I discovered on the inside of the door, hanging from the door handle, a two-part information: "do not disturb, we want to sleep" and on the other side "I want my room cleaned". It was probably our mistake that we only noticed that information on the last day and that we did not put it on the outside of the door so that it would be cleaned.
- Ka In (10/5): Highly recommended the travellers to book this hotel. - The boss Ciro is very friendly and nice and also his grandpa too. We talked a lot. Thanks Ciro recommended us plenty of restaurants and we loved them so much especially the pasta place he recommended (go ask him if you’re interested to know). Me and my friend very enjoyed the time staying there and we stayed for 3 nights. The hotel provides all the amenities including slippers too. We also got surprised by free snacks and drinks too ! We also got shown all the rooms and we love the one with balcony and it has double showers !!! If u walk from the main Naples train station, it only takes 15 min max and easily to get there, just get out from the station, walk straight on the main road, make a sharp turn to the right , then you will get there. The hotel has to fix the drainage of the shower cubicle coz the water didn’t drain fast enough then the water and caused some flooding in the toilet easily.
- Ka In (10/5): Highly recommended. The room is so beautiful and trendy. - Love this hotel. This is a family owned / operated hotel. The boss is the grandson called Ciro and with some help of his grandpa. Both of them are very friendly and kind. The hotel is nice and clean and newly renovated and soooo trendy. They offered free amenities - shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothbrush, shower cap etc. They even offer free tea bags, coffee , bread and toast with jam. Highly recommended the travellers to book this hotel. If u walk from the main Naples train station, it only takes 15 min max and easily to get there, just get out from the station, walk straight on the main road, make a sharp turn to the right , then you will get there. They have to fix the drainage of the shower cubicle, it drains the water so slow, have to stop the tap for some seconds to let the water to drain first before open the tap again to avoid flooding.

I was here 25 years ago with a friend and we stayed 1 night and bailed as hotel was in a rough area and was a bad experience. Napoli is big and old w some bad areas but the Cita offers a lot..Tons of history / great food ( probably BEST pizza I have ever had .. “ PIZZERIA PELLONE - Via Nazionale 93.. Fantastic recommendation from CHETO ( sp ) works the deck @ Welcome inn NAPOLI..
- Caroline (10/5): - The room was great- clean, comfy with an excellent coffee machine. Also pastries were provided so we had breakfast on the balcony. About 10 mins walk from Centrale station so be easy to get around. Really lovely!
