• harriet (10/5): - Loved the location! The property sat proudly above on a hill and had great views. Big hill / side stairs to walk up to the property after heading down to the beach bit of a pain to walk up but it wasnt too bad. Breakfast was awesome! Mix of korean and european foods. Staff were very efficient and well dressed. We had the ground floor room with the futon mat type beds - was a nice experiance but not great if u have problems getting up off the floor! But the hotel offered western style beds which my friends stayed in and they said the beds were comfy. Also bonus we were a 5min walk to the Naksan Temple! Lovely to walk around before we headed off to our next location. All in all next time we stay in Yangyang we will definatly look to stay here again! Loved it!

• 테리현순 (7/5): 가성비좋고, 여유로움. - 접근성 높고, 여유로왔음. 바다뷰 좀 더 주고라도 추천. 주위에 식당, 카페, 베이커리등 다양한 곳들이 5킬로 내 있음. 문화시설 즉 박물관, 미술관등 없어서 좀 아쉬운 것 빼고는 양양읍하고 가까워서 나름편리하고 좋았음 편의점 오픈시간을 늘이세요, 무인시스템 도입하시든지.
• April (10/5): - Beach views were spectacular. Easy walk right onto & down the beach. We stayed here to enjoy the seaside temple next door. It was perfect as we walked straight out and into it. Otherwise we would have had to drive there and pay for parking.

• GREEN (10/5): 양양에서는 늘 이곳에 묵습니다. - 지배인님, 관리자,직원 분들의 서비스가 정말 좋습니다. 매 번 감동합니다. 오늘 카페에서 커피 주문하다가 어떤 손님이 갑자기 의자에서 쓰러졌는데, 지배인님, 프론트 직원, 카페 직원님 모두 해당 손님 돌보는 모습, 안부 묻는 모습에 당사자는 아니지만 감동을 받았습니다. 직원 교육, 분위기 조성을 잘 하신다는 느낌을 강하게 받았습니다. 항상 쿠션어를 사용하는 모습에서 진심으로 감동을 받았습니다. 아참 낙산사 주차 줄이 몹시 깁니다. 그래서 항상 여기 예매해서 구경합니다... 기다리기 힘들거든요. 양양에 오시면 꼭 여기 구경하세요~~~ 룸서비스 시간이 오후 2시 반(라스트 오더)이라 조금 아쉽습니다. 손님들이 다들 밖에서 먹기 때문에겠죠. 나중에는 조식 포함을 하지 않고 룸서비스 먹어볼 예정입니다.

• younjung (7/5): 낙산사 보러 하루 묵어간 곳 - 조식이 꽤 괜찮고 낙산사 낙산비치가 가깝다. 욕실에서 하수구냄새가 났다. 에어컨 작동이 편리하지 않았다. 부대시설이 너무 빈약하다. 내가 묵었던 방은 대나무숲 방향이었는데 방이 너무 작은데 밖이 숲이라 더 답답했다. 아침에 덥긴하겠지만 오션뷰가 더 좋을것 같다.

• minjung (10/5): - 저는 낙산비치호텔을 너무 좋아해서 늘 새로운 숙소를 찾으면서도 여기만큼은 n번째 방문하고 있습니다! 일단 위치가 너무 좋구요. 1일 1낙산사 산책 가능, 낙산해수욕장이 바로 앞이에요. 아이들과 같이 가기에 패밀리룸 룸사이즈와 객실 만족도도 좋아요. 조식도 맛있구요. 저는 특히 비빔밥이 최고라고 생각합니다! 직원분들도 늘 웃으면서 인사해 주시고 친절해요. 저희남편은 해수사우나 사랑합니다. 다만 이번에는 둘째날부터 와이파이 문제가 있었는데 아쉽지만 저희는 체크아웃 때 말씀드리고 그냥 넘어갔어요. 빠른 시일내로 문제가 해결되면 좋겠습니다. 그 외 모든건 다 좋았어요!

Guests should be aware that additional items beyond the standard amenities may incur extra fees. During my stay, the spa was closed, and the game room was not air-conditioned. The wifi was very slow.

• 은영 (10/5): - 지난번 숙박후 좋아서 부모님모시고 가족여행으로 2번째 방문입니다. 다좋았지만 작년에 비해 조식이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.25000원의 조식이기에는 너무 음식종류가 없어서 손이 가는 것이 없던게 많이 아쉬웠습니다.이정도의 조식이면 2만원 미만이 많을것같단 생각도 듭니다. 방도 모두 만족하고 돈이 아깝지 않았지만 식대....조식비...요거 하나는 정말....아까웠네요....조금더 다양한 메뉴를 신경써주셨음합니다.

• Ambar (10/5): - My family and I enjoyed this hotel very much. We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved how close it was to the beach. My only complaint would be the beds. My husband, our 18-month-old, and I would wake up drenched in sweat. I couldn’t understand why until I looked at the bed — there is a plastic layer underneath all the sheets, and I can only assume this is the reason our body heat was trapped, causing us to overheat at night. I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue, but aside from that, this hotel is incredible. The gym and kids’ play area are such a plus! The breakfast is SO GOOD too! Very friendly staff too!

It looks fluffy but not comfortable at all. I hope they do something about the pillows. The breakfast buffet was quiet and clean. Overall I like this place but I hope they keep the quality up to survive. There are more hotels under construction at Naksan beach

• 승혜 (10/5): 최적의 서비스와 휴식을 제공하는 곳 - 온돌 객실 3인 투숙했습니다. 체크인 전부터 온돌을 가동하여 입실하자마자 따뜻한 방에서 휴식을 취할 수 있었던 점이 가장 인상적이었습니다. 이전에도 지인 추천으로 숙박했던 곳이고, 그때 숲 뷰, 오션뷰 모두 묵어봤는데 둘 다 좋았어요. 개인적으로 침구도 편안하고, 무엇보다 "조용하고 깔끔한" 곳을 가장 선호하는데 그 부분에 있어서 항상 만족하는 곳입니다. 이번에 투숙한 온돌 객실은 1층이어서 뷰 만족도는 상대적으로 떨어질 수 있겠습니다만 바닥의 뜨끈함으로 피로 회복하느라 뷰에 대한 아쉬움은 전혀 들지 않았습니다ㅎㅎ 그리고 호텔 입지가 좋고+객실이 1층이기 때문에 바다 보고 싶으면 그냥 나가면 됩니다ㅎㅎㅎ 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 만난 모든 직원분들이 친절하셨으며, 군더더기 없이 깔끔한 안내 덕에 편하게 좋은 여행이 되었습니다. 부대 시설 역시 관리가 잘 되고 있어 쾌적하게 이용하였습니다.

• Ji (10/5): Exceptional - Pretty quiet and silent. The breakfast is for korean perfect. Not western breakfast. The sea spa is very old but nice price and the spa seawater is amazing. You should try. Ice spender is every floor open. You van have it for free. Heating and AC is clean. No allergy problem. When you order to blanket or extra service you have to pay .
