The service offered by the staff was pretty amazing in every sense As a Globalist, I genuinely appreciated the complimentary suite upgrade which made my stay very special. They even allowed me a temporary room till my suite was being ready. Nothing beats be able to go hotel room directly from a flight. The Hotel has a good scope of dining options. The hotel features the best Gym Design and Layout I have seen in many Hyatt hotels. It’s a panoramic Gym layout allowing for natural light to come in. Decent range of equipment. In Rocca They had an excellent breakfast spread. Great Service as well. I highly recommend booking a room with Lounge access as the Happy hour was another highlight. The Appetizers served excellently. Great Service as well. Like to Thank Shiva, Shivam from Front Office. from Housekeeping. Chef Tarun, Chef Harshit from Rocca who made both my breakfasts and especially my dinners so memorable. The Nihari, chicken korma, Biryani and Galouti kebabs during dinner was simply incredible. Also Swami Ishant from Rocca for organizing the the last day breakfast especially with the rush . Yogesh ,and Ritika from Hyatt Club Lounge for their excellent service. Harish and Shiva from Gym. - SridharP40 (6/5): Service levels well below Hyatt standards - I stayed at Hyatt Regency Lucknow recently along with two of my colleagues for a three-night business visit. Unfortunately, the overall service experience was below expectations for a Hyatt property. To begin with, all our names were incorrectly captured by the hotel. This led to repeated Wi-Fi access issues, which we later discovered were linked to incorrect spelling in the system. Despite a three-day stay, room key cards for at least two of us were getting deactivated every day, requiring us to visit the lobby repeatedly to get them reactivated. This was both inconvenient and unnecessary. One of my colleagues also faced persistent air-conditioning issues in his room, with the temperature remaining uncomfortably low and not adjustable until a technician was called. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the restaurant service. During both breakfast and dinner, items ordered were reported not available/served. In addition, multiple drinks listed on the menu were not available, which reflected poor planning and coordination. These are basic service elements that one does not expect to struggle with at a Hyatt. While the property itself is well located, the service standards need significant improvement
- Gopz69 (10/5): Pleasant and Relaxing - A very pleasant and relaxing stay after completing our pilgrimage. Hotel was really busy when we arrived but managed to check in smoothly and swiftly. Rooms are clean and nicely designed.(As what you see in the pics) I would like to especially commend Akanksha Yadav at the front office for being extremely helpful during our stay. Also heartfelt shout-out to all the staffs at the coffee house for their diligence and attentive service in handling customers’ orders. Breakfast spread was nice with a mixture of North and a little of South Indian dishes and Western. The pastries were really nice. Food was overall tasty. Overall it was a pleasant and relaxing stay for the couple of nights.

- Shubhamalock (10/5): Great Experiance, Smooth check-in and check-out, Well managed things specially vehicle by Mr. Pawan Yadav - The experiance was brillinat, Mr Pawan Yadav looks at vehicle and becauce our purpose of visit was to visit Sitapur which is 1.5 hours drive from Lucknow, he managed it exceptionally well. He arranged for a vehicle to and fro to airport for both days of arraival and also arranged for a vehicle for Sitapur with a good driver which was very less intrusive, which otherwise becomes a headache. When we checked-in, it was an early check-in around 10AM, the room was not ready, though we informed that we are looking for early check-in because the flight was supposed to land at 08.40 AM which got delayed by more than an hour. We decided to go to restaurnant and Pawan got out keys in restaurant, which was not his work but he did it, such small gestures is what makes a person stand out. He was also very prompt and helpful in arranging everything. The restaurant, Rocca is good, it served me breakfast items in Lunch also which was also tasy, the food quality, selection and taste is brilliant. Unlike other places where there is very limited Indian food menu, they had brilliant choices and variaties. The classic cold cofee, tasted different in lunch and dinner but I believe that was becacuse change of chef. The food is tasty and have many options which is a delight and this I am saying as a Vegetarian who loves Indian food and prefers to have it only. The check-out was also smooth, the checkout time of 12PM was extended by one hour and they did it, which was exceptional.

I would like to mention Chef Sanjay, Asif Qurasi, Harshit, Jorawar, Bahauddin, Tarun, Arif &Vaishnavi, Amanpreet. You have some outstanding chefs, commis chef and my compliments to all of them. Rooms didn’t feel up to the mark, and even small details that used to make the stay comfortable were missing. The security staff don’t bother helping with the car door unless you tip, which leaves a bad impression. The breakfast buffet also wasn’t as good as it used to be — limited options and nothing that really stood out. Overall, it feels like standards have slipped across the hotel.

The reception welcome staff is a bit unfriendly and you need to be more assertive if you have a certain requirement like having an adjoining room with your kids. They conveniently tell you that rooms are subjected to availability even if you have confirmed the availability the morning of check-in. So make sure you have the name and no. of the person you spoke to. Secondly your room might not be as clean as what you expect at other luxury hotels. There are papers loosely inserted in the glass of bedside tables with the names of people assigned to clean your room with their no. s which is very unprofessional. The room has glass bottles for water which is the norm in all luxury hotels these days but beware because the bottles lids are very sharp and can easily cut your finger and you will have to step out and get your own bandaid because the staff will not pay attention even if you call them multiple times. Small little things make your stay at any hotel comfortable and memorable. I believe being a high brand hotel and charging a good price should make the hotel staff more dedicated towards their guest. I have stayed at other Hyatt’s but never experienced such behavior. Had this happened in USA, things would have been very different.

- Dik12345678 (2/5): Mr Punit spa manager the most unprofessional manager with zero attiquetes - Swimming pool Today my son had been to swimming pool and the pool wa already dirty because of someone elses kid had pooed in the swimming pool im really bothered as my son usually take water from the pool and if I tell Mr Punit about this he wrongly framed my son and threatened to discontinue my son harshs membership if I complain about the cleanliness or about Mr Punits bas behavior he also encourages other clients to complain about my son from time to time and lers the male kids of other parents to change in female washroom and restricts my son from swimming and targets him kindly help as my son is autistic and great swimmer i might take a legal action for his bad behaviour and discrimination of slecial kids from normal kids aldo for mental harassment as its been two years since i have tollerated this.Now at this stage even refund of my son's swimming pool fees and my gym is not possible the staff has no value for money they refuse for every amenity I ask for and deliberately show all the spa staff and swimming tra8ner busy rest Mr Abhishek and Mr Nitin are too polite Mr Punit have caused a lot of mental harassment to me and discriminated my son who is a special kid and mocked at his inability to manage alone in swimming pool height of hypocrisy such staff should not be encouraged much to misbehave with any prestigious client I have been visiting Hyatt regency but I never saw a more unprofessional and immature and badly behaved spa manager whom hyatt management should have replaced long back I am going to report this till I don't get justice and explanation for this incident
