- mark (9/5): Comfortable and easy for work - Perfect for work
- McNamara (2/5): Very uncomfortable. - Didn't have breakfast. Bar staff very nice Tv didn't work properly. Only 1 towel between 2 people. Room very dirty. Needs full refurbishment.

- kai (3/5): Keys didn’t work and couldn’t get into the property - Very good area, cheap The keys they gave me didn’t unlock the back door meaning couldn’t get in after the pub was closed and had to make other arrangements. Got my money back, but make sure you get the emergency number and check the keys work
- Alin Constantin (1/5): - Nothing i pay and sleep ouside Payd sleep outside second day call the lady she is rude
- tim (8/5): -
- Barron (10/5): Excellent friendly staff. - I left to early to try the breakfast. Nothing.
- Steve (8/5): Excellent budget accommodation. - Vey friendly staff. Really helpful, gave us lots of info about local area. We’ve stayed before for Rugby International at Twickenham. Very handy for easy walk to the stadium. Attached to the pub is a Thai restaurant- lovely food amazing value. -
- Dan (6/5): Functional, decent value, nice people. - Good location, lovely staff Bathrooms a bit small and dated.
- Glenn (8/5): Was what we expected. - Unpretentious and friendly. A good Thai meal. Street and rail noisy from about 06:00. Breakfast not available - but we knew that beforehand.
- Netsai (5/5): My stay was affected by several maintenance and cleanliness issues in the room and surrounding areas - Breakfast not provided . Location is good During my stay, I encountered several issues with the room and facilities:
The window handle was broken.
The door hinges were damaged.
The radiators were not functioning.
There was a noticeable smell of dust, and visible dust on the central light, side lamps, and the headboard area between the beds.
The exit door in the hallway leading to the smoking area was kept open, which was unpleasant and unsuitable for non-smokers like myself.
The hot and cold water taps were incorrectly labelled; the hot tap dispensed cold water and the cold tap dispensed hot water.
The shower drainage was poor, causing water to drain very slowly.
- Sonia (5/5): - The bed Bathroom, window, coutains, entrance
- Kevin (7/5): - Perfect for a cheap short stay in West London. A bit noisy at night but being above a pub it's expected.
- Cally (7/5): -
- Chau (8/5): - The location is nice, staff is lovely. The cleaning is not quite well, especially the kettle I nearly fainted when open it. But other wise bed sheet is clean, toilet was clean as well even though is shared, the building is old it self but the water running warm, window was broken so is kinda freezing a bit.

- Harriet (4/5): A very dirty and old stay! - Good location, friendly staff. Felt very dirty & unclean. The bedding smelt like it hadn’t been changed between bookings and there was hair everywhere. You couldn’t convince me that the room had been cleaned between bookings either. The room smelt dirty and the amenities in the room were just dirty. We refused to use the shower because of how old and dirty it was, plus when there is hair and grime all over the floor, we didn’t want to touch the floor with our bare feet! It’s just crazy how this is the standard for £85.
- Ronald (6/5): -
- tim (10/5): - Great pub, run by a great lady. Thai restaurant is excellent
- richard (1/5): Cheap i`s fine but this was too shabby to house humans! - No breakfast available, noisy pub in main flight path to Heathrow No double glazing , window did not close , handles broken off leaving window ajar, tv hanging off of wall , had to balance the tv on a kettle and window frame to keep it upright!
- Tina (7/5): Comfortable bed and slept well (under the duvet) The shower and drinks sufficient, but could not get TV to work. - Sufficient for my work needs Scary. Kept hearing strange sounds in my room.

- Martin (4/5): Rough stay - Friendly and helpful staff. The shower didn't work, and there was no towel. Long struggle with the door key to enter the room.
- Louise (8/5): I liked it there and would certainly go back. - The Thai food was excellent and I liked the relaxed atmosphere of a traditional local pub. The TV in my room didn't work but the staff sorted me out with a different room with a working telly very quickly. Breakfast would have been nice
- GERALDINE (4/5): I would like my property I left at your establishment sent back to me I have been asking since the j -
- Grant (6/5): -
- Anita (8/5): -
- Inderpal (8/5): -
- John (5/5): -
- DM McConnachie (7/5): Nice little Inn - It was perfect for what we needed, a bus ride, a taxi, or, as we did, walk to the holiest of places for England Rugby Fan, Twickenham ❤️
Also, there is parking just around the corner at the railway station, which is extremely good value. It could do with a bit of modernization.
- David (6/5): You get what you pay for! A cheap and convenient stop outside central London. - Nice little place in a convenient location (right outside the railway station) with fantastic staff. Great restaurant attached too! Room smelt slightly musty and the beds were quite flat!
- Marcel (7/5): -
- Borislava (9/5): -
- Steven (8/5): -
- Antony (1/5): - The lady said it was ok to park outside pub and I got a parking ticket and I had to pay 2 days ulez emissions 80 pounds parking ticket and 25 pounds low emissions charges No milk or no mugs so me and my friend couldn't have a coffee in morning not a nice place at all
- Lewis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not the best stay - The room:
-only had one curtain which allowed most of the light in.
-loud music coming from below but only until 12:30am on a Saturday night, so no big deal.
-The sink in the room is really useful.
- TV worked for most channels.
-Kettle was pretty bad with limescale and looked dirty.
The bathrooms:
- dirty and unkept, we chose not to shower there.
- towels are provided and they seemed clean.
- perhaps could do with more routine checks to remove dirty towels and give it a general wipe down x3 times a day.
Other
- it says in the hotels app that there is breakfast, there isn’t.
-everything just felt a little unclean.
We both said we’d never go back there.
- Da (10/5): Exceptional - Great customer service the people are lovely. Very comfortable.
- Daniela (6/5): Right place to save money but cold water and not working hair dryer. - the bedroom was cosy and the location well connected to Richmond, Hounslow and Chíswick. The bed was cosy and nice to have a restaurant and a pub below. Also the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. There was no toilet paper and I had to ask for it. The hairdryer was not working and could not be replaced. They could simply keep a couple of spare ones at reception for a few pounds. Water in the shower was lukewarm. There was only a very small towel provided.
- Garry (1/5): Never again - Location for work Booked 2 rooms , grubby , old ideal if your seeking asylum . we got 1 pair of Curtains between 2 rooms, food was shocking , can of Diet Coke £3.60 .
- Iain (1/5): Bad - No Breakfast Room window open wide ,unable to close. Kept awake until 2AM Due to revelling people outside the window. No TOILET PAPER IN TOILET, NOT HAPPY!
- Colin (7/5): Good -
- Fulbrook (7/5): Good -
- Mark (8/5): cheap and comfy - the price nothing to do with the hotel but i wish i had booked closer to the city.
having the railway right next door was a bonus
- Rob (6/5): - Reasonably priced and adequate room for the location.
- Thompson (4/5): Beds were clean, although place could do with a face lift and door fixing in the room - Location was great There was no hot water in either shower, sink and behind toilet dusty
- Gary (5/5): Basic, noisy but good value - Close to Twickenham Close to railway line, main road and Heathrow flight path
- Jamie (1/5): Bad -
- Ian (9/5): Superb -
- Verified traveler (6/5): It was a bed for the night. - The staff were friendly but the room could do with updating - stained carpets and curtains were not very appealing. There should be information given about how close the property is to the railway line and that loud music will be playing in the bar until closing.
- David (8/5): Good for short stays - Good check-in time, good value. Generally clean.. Proximity to Heathrow airport leads to being woken by aircraft during the night.
The inside of the draws had not been cleaned.
- Katy (3/5): Staff were really nice, food from the Thai restaurant next door was superb. - The situation for trains and Twickenham. Very tired and dated. Needs a lot of updating and tlc.
- Colum (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (7/5): Good - Rooms could do with an upgrade. Ensuite shower needs refurbishment.
- Lind (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clare (10/5): Exceptional - Hahaha..Lol The fight outside
- Mindaugas (6/5): Pleasant -
- Abdul-wahab (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tim (9/5): Superb -
- Hyman (10/5): Exceptional - Very peaceful, staff very accommodating and still give you space ..with great customer service Big room and clean
- Samson (1/5): Waste of money. - Nothing to say but just that it was below standard and highly priced Everything about it.
- Glenn (8/5): Very good - Friendly; excellent Thai food No breakfast (but we knew that)
- Jeff (4/5): - Didn’t check in due to late arrival. The reception was closed. Need to find another hotel 😢
- Mariam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (1/5): Did not stay - Nothing No remote for tv heater didn’t work, pulled back covers to get warm and found dirty toilet roll in the bed and then realised bed had been slept in, stained sheets and very dirty smelly pillow cases. We left immediately
- Zeb (6/5): Just one night move to Southall - Not hotel it's bar 🍻 I spent just one night but never again too expensive Environment
- Olivier (6/5): Good basic stay with great value for money - Great location just off the train station and not far from Twickenham
Basic but all needed for a one night sleep
Above pub with friendly staff Can’t complain about anything
- Tharwa (1/5): Bad experience - Baddd experience All about except its location
- Pav3 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matt (10/5): - Great location, friendly staff and locals
- Robert (8/5): Reasonable price and condition - Check in was straightforward, dealt with by bar staff who showed us to the room.
The room was clean, contained two single beds and one chair. Tiny en-suite, but it had what we needed.
Bedding was clean but rumpled, didn't create great first impression.
Breakfast not included, but that wasn't an issue for us as we were up and out very early in the morning.
Location was the main reason I opted for this hotel as it is 2 mins walk from where I needed to be!
For the price it was quite reasonable for a London stopover and I'd happily stay here again if I needed to be in this area.
- Smith (2/5): Very poor -
- Mohsen (3/5): Poor -
- Darren (8/5): Very good -
- Yuhan (8/5): Good stay - The bedroom and showers are clean. Bedroom is big and well lit. Bed is comfortable. Staff is professional. Price matches the quality of stay. Bus stops nearby connecting the inn to the rest of the city. Replies on Booking.com is slow.
- Darren (8/5): Very good -
- Harriet (8/5): Very good -
- Milne (4/5): Disappointing - Reminded me of EastEnders lol 🤣 The TV was tiny for room and no soap wash hands and think should had towels easy find
- Skye (10/5): Comfortable, clean, good value for money and polite staff - It was comfortable and clean Planes and trains where commonly passing but there isnt much that can be done about that
