• Saurabh (3/5): terrible - hotel was overrated , they served stale and old food. Charged money for food that wasnt fresh. Services were just Ok. start serving fresh and proper food, unncessary rules should be taken off. Cleanliness was also a major issue, their staff were using the same water from wash room to clean the cups and mugs

• srivastav (10/5): A perfect place to stay. - Staff was helpful,, great location and perfect place to stay. Enjoyed my stay, the warm welcome, Staff behaviour, and not to forget food. Everything was perfect. Would recommend this place.

• Vikrant (9/5): A decent short stay, perfect location - Quick, helpful and courteous staff. Sunlit room. Simple but tasty breakfast. Excellent location from where different tourist sites can be easily reached minus the traffic. Should renovate the room a little bit. It will raise the experience another notch.

Night staff Mr. Joshi was EXTREMELY ARROGANT and UNFIT to be in Customer Service. Staff need rigorous training to run this Hotel else better to shut it. Breakfast was also hopeless as expected. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Extremely unpleasant and backbreaking stay! Avoid - The service of the hotel was horrible. The staff was extremely rude and definitely not customer centric. The beds were so uncomfortable that all of us came back with backaches. The reception staff and the manager were highly uncooperative and unfriendly. The only redeeming factor was the food.
