• Maren (10/5): - Mitten in der Altstadt. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Es war sehr laut von der Straße her, aber wenn Mann mittendrin wohnen möchte, muss man das in Kauf nehmen.

La chambre était petite mais cela nous convenait pour le peut de temps qu’on y passait. Odeur désagréable dans la douche . ( remonter des égouts) sûrement dû à l’ancienneté du quartier . Manque de rangement.

• Danuta (7/5): Good - The room was quite small, missing a table. The building and windows were old , but clean. Breakfast was typical continental, nothing special. The location was in the old part of town.

• Mandy (8/5): Great accommodation & location for 2 females travelling alone, beautiful city - The room was perfect for what we needed - a full length mirror would have been useful. A nice touch was a bottle of water which was refilled/replaced when our room was cleaned, daily. Bed linen was very clean and fresh. Plenty of sockets. The location was perfect, within easy reach of everything, noisy at times with traffic but Lisbon is a vibrant and busy city so we did not mind this. Overall a great choice.

• Benitez (1/5): Horror - Nada en absoluto Por donde empezar? El hotel mas sucio que he visto jamás. Y cuidado con quedarte en la habitación 302 no sabes si el peligro es la suciedad bajo la cama o morir por inhalación de humo de la cocina del restaurante.

• Scarpone (7/5): Alloggio consigliato - La posizione nel pieno centro di Alfama il quartiere più antico di Lisbona La camera è ampia (la 204) e ristrutturata con letto comodo cuscini doppi e coperta aggiuntiva. Presente una poltrona utilissima prr appoggiare vestiti, tavolino con due sedie e bottiglia d'acqua. Poca empatia alla reception che si trova all'altro lato della strada immediatamente di fronte all'ingresso del B&B. Se si indica la posizione i clienti non perdono tempo a cercarla dalle indicazioni messe sul portone di ingresso del palazzo. In camera manca uno specchio essenziale, da rivedere l'illuminazione urgente più forte (nella nostra non funzionava neppure Lampadina della lampada a terra) Non si possono aprire gli scurini poiché non essendoci le tende da fuori si vede tutto. In bagno necessaria luce affianco lo specchio quella sul soffitto è insufficiente. Si sentono molti rumori da una stanza all'altra e dal corridoio poiché c'è poco spazio ed è collocato sulla strada ma per noi non è stato un problema, ne vale la pena per la posizione.

• inesbdvmiranda. (7/5): - A senhora que nos atendeu foi muito simpática e acolhedora. O quarto era confortável Limpeza péssima. Assim que entrei no quarto comecei logo a espirrar, devido às minhas alergias. Deixamos cair algo ao chão, que rolou para baixo da cama, e quando fomos apanhar, reparamos que havia lixo de baixo da cama (um pacote de plástico com resto de comida, e imenso pó). O chuveiro cheira muito a esgoto. A cortina não tapa nada a luz, então foi impossível dormir a partir de uma certa hora. Ouvimos imenso barulho dos outros quartos e do corredor, não existe isolamento. Deixou muito a desejar, apesar de termos pago relativamente pouco por uma noite.

• Delphine (8/5): - L hôtel est situé dans un des meilleurs endroits de Lisbonne. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Mention spéciale au personnel. Nous avons rencontré un problème dans notre chambre et ils ont directement trouvé une solution plus qu'acceptable et nous ont présenté leurs excuses plus que nécessaire. Vraiment adorable de leur part. La chambre était plus que basique et revoir la propreté de celle ci qui laissait à désirer.

• Electra (4/5): Poor communication, not well kept, but convenient location and satisfying continental breakfast. - Location was good. We couldn’t hear any road noise, even though there was considerable traffic. The breakfast was simple, but good. The property did not respond to any messages via booking.com, direct email or phone. That was most frustrating. The linens were old and the showers had mildew in the corners. The room was quite small and the staircase and hallway narrow.

Sehr freundliches Personal und ein ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Kein Schrank bzw. Regalböden im Zimmer und nur 2 Kleiderbügel, bei der Zimmerausstattung wäre noch Luft nach oben.

• muriel (8/5): - Le Santa luzia est très bien situé, à proximité de tour où presque, le petit déjeuner est très bien, chambre petite mais correcte. la salle un peu petite heureusement que nous avons pu le prendre dehors. Par contre, concernant la salle de bain, un petit rideau niveau fenêtre serait le bienvenu car vis à vis en face, le tuyau de douche est à changé, la salle de bain est très humide.

• Olga (5/5): - Positive: The staff is impeccable: nice, helpful. the breakfast was really good too. Negative: The room seemed smaller than on description. There was a good amount of noise. But my biggest disappointment is the bathroom or the one they call that: the faucet was in the room and the shower and toilet in a cupboard like thing right in front of the window. For one night we dont need much but I've got small rooms before with way better arrangements and way more comfort.
