The receptionist was exceptionally informative and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. Extra payment for coffee at breakfast.

- Birnie (10/5): Loved it! - The room was cozy, comfortable and bigger than expected. I especially enjoyed the traditional elements and the garden view from the room. The onsen was very nice and I felt refreshed afterwards. The location was perfect for walking the length of the town. We fell in love with the charm of the magatama town. Beautiful at night and during the day. Natural foot baths ajoined to the river, cute cafes, delicious izakaya food, accessories and so many magatama that you will be enamored by. The history felt alive. I highly recommend this location to anyone!

- TAMAMI (9/5): - 出雲・松江観光の宿泊地として選びました。お値段はお手頃でも温泉風呂がついていて、朝ごはんは豪華で満足の滞在となりました。近隣には日帰り温泉もあります。 建物自体は古いのかも知れませんが、ロビーエリアはモダンに改装され、お部屋も清潔で、宿泊費を考えれば申し分ない滞在をさせてもらえました。 女風呂は定員3名というルールがありますが、晩も朝も他に人はおらず1貸し切り状態でした。 特になかったです。女風呂はこじんまりとしていて、タイルの模様は70年代ぽいです。お値段を考えれば上等かなと思います。

- Sheila (10/5): A very warm and welcoming place to stay. - My friend and I had a wonderful stay here. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We especially enjoyed the lobby area where we had breakfast every day. It was so much fun being able to interact with other travelers while eating a delicious breakfast. Staff here are wonderful and really made the experience comfortable and warm. I would love to go back. The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that the bathing area is a little bit small so only a few people can go into the bath at a time. But that is also the nice point about it. The other travelers were very thoughtful so it was easy to get enough time in the bathing area.
