Stig (4/5): Inte som förväntat! - När vi anlände till Condo in Kata in Ozone - A519 blev vi anvisade till A604 som var en liten studio med säng och pentry i det enda rummet. Vi hade bokat med separat sovrum och stor balkong. Vi protesterade och hänvisades att ringa de ryska ägarna till lägenheten. Efter någon timme kom två ryska representanter och förklarade att det inte alls var de som gjort fel utan det var Hotels.com som lagt in fel bilder på A519. Vi upplevde ägarna som arroganta och hotfulla. Eftersom det var helgdag och Hotels.com inte gick att nå, var vi tvingade att installera oss i den lilla studion eftersom allt var fullbokat i närheten. Studion var lyhörd och fullt med fågelbajs på den minimala balkongen. Nästa dag hade vi ett långt samtal med Hotels.com som lovade att vi kunde boka av när vi hittat något annat. Sedan uppstod fler missförstånd och ägarna ville vi skulle flytta ut dagen efter. Eftersom 7 andra familjemedlemmar bodde på ett fullbokat hotell i närheten stannade vi kvar i den lilla studion tills dess att övriga familjen åkte tillbaka till Sverige. Då flyttade vi ut och bokade om till ett annat hotell. Allt ovanstående strul gör att vi inte kan rekommendera Condo in Kata in Ozone - A519. Ingen skugga ska falla på den Thailändska personalen i receptionen som gjorde allt för att hjälpa oss.
