Hotel has its own cars for sight seeing. Very secure. Shiv Kumar was extremsly helpful in planning sight seeing itinerary. Abhinesh, driver was great and service provided was sbove and beyond. Very pleasant reception desk and great house keeping.

Worst service everything closed after 9:30PM. I had to beg so many times for just plates and spoons.Very disappointing.

SHIBIN (10/5): Worth The Price - The hotel is perfectly placed well back from the main road, just out of the very central area and it's easy to get anywhere from there. The rooms are big and spacious and the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. A great rooftop swimming pool with views of the city and lots of restaurants very close by, including good ones in the hotel itself
John (8/5): Quiet hotel in a central location - Staff were very attentive and as we arrived early we were able to check in. The hotel itself is about a 15 minute ride from the airport, taxi and tuk tuk available at the bottom of the driveway. Has a lovely swimming pool and bathing area on the roof top, a good area to chill out and relax, if you want a beer it wont be here. The breakfast buffet in the morning has plenty of choices, overall the hotel was very comfortable and very clean and secure.

Renyl (4/5): Much below expectation for a 4 plus star hotel - I could have paid much lesser if I had known that the toilets will be not as clean as I had expected from a 4 plus star hotel or if I had known that the management hadn't taken care of the mosquitoes in the room. We also had raw potatoes in the Masala dosa we ordered for breakfast. Internet atlccess had to be provided on a dongle since the hot spot was not working. When this property age's, I don't know what the situation will be given that it is only 1 year old now.
Michael (10/5): Well located modern hotel - Very modern with good facilities, close to the bus and railway station but down a long drive so quiet. Excellent value. Good view of the city from the roof top pool. The reception staff were very helpful and happily extended check out for us. Nice restaurant but no alcohol despite the modern appearance. The only slight concern was a feeling of being pressured to have the buffet dinner when we were not very hungry. It was nice with plenty of food and too many other diners. A la carte was available but not encouraged
Bejoy (8/5): - We had diarrhoea after eating their buffet breakfast,so I doubt the quality of the materials used and the way it’s cooked. Staffs are great and pretty nice hotel located in a very convenient location. I would request the management to look at the food aspect of the hotel.

Eric (10/5): Pleasant hotel in convenient location. - A very clean and quiet hotel one block from train station and 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. The hotel staff are all very professional but the staff in the 2 hotel restaurants are amazing. So helpful and informative they really made our stay memorable and the breakfast and evening meals were very good. This is a good choice when visiting the pleasant city of Trivandrum.

Shankar (8/5): - The hotel is fairly new and well maintained. The gym is very good but the pool soars to be poorly maintained as I got a skin rash all over the body 10 minutes after I got into the water. The rash dissipated once I got out of the pool and had a bath. The room itself had good facilities but smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke which was irritating as all of us are non smokers. If the hotel does not have non smoking rooms they should stay the practice immediately. One quirk I noticed was that the bathroom door was fitted with a door closer which took a long time to close. This was irritating when you needed to use the loo in a hurry and were sharing the room with others.
Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent facility - This place is great! Front desk people need more customer oriented training. Hardly no sound when they they speak. Need to focus on cleaning toilet area to clean with some fragmented cleaning solution. Smell of urine was present and stain of dirt noticed in floor corners of the bathroom floors. Food at hotel is super expensive! Overall this place is great, however needs to keep up with a supervision of cleanness and customer satisfaction. Saw many people, may be mangers walking around in suits. Do not know what they do. Took too long to make decision on room charges they love to keep the price high.

Hotel allowed us an early check iin and later upgraded our room when Room smelled of tobacco.Food was excellent especially the inclusive breakfast but the vegetarian restaurant Vega is outstanding . John (10/5): Big and clean - We decided to book this hotel because it was centralized and the hotel looked new. In fact, it is only one year old. The staff were very helpful and always smiled and greeted us whenever we were at the lobby. Room service was prompt and the room was clean and spacious. The only thing we would like to comment is that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the vicinity and the pool can be better maintained since it's on the roof top (raining and sunshine).
Jamie (10/5): Great overnight stay - We only stayed at the Apollo for one night before a flight out from Trivandrum Airport. It is located next to Trivandrum Central train station and is a 20 minute drive to the airport. We were luckily upgraded to a suite which obviously made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Can not fault the room or the service from staff here at all based on our short stay. Highly recommended.
