- John (7/5): Good - It was in a peaceful area. A good place to eat nearby on opposite side of the road over a little foot bridge called the Canal Cafe, (not if you order a coffee make sure you say hot otherwise it will come automatically iced. Chalet 401 is quite dated and had a badly cracked sink which leaked into the unit it was sat on. It's a very tired resort with no real facilities. It also hard to book taxis with grab or bolt as your out of the town we finally got 2 grab scooter taxis to take us into Lampang. And then took awhile to get a taxi to next location.

- Suriya (4/5): Try to avoid this resort! - New but rundown already. Curtains don’t shut off the windows. No coffee or tea for breakfast. Still building activity going on but rooms and resort look tired already. No maintenance being done. Try to avoid this resort!
