Horst (10/5): Der beste Stadturlaub - Wir hatten ein Apartment die Nummer 8 bekommen, Dieses Apartment war schon eine super Latife , sowas in der Form hätten wir uns nicht vorgestellt. Was für eine Größe und Luxus in der Form und zu diesem Preis., wow. Das Frühstücks Büffet lasst jedes Herz höher schlagen, sowas tolles haben wir selten erlebt. Die Bar, auch preiswert und das Personal immer super, mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen. Sollte ich nochmals nach Pilsen fahren, nur dann in diesem Hotel zur Übernachtung, Macht weiter so mit eurem Service. Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Natalie (8/5): Guter Aufenthalt - Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Das Hotel an sich auch sehr modern. Gute Lage, man kann gemütlich überall hin spazieren. Nettes Personal. Die Baustelle um/am Hotel hätte im Vorhinein erwähnt werden können. Wir waren im dritten Stock und hatten direkt den Baustellenaufgang vor der Türe. In unserem Zimmer könnte die Türe zum Bad/Klo getauscht werden. Schiebetüre die mehrfach und fest zugedrückt werden muss bis sie hält und es ist ein rundes Loch als Griff.

I přes menší nedostatky (viz níže) bychom se do hotelu vrátili.:) V pokoji č. 26 doporučuji odstranit ocelovou konstrukci lustru, při sebemenším otřesu nad námi lust skřípal, bylo to otravné. Probíhající rekonstrukce kazila estetický dojem. Uklizeno bylo výborně, já si však všímám i detailů, takže těsnění ve vaně u skleněného závěsu (lehce už asi plesnivé) taky zaslouží výměnu.

Ivona (10/5): - Sice je hotel v rekonstrukci, ale velmi pohodlný. Lepší snídaně jsem v hotelu snad nezažila. Parkování i přístup v pořádku a luxusní pizerie hned vedle. Překvapila mě cena ubytování, protože tato nabídka v centru města s dokonalou snídaní a pohodlnou postelí opravdu někde stojí mnohem více. Milé překvapení. Děkuji.

We received too many messages ahead of the stay. I shouldn't have to ask my self what the point of any message is. Its a bit confusing and unsettling.

Ondrej (9/5): Alles fein - Personal perfekt, beim CheckIn auch sehr lustig. Super Frühstück, sehr sehr großzügig, große Auswahl. Apartment war super sauber, geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Kein Aufzug - bis zum Dachgeschoss ist es ein langer Weg mit Gepäck und vor allem nach einer längeren Nacht in der Stadt. Apartment nicht im Hauptgebäude- Check-in und Frühstück mit 10 Min Fitness verbunden.

Tino (9/5): - Für eine Trip nach Pilsen eine optimale Ausgangsposition.Gute Nähe zur Stadt,Restaurants etc.Gibt kleine Goodis für die in der Nähe befindliche Pizzeria.Austattung des Zimmers passte auch war alles relativ neu.Für nen Ausflug zu empfehlen.Würde auch das Frühstück dazu buchen,reichhaltig und Preisleistung passt. Die Bedienung des TV ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Władysław (9/5): Polecam ten hotel. Jesli jeszcze zatrzymam się w Pilźnie, to właśnie w tym hotelu. - Profesjonalna, miła obsługa. Smaczne i wyborne śniadanie. Królewskie spanie ( super materac ) Troszkę było za ciepło, bo dostałem pokój z ogrzewaniem nadmuchowym, bez regulacji ciepła, ale nie narzekam bo wolę żeby było cieplej niż chłodniej.

Danilo (2/5): Das kann man deutlich besser haben - Lage ist gut Wir buchten 2 Doppelzimmer und mussten in der Unterkunft für ein weitere Belegung inkl. Frühstück 72 € extra bezahlen. Das sind fast 40% (!!) des ursprünglichen Preises. Zudem war das Personal extrem unfreundlich und nicht kooperativ. Im Zimmer fehlte im Bad ein Duschvorhang. So war es nicht möglich zu duschen ohne das gesamte Bad zu fluten. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Am Haus steht ein Gerüst. Jeder der darauf gelangt kann einfach mal ins Zimmer schauen oder sogar gelangen. Generell ist das Hotel eine Baustelle. Das Frühstück bestand aus eher Minderwertigen Produkten. Ranzig schmeckendes Ei, billigster Industriehonig und eine jämmerliche Auswahl an Marmelade. Am ersten Tag war zudem mindestens 20 Minuten kein Brot verfügbar, bis dem überforderten Personal das auffiel. Insgesamt eine extrem schlechte Erfahrung. Nie wieder für mich.

Jayanta (9/5): - Almost everything. Excellent breakfast with very different and delicious menu, large room with kitchen. The renovated room was larger and better than the older building. The location is very central. Kitchen can be little more equipped. We didn't find salt which is a basic item.

Tomasz (8/5): Dobry Hotel na krótki pobyt w mieści, blisko centrum - Trochę dziwny ten hotel bo ma super ofertę śniadaniową z różnym wyborem dań. Fajna lokalizacja, 5 min spacerkiem od centrum. Własny parking (dodatkowo płatny). Dobre Wifi. Telewizor smart z możliwością zalogowania się do streamingu. W pokojach czysto. Elektryczne żaluzje w oknach, skutecznie zacieniające. Dużo, albo nawet bardzo duże łóżko ale... Łóżko na konstrukcji płyty meblowej z niezbyt wysokim materacu (chociaż same łóżko bardzo wysokie), więc dla każdego co nie lubi twardych posłań to noc raczej ciężka. Telewizor bez podłączenia antenowego, więc jak się nie zalogujesz do własnego streamingu, to nie pooglądasz TV. Ogólny wystrój jest trochę, jak by ktoś na szybko chciał dodać nowoczesne elementy do starych ścian, boazerii i kafelek Ale hotel chyba w trakcie remontu (a przynajmniej elewacji), więc może się wkrótce w tej kwestii się coś zmieni.
