• Anastasiya (10/5): We really liked our stay here. - We had an amazing time in the penthouse apartment, it was gorgeous, very spacious and we particularly enjoyed the pool table. We loved the quietness of the area and the stunning views. The apartment was very clean and well kept. We didn't expect there to be cleaning but there was, so that was nice. The host was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We would definitely stay here again. We would have liked the pool area to have standard sun loungers but that wasn't a big deal, we appreciate that there is not a lot of space for those. However the pool was lovely and clean. If staying here we would strongly suggest either renting a car or relying on taxi's as the hill is not walkable, even to the nearest supermarket. If you are staying for a few days it's fine as uber is not expensive but we stayed for 11 which resulted in big taxi expenses, however we were expecting this from reading previous reviews.

• Jonj69 (8/5): Lovely enjoyable stay in peaceful surroundings with great views - Host was friendly and met us with the keys & proceeded to show us to the apartment and took us around to the pool, explained where facilities where . Even took us down to the local shop so we could stock up on supplies whilst there.. Excellent host .. Only wish I'd seen how far out of Athens it was, A 10 minute walk for a local bus to the tube or tram stop then a ride into Athens takes about an hour but very affordable if you buy the transport pass as you can use it on the bus train and tram, perfect for hopping around the city.. if we had a hire car it wouldn't of been a problem getting back to the apartment because of the hills we ended up using local taxis to get back each night as the hills were murder to walk up after a long day sightseeing .. But I would book again and have a return stay...
• Muriel Drukman (9/5): Quelle vue! - L'hote est très réactif, il nous a accueilli avant l'heure du check in pour garder nos baggages et nous a ensuité déposé en voiture à un petit bar sympa pour patienter. L'appart est super, très bien équipé, une vue magnifique sur Voula et la mer, chouette petite piscine (mais eau froide) ensoleillée jusque 16h (en Octobre). Hyper calme dans les hauteurs de Voula. Très excentré de tout, donc il faut avoir une voiture ou prendre toujours des taxis (qui refusent dès fois de monter la dernière pente très raide).

Dit was geen 'deluxe' en ook geen 'suite'. De kitchenette is enkel een wasbak met twee aparte elektrische vuurtjes en een microgolfoven buiten op het terras. Ook enkel een tafel op het terras. Ver van alles verwijderd en enkel bereikbaar via een zeer steile helling.

Die ungünstige Lage in einem sterilen ausgestorben wirkenden Neureichenviertel am Rande Athens war nicht so unser Ding. Ohne fahrbaren Untersatz geht dort gar nichts - selbst zu den angeblich nahen Cafés - Restaurants - Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist es weit und man fühlt sich Abends dort absolut isoliert. Keine Menschen - keine Szene - tote Hose. Außer bewachten Villen und bellenden Hunden.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell'attico con una vista bellissima, due comode terrazze, bagni confortevoli (uno dotato di idromassaggio), un grande tavolo da biliardo, tutto climatizzato. Bellissima la piscina raggiungibile al piano inferiore dalle scale o con un comodo ascensore. Alex è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile. A pochi chilometri località turistiche ricche di ristoranti e negozi come Volua e Glyfada a patto di avere la macchina. I materassi meritano una revisione
• Dalit (10/5): Gemütliche Zeit am Pool - Unsere Teenies haben sehr viel Zeit im äusserst sauberen Pool verbracht. Es herrschte eine sehr angenehme Stimmung zwischen der Familie des Hauses und den verschiedenen Gästen. Herzlichen Dank!!! Ohne eigenes Auto ist es mit Gepäck fast nicht machbar, aber die Taxis sind recht günstig und schnell da.

The location was very hard to get to with a small car. The apartment is not toddler safe, way too many stairs to get bags into the apartment or car, even with the lift. Pool is also communial which isnt clear in thr booking. Air-conditioners in all the rooms was making noise. Beds were not comfortable and there was only shampoos in the bathrooms.

• Janina (10/5): A very enjoyable break experiencing culture, beaches, walks and food! - Stunning views, big outside area and a pool! We appreciated being in a quieter area at nighttime. The location was perfect to explore the surrounding area and the lovely cafe close-by became our go-to place from breakfast to after-dinner drinks. Though I had been pre- warned about the steep drive to the property, this was really something else! Parking was precarious at best. Inside space would have been fine for a couple, maybe with one additional child. It felt very crowded for the four of us!

• R9dman (7/5): Good - Alex is a great host who provided all the information for our stay. Amazing views from the terrace, which also contains a kitchen and dinner table. The place is quite far from everything so no chance to walk anywhere, but you know what you get (it's quiet and peaceful there). It's preferable to get there by your car, or just use taxi which is quite cheap. Voulameni beach and Voulameni lake are a mere 10 minutes drive away. If you want to visit Athens, just take 15 minutes taxi drive to the closest metro station (Elleniko) The pool was great - clean and big enough to swim. There is an elevator so it's not a problem to get all your suitcases. You can use a shared washing machine in the utility room which is great. The sofa bed in the second room was in a terrible state. The frame was bent and terribly squeaky - It was very far from comfortable. There was some odor in the bathroom - probably that was the reason why shower sinks were covered with caps (apart from probably not letting the large insects in, but one roach still managed to get inside through the hole in the ventilation)

• Nini (6/5): It was ok - The apartment was clean and spacious. The host was kind and welcoming. There is free parking in the front of the building. This is important because a car is recommended for the stay there. The apartments are far from supermarket, beach etc. We have stayed in the apartment close to the pool. In our balcony there were so many cats and were extremely used to people that they did not leave when we were going to the balcony. At some point we forgot the window door open and we found 3 cats in the apartment. We were advised by the host about this but it slipped our minds. This was unpleasant because we had a baby. Another thing that I think that it could be improved is the outdoor kitchen. In the balcony area that the cats were, there was also a kitchen. It would be better to have a smaller kitchen in the apartment than this.

• Joshua (8/5): Overall had a great time and was great value for money ( though worth noting jacuzzi wasn’t working at time of stay but - Lovely location in a very friendly neighbourhood with incredible views! Alex was very formerly and helpful. The swimming pool was great, with views of the sea and mountain. The room was well kept with nice decor. Property is up very large hill. Not a major problem but worth noting before you arrive as parking can be restrictive if you rent a small car/ are not used to it.

• Stuart (9/5): Stunning views across Voula. Quiet, relaxing escape. - The views from the balcony are stunning, clean, spacious and quiet apartments. Pool area was relaxing and clean. The host gave us a full tour of the rooms when we checked in. The apartment is set quite a way up a very steep hill, the nearest shop is quite a walk and I would recommend a taxi back. The air conditioning doesn't work, the pinball machine doesn't work. The electrics are bad overall throughout the property.

• Fiaza (10/5): 10/10 as always - I’ve been staying in the apartments by Panorama since 2019 and every time I have a high quality 10/10 experience! The hosts are very friendly, the location is my favourite in Athens and the views are breathtaking. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed!

• Fotios (9/5): Great value-for money, great view, very nice place; I would stay again. - Great view. Very good price, excellent value-for-money. The room was quite comfortable, cozy, with all the facilities (kitchen utensils, microwave, refrigerator, smart TV, a/c, hot water, etc.). It's winter time, so couldn't enjoy the pool. The elevator helps, too, with luggage. The host gave us all the help we needed. Getting there involved one very steep road. Probably not accessible with snow conditions. A ceiling window allows external view of the inside of the apt. and lack of privacy. The bathroom sink was a bit small and not very comfortable to use.

• Stefania (10/5): We highly recommend it. - The premises are excellent. The room is very pleasant with a very clever layout and well equipped. The mattress was very comfortable and the walls soundproof. There is a lovely seating area outside by the pool with a spectacular view. The owners are very friendly and warm people. There is a very nice quiet coffee/bar/resto near the property with a lovely terrace and nice food. The pizza we ordered the first night (they bring it directly to your room) from another place recommended by the owner was delicious! We loved everything about the place.

• Rowin (10/5): Very comfortable place - The room was clean, spacious and beautiful. The owner was extremely nice and great in communication. The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and green. Great place for couples, especially if you have access to a car. Walking from the shore to the mountain is not recommended (but a taxi is easy to find)
