This balneotherapy package includes: - 2 medical examinations (1 at the beginning and 1 during the treatment) - Up to 3 procedures per day, as prescribed by the doctor and according to the patient's condition. The number of the curative massage procedure is strictly fixed and this procedure cannot be provided as compensation for another - In case of contraindications, internal replacement of electrical procedures, heat treatment, baths and curative gymnastics is allowed. - JennyFarenden (7/5): Excellent spa and amazing beach location, even though the rooms need rennovation - Excellent spa facilities with warm pool, lovely location on the beach and in a forest so you can hear the birds sing. The spa is the best thing. On the bad side, the rooms look old with dirty walls and worn our carpets, definitely needs a rennovation. Food is generally good but overall this is a very expensive hotel for what you get.

Very spacious. + Food : Breakfast and dinner had great options On the hotel side and in the rooms the window frames are a bit dated, have some scuff marks, rust, creaky. The furniture is also a bit off. The shower head was corroded and the shower head holder was loose. Nothing that will ruin you stay, just don't expect everything to be brand new. (Spa and pools are absolutely superb though)

O galagie fantastica, santier in lucru pe camera noastra de pe 8 la 18 galagie, nu ne-am putut odihni. De dimineata ne trezeam in zgomot de utilaje. Camere erau destule in hotel, putina lume, se putea sa ni se ofere o alta camera pentru un confort mai mare, dar poate era prea mult pentru confortul oaspetilor. Si un alt lucru. Am stat 3 nopti, dar am platit la parcare 4 zile, 40 euro, ceea ce este foarte scump comparativ cu alte hoteluri din aceeasi statiune.

I didn't like that out of season, when there was an empty parking lot next to the hotel, I had to pay 10 euros per day for a parling. The Spa and Wellness Center worked until 6:00 PM, which is unpleasant and doesn't allow for a full rest, and nowhere is it indicated on the website how long it works. Everywhere in 5-star hotels it is until 8:00 PM.

- Ангел Александров Генчев (7/5): Добър хотел - Външншя басейн,СПА-центъра,храната В банята душът е сложен над ваната,имам затруднения с къпането 190см.съм,неудобно ми е ...трябва душът да е отделно от ваната ,а ни да се катеря във ваната и се хлъзнах..Матраците.,много меки ,Спа...до 18.00 !!!

- carmen (8/5): - Locația, amplasarea chiar pe plajă. Mic dejun variat, generos. La fel si bufetul seara. Faptul ca a fost frig in camera si in hotel, in general. Chiar si in centrul spa. Oricum, încălzirea centralizata era fixata astfel încât sa nu se depășească 22 grade. Nici chiar la atât nu ajungea temperatura in cameră. Este foarte neplăcut pe timp de iarna. Si creează un disconfort continuu un astfel de amănunt.

- Kostadin (5/5): Най лошо похарчените пари за хотел.Този хотел не е за повече от 3 звезди ! - Нищо, Стар порутен хотел. Не отговаря на 5 звезди не повече от 3 зведи е това Няма достатъчно шезлонги в зоната на хотела, Взимат 20 лева на ден за паркинг и не осигуряват къде да се паркира, Хотела е във много стар в лошо състояние, Снимките от обявата подвеждат. Никога не бих повторил.

- Natalia (8/5): Un hotel prea slab pt 5* - - ieși din hotel și ești direct pe plajă - indiferent de oră găsești șezlong pe plajă - plaja este curată / curățată ( apa fff curată ) - personajul drăguț - curățenie se face zilnic - lenjeria de pat și prosoapele sunt albe curate , prosoapele schimbate zilnic - mâncarea lasă de dorit ( este prea multă și fără gust . Considerăm ca e mai bine să fie puțină - dar gustoasă ) - cafeaua tare proasta 🥹🥹 - camerele sunt cu pereți cam murdari :( Păcat ca nu se șterg pereții - sunt pătați / zgâriați - saltelele sunt prea moi :(( te scufunzi în ele :(( din păcate incomode de dormit
- Sara (6/5): - La spa era bella e accogliente, spiaggia pulita e personale gentile e disponibile. Il prezzo é troppo alto per i servizi che offrono, camere sporche e antiche. Nonostante sia un 5 stelle non ci sono molti servizi gratuiti
