Il personale educato e disponibile! Tra l'altro un punto strategico, vicino a moltissime località di mare. Direi un'esperienza super positiva, torneremo sicuramente e per chi volesse trovare pace e relax le consigliamo vivamente. Non potrei dire nulla in particolare... tutto perfetto

- Giulia Maria (10/5): Un luogo dove perdere la cognizione del tempo. - Il borgo sospeso nel tempo, l'immensa sorgente naturale che sgorga da 6 milioni di anni, il profumo antico che pervade ogni ambiente, il Thermatium e l'antico percorso etrusco e l'incontro con le rondini mentre eravamo immersi nell'acqua termale. Il personale garbato e riservato, la camera con patio molto elegante e confortevole, il luogo di una bellezza e ordine esemplari. La colazione ricca e gustosissima. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Mi è piaciuto tutto moltissimo.

Ritengo anche che il prezzo scontato di 20 € a persona Sia troppo elevato rispetto ad un cliente esterno. Personale estremamente professionale, gentile e disponibile. Davvero ben gestito. Chiare le procedure di accesso ai servizi, molto pulito, ben gestiti i flussi nelle varie situazioni della SPA, l'unico dettaglio appena negativo e' l'insonorizzazione della camera ma essendo una struttura antica ristrutturata non credo ci siano molte possibilita'.

- Martine (9/5): Gâché ! - Tout - TOUT - sauf le personnel d’accueil, avec lequel j’ai vécu, le second jour de mon séjour, une situation très désagréable. Et fort mal gérée, je m’explique : j’avais réservé un double billet pour aller aux Thermes lors d’une journée qui s’est révélée extrêmement venteuse et fraîche . Je ne m’y suis pas rendue ainsi que mon compagnon. Je ne pensais pas nécessaire d’avertir pour m’y rendre le lendemain. Mais grosse erreur, le lendemain , quand je me suis présentée pour l’expliquer et le faire valoir, je me suis fait refouler d’une façon très sèche et sans appel !! Il a fallu que je me mette en colère pour obtenir gain de cause et ne pas payer deux jours de suite alors que je n’en avais utilisé qu’un. (Soir 70 euros pour 2 entrées + set de bain ). Je me suis sentie regardée désagréablement. Je n’ai pas aimé du tout, d’autant plus que je parle un peu italien, et que j’ai essayé d’utiliser mon italien pour faire comprendre cette situation simple mais devenue très délicate. Voilà, c’est vraiment très dommage ! Cela m’a vraiment gâché le moment de ce bain dans les eaux chaudes du lago. Et je suis repartie de mon séjour avec un souvenir mitigé alors que j’aurais pu partir avec une très belle impression !! Ce que je viens de raconter !! Ces petites jeunes femmes qui traitent le touriste avec un air très hautain !

- Tania (8/5): Lovely thermal waters and staff very helpful but technology not up to the job. - Very good range of food and helpful staff at breakfast. Good dining at restaurant in evening Thermal lake amazing and inside spa facilities great and exceptional massage therapist. Awful awful system of using wrist bands for admission. The wrist bands for admission to the lake and spa facilities was frustrating and unreliable. My two teenagers could enter but not exit the main gates. The lockers would not work with the wrist bands. Mistakes were made adding only the lake on to the wrist band or spa facilities- may be language barrier. This made our experience more of a good than very good experience.

Ristorante molto buono e ben fornita anche la cantina. La temperatura all’interno dell’area ristoro é troppo bassa per poter accogliere ospiti che arrivano direttamente dal Thermarium e dalla sorgente naturale. Il passaggio esterno tra i due ambienti non aiuta, come anche quello tra le stanze e i servizi. La temperatura è troppo bassa anche nell’area relax del Thermarium: impossibile rilassarsi quando é freddo. - Angela (9/5): - Struttura pulita, organizzata e accogliente. Molto curata nell’aspetto e negli spazi sia di relax che di piscina/sauna. La stanza con i suoni stile “viaggio sonoro” molto apprezzata. Per il prezzo pagato, mi aspettavo dei piccoli gadget compresi. L’accappatoio e le ciabatte non erano compresi quindi dovevi per forza noleggiarli. Anche i punti ristoro erano “miseri” ovvero c’erano delle mele e due tisane o acqua. Qualcosina in più me lo aspettavo.

- Jimmy (10/5): Un soggiorno incantevole da ripetere e consigliare a tutti. - Ottima e completa la colazione. Molto gradito angolo ristoro dopo il bagno termale. L'albergo è facilmente raggiungibile e dotato di parcheggio con entrata sbarrata oppure libero dedicato ai frequentatori della struttura. Solo per essere pignoli in bagno metterei a disposizione spugnette monouso e fazzolettini.
