In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The key for the flat is located in a lock box inside the building. Guests will be emailed with the entry code to the building prior to arrival. Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis, and must be reserved. Though I arrived without any of the entry instruction so had to call hotel.cm who took 20 minutes fo me standing In the rain to get access. When inside it was lovely though stunk of weed. May have been the apartment below but was terrible. It was also freezing cold and the heating would not come on. The shower was freezing and the electric heater in the bedroom only blew cold air. So slept in my jumper. Shame. But would probably not stay again. Artisan apartments next door we’re far better.

Verified traveler (8/5): - The accommodation was close to Cardiff city centre so easy to walk to pubs, restaurants etc. We had very detailed instructions on how to get there and access our apartment. Milk, tea & coffee was provided so we could have a cuppa on arrival. TV, Wi-fi and central heating all working perfectly. Living area, bedroom & bathroom all clean & tidy. An enjoyable stay.
