Located right on the main party street so depending on location of room there could be noise , ear plugs were provided but we didn't need them.there is a restaurant/brewtap attached to the hotel we didn't eat there but did try a selection of beers which were very good.

Fikk kun en drikkekupong, tidligere har vi fått to. Dårligere utvalg på frokosten. Den nye jusen smakte syntetisk. Har alltid vært fornøyd på dette hotellet, men denne gangen var det en skuffelse

- Andres (6/5): Horrible - If you want sleep and rest, search another option. Is like to be inside the disco but in the bed. Pubs close 4:30 am and the music noise is terrible in the room. Si lo que quieres es dormir y descansar busca otra opción. La calle está repleta de garitos y no cierran hasta las 4:30 de la madrugada. La música es como dentro de una discoteca pero en la calle
- Barbara (10/5): Second to none - Absolutely wonderful, probably the best hotel in Katowice in terms of customer service and cleanliness. The reception goes out of their way to accommodate every possible request and the housekeeping team leaves the rooms genuinely spotless. I’ve been to many hotels around the world and in Katowice, and this one is definitely the cleanest. It could do with a little revamp of facilities within rooms (updated TVs to include next flux, contactless charging points etc.) but it’s more so a personal preference rather than a major issue. I’ll definitely be back.

Reception staff really friendly and helpful, Viktor especially went above and beyond. Monica from the hospitality team, Was Amazing and helped in every aspect of our trip. There was a lovely waitress called Monika - so welcoming and joyful. We had a nice meal on our last day in the restaurant - fantastic !

The reception is friendly as well, but if you have pending work with the reception, it will be forgotten and not be done as soon as you leave the hotel. I had my points not registered, they told me it was registered. The invoice would be put and sent to me with the correct company address, but that is forgotten as well.. I called today 2 times, nobody picks up.

- wdrphotography (2/5): Not customer oriented - This hotel refused to make accommodations when I fell ill and insisted on getting paid in full for the entire stay rather than charging a cancellation fee. I understand that cancellations are annoying and would have understood a cancellation fee but charging multiple nights when somebody is not travelling because they' have a transmittable illness is ridiculous.

Food at restaurant very good and if you never eat slaska rolada you must try it. Breakfast simply fabulous everything fresh and tasty.

Wonderful clean rooms, comfty bed and good showers. The staff are fantastic and so friendly and helpful! Make sure you try one of their special brew beers, we tried one with pineapple in and this was such a treat! Really yummy. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re next in the area, thank you for such a great stay!
- Aaron_Kightley (10/5): Great hotel in a prime location of Katowice. - Phenomenal service is a central hotel. The hotel was located on a main strip of bars, couldn’t have been in a better position. We arrived during a snow storm, the hotel had Xmas songs playing with a blow up snowman outside, it really set the mood for Christmas! The receptionist was very polite and offered great information of the area and local food to etc. The bedroom was very clean and offered everything we needed. With being on a main strip of bars, I was worried about noice as I’m a light sleeper, except my friends snoring.. the hotel offered great sound proofing and this was never an issue. If I visit Katowice again, I will for sure be using this hotel. Thank you to all the staff!

So the hotel does not fulfill its basic function of providing a quiet place to sleep. Loud music Fridays, Saturdays till 4 in the night.

- Christian (10/5): Perfekt beliggenhet - topp rom - Gåavstand til alt. Beskjedent plassert i pub/restaurant gata i en av Polens hyggeligste byer. Restauranten som tilhører hotellet hadde veldig, veldig, veldig god mat - må prøves! «Beef Rulade» anbefales! Rommene er små, men holder god standard og er rene og pene. Bærer preg av nøye renholdsjobb. Perfekt mtp pris og beliggenhet.
- Limeri (8/5): Well placed - This is a good hotel it’s a few mins walk to the central train station , Rynek square and the Galleria shopping centre . There is also an attached restaurant and micro brewery serving great food the throngs of people turning up and some being turned away is proof of this . Thanks to Mihai at reception for a very warm welcome and farewell a good ambassador for the hotel . Although we didn’t use them we received tickets for a 5 beer taster tray nice touch .

- TomasSteh (10/5): Outstanding hotel - A great hotel, highly recommend for your stay in Katowice. In advance, I contacted the hotel with a request of a room on the upper floor and I got a luxurious room on the top floor. Everything worked very well, the wifi, air conditioning, the cleaning service. Great plus - mineral water, fizzy drink for free. There was a coffee machine available in the room. Even though the hotel is situated on a busy street, the soundproof was great and it was nice and quiet in the room. Great breakfast, a large variety to choose from, I appreciate delicious homemade bread. I will certainly use the hotel next year when travelling on holoday from Katowice Airport.

- thekruns (8/5): Good location in Katowice - Very clean and comfortable hotel along the famous walking street Mariacka in Katowice, Poland. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and bars and walking distance to most attractions in Katowice. The hotel is very safe and with own restaurant serving good breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Thorsten (2/5): - Das Hotel liegt innerhalb einer "Vergnügungsmeile". Es ist dort immer rummelig und laut. Soweit so gut. Eigentlich würde ich dem Hotel 4-5 Sterne geben. Eigentlich, wäre da nicht die unfassbar laute Umgebung! Wegen der Vergnügungsmeile hatte ich um ein Zimmer weit oben und nach hinten raus gebeten. Nach hinten heißt: unmittelbar über riesigen Ventilatoren (Kühlmaschinen?), unmittelbar an einem Umspannwerk (ständiges lautes Brummen) und unmittelbar an einem sehr stark befahrenen Bahnhof. Es war so laut, als stünde ich am Gleis! Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern und mit Ohrstöpseln im Ohr. Der blanke Horror. 2 Nächte habe ich kaum geschlafen! Die Einrichtung war gut und geschmackvoll. Keine Beanstandung. Das Frühstück war exzellent, es fehlte an nichts, riesige Auswahl! Die Frühstücksbedienung äußerst nett und zuvorkommend, Das Ambiente genau mein Stil. Fein. Die Rezeption war Licht und Schatten. Der junge Mann sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und wohl auch fähig. Die Damen können von ihm noch lernen. - Thomas (2/5): A pity - This is a great hotel. Unfortunately, because they were overbooked, I was allocated a single so-called deluxe single bed room. I repeatedly told the hotel that I did not consider this to be an upgrade. I was unable to speak with the manager for the following three days. Various reasons were given for unavailability. I did receive an email from the head receptionist telling me that I had extended my stay three times using different booking systems. I don’t know why it felt like I was being blamed for the overbooking problem. I was actually criticised for making bookings at the hotel and extending my stay. I found the whole thing quite unpleasant and bizarre. I was offered a free breakfast. I don’t think the head receptionist quite understood that when somebody wants a large room, a breakfast is not a substitute. I highly recommend the hotel facilities. I can’t honestly recommend the food or the service in terms of reception/booking. I have previously recommended this hotel, and I don’t think people will be disappointed in the facilities.
- Thomas (10/5): Outstanding for a Best Western - The staff at this hotel are really charming The hotel is very well designed. It’s located in a pedestrian area but that’s not a problem for taking Uber or getting around. I didn’t find noise to be an issue. However I stayed on the upper floors. The soundproofing within the hotel is excellent. Good wifi, TV , air con I would certainly choose this hotel over any others. I have stayed in in Katowice over the past 10 years. The only thing I would really want is a refrigerator and room service, but, this is a relatively budget hotel. Certainly the best Best Western I have ever stayed in.

- Fabrizio (6/5): - It is good hotel but with insufficient service for parking. I asked for it but they didn't have the ticket to give to me so I parked taking the ticket from the parking but when I paid I didn't get a receipt from the machine. Could be better.....
- jaketravelsabit (4/5): Blaming the Victim. - Best to avoid. Dance club kept me up till 3am despite the ear plugs they provide. Booked two nights but left after one, they offered no refund. Said it was my fault for booking using an agency (expedia). And further implied it was my fault for not knowing municipal codes which allowed for loud music till 4am. Silly me. The view was pathetic, mainly looking onto a wall and another room. The bathroom was very odd, more IBIS budget than BW. A half-toilet, very odd.

- Per (8/5): Sentralt hotell med kort vei til det meste - Vi har tidligere bodd på annet hotell i Katowice, men valgte dette hotellet denne gangen. Perfekt beliggenhet i byen for oss, men litt tungvint å parkere på kjøpesenteret i nærheten. Vi hadde også ønsket et lite kjøleskap på rommet. Ellers var vi veldig fornøyd med oppholdet, og frokosten var også veldig god og innholdsrik

- Thaddeus (10/5): BW in Katowice - The entire experience from check-in to check-out was outstanding. The room was very clean and all standard amenities were there. Even though I was on the street side of tge building , the outdoor music/noise was minimal. Hardly noticeable. The restaurant and brewery were also excellent.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel was even better than expected! Great location, amazing service, very friendly staff. The room we got was spacious and well-equipped, with some commodities that aren't so obvious at this price range (cleaning, water bottles every day, tea/coffee bags, an electric kettle). While the location is unfortunately prone to invite a lot of noise from the outside, the hotel did everything to make our stay comfortable and peaceful by providing blackout curtains and earplugs. Overall, if I ever return to visit Katowice, I will definitely choose this accommodation again.

- Billy (6/5): No parking and bad staff - Hotel staff were very unhelpful, disorganised and borderline rude. The hotel does not have parking despite advertising they do, we rang the hotel and staff lied they do have parking till we arrived and we’re directed to a shopping centre almost a kilometre away. They are in fact planning to build parking in the future. Bar in hotel closed at 22:00 and again staff were not good. Room was fine but our stay was ruined by everything else.
- Sergey (10/5): Отель супер!! - Замечательный отель,с отменным обслуживанием, очень порадовало наличие зубных щеток , бритвенных станков,всевозможных шампуней и кондиционеров и мыла разного предназначения!Идеальная чистота,уборка каждый день!особо отмечу завтраки,такого разнообразия ,свежести и потрясающего вкуса я не встречал и в отелях 5*!!отменное пиво собственного приготовления ,неплохое меню ресторана!!персонал высше всех похвал-малейшие пожелания и вам идут на встречу!!
- Kathryn (2/5): Avoid at all costs!!!! - If you enjoy sleeping in a club dance floor this for you. Otherwise, avoid like the plague! The club next door is so loud, that the headphones they provide do absolutely nothing. I’ve lived in loud cities like London, Berlin etc, but this is beyond compare!! The club plays the most generic awful music until 4am and all rooms were affected in the hotel. I find it completely ridiculous that this is not mentioned anywhere and despite having professional moulded earphones I can still hear the terrible music at a stupidly high volume. I absolutely cannot believe the good reviews for this place, it puts best western to shame and the staff did practically nothing to help. Also there is building work that is also not mentioned when booking. I’ve never written a bad review before, but felt I had to in this case.

- Abdar (10/5): - Lovely boutique hotel in the middle of the restaurant and bar life of Katowice.Super restaurant which apart from being used by the guests is very busy from passing trade . The rooms are neat and modern as is the rest of the hotel . The only thing that I would suggest as an improvement would be to have fridges in the rooms . If you’re going to Katowice this hotel is highly recommended.

- Eva (6/5): Superbra service men väldigt lyhört - Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen! Hotellet är fräscht och bra städat. Tyvärr tyckte vi sängarna var osköna (hårda) och det var sjukt lyhört. Lät som rumsgrannarna snöt sig och gick på toa i vårt rum typ.

- Terje (8/5): Hotel in the heart of Katowice - Hotel has nice location, close to many restaurants and public transport. I had a single room, small but ok for two days, waterboiler and coffee in the room, missed a small fridge. Very friendly staff, helpful and smiling.
