Room was a triple and very clean, beds very comfortable and tv up on the wall easy to view for all of us.Bath was amazing so big and everywhere very clean. Went to the bar and service good. Breakfast in the morning was very nice, full breakfast, Continental breakfast yoghurt, toast, orange juice and hot drinks. It was buffet style help yourself. It was very enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again. P.s was also able to park at the front of the hotel. Nothing it was all very nice.

- Sandie (8/5): We really enjoyed the Stuart hotel - Nice big family room Hearing people walking in the room above a think they need to get good underlay under there carpets
- Leanne (8/5): - The price outstanding, Experience staff and very professional, the breakfast, and most of all the bath especially helps with my joints and beware the water is HOT which is a bonus. I had 3 soaks in 24hrs to help with my hips. Change the coffee! Room and breakfast ones.
- Sharon Wilson (1/5): - Nothing Staff attitude bad not very clean
- Jane (9/5): Very happy with our stay :) - We hope to come and stay again soon :)
Friendly receptionist.
- jacquie (3/5): Adequate - Cheap didn’t really expect much No hot water in en suite !! . Damaged blinds unable to close properly. No bin in bathroom or the usual cup for teeth cleaning ect . Very wobbly railings on terrace .
- Samantha (10/5): -
- Heiko (5/5): - Die Lage war super Das Zimmer war abgenutzt, dreckig und es roch nach Windeln.
- morris (7/5): -
- J (5/5): - Location- centr, plus parking Very basic
- Kayleigh (5/5): Cheep cheerful family rooms were a nice size and it looked nice to walk in to the the room. - Traffic is a little bit busy on the roads walls are thin.
In the hotel. It was not that busy in the hotel given the time of year but you could here the other rooms and the noise.
- Katie (7/5): - Location was excellent for what we needed, staff were lovely, the room was really clean and had everything we needed. The room had poorly fitted vertical blinds that firstly provided very little privacy, especially in the bathroom, (the window in the bathroom also wasn't frosted so virtually no privacy at all), these blinds also let in all of the light so we were woken up at half past 5 by bright sunshine coming in.
- Linda (7/5): Would like to stay longer next time - Great location, really friendly helpful staff, nice comfortable beds
- Sparshott (3/5): Location ideal but really need to sort the smell out. - Location was ideal, general areas tidy and guy on reception when checking in was pleasant. Upon arrival we had to sit in the bar while room was checked (odd at 6:30pm but thought nothing of it at the time) when taken up to room, the corridors and room smelled strongly of air fresheners. Again thought nothing of it.
When we arrived back to our room at gone 10pm after a long day there was an overpowering smell of sewerage/drains. It was late/ children were tired so just had to deal with it. (I had to sleep with a pillow on my head that was saturated with aftershave)
- Robert (8/5): - It was near to beach Too far away from the tower
- Gareth (10/5): -
- Gem (4/5): -
- Leah (4/5): - Hotel was clean Blinds in alot of rooms had broken plus there was no curtains so the room got light very early
- carl (10/5): hot, sweaty, sober as no draughts and over priced cans of beer, but had a lovely breakfast - the bar area and the deep bath and the lovely breakfast.
beds were very comfy room was way too hot and couldnt turn off radiator.
shower was very weak.
The bar had no draught beers at all and only served cans and bottles which were very expensive.
Parking spaces, only room for 5 with over 20 rooms
- Jackie (8/5): Easter - Great clean lovely friendly people . Lovely breakfast full English great few days. All
- Tony (3/5): Disappointing - Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. New owners since our last stay, which was exceptional, but unfortunately it is nowhere near now. It seems they don't have enough staff to clean and service rooms, no clean towels and beds not made up, tea and coffee not replenished. Bar had one draught beer and bottles but unfortunately the draught wasn't on throughout our stay and bottles ran out one evening too.
- Tracey (3/5): Not worth £150 pound will never go again total rip off - Not a lot Breakfast absolutely rubbish cold no cereal no nice welcome didnt even see any staff apart from checking in
- Karen (1/5): - Location was nice The hotel has a weird smell on entering the room wax full of dust mattress protector was stained it wasn't nice I appreciate we only paid £38 no excuse for this I couldn't stay we walked out no I didn't take any photos this is a genuine review you get what you pay for I guess
- Rebecca (8/5): - Clean, welcoming and lovely staff, good location. No curtains in room so was disturbed and up very early due to the light coming through the room. That was the only downfall.
- Francis (5/5): Not the best hotel we have stayed in at all. - Nice location near the pleasure beach No hot water in our room all weekend. No draught beer on the bar. Just a mobile number left on reception if you needed anything.
- John (8/5): - Clean tidy room , friendly staff , good cooked breakfast Room a bit tired in places , bed could do with better pillows and a new mattress
- Drummond (3/5): - Not much The hotel looks a bit run down compared to when I last visited.Room was needing new blinds a new mattress
The bathroom was nice and modern
Breakfast wasn't great, staff not keeping an eye on when food was running short.
The bar was empty with hardly any selection of drinks
For an old hotel id genuinely feels like it's falling to bits
Floors are uneven and creeky..
Just needs a bit of TLC and I know it's new owner's but if it's not acted on soon I can't see much of a future for this place.
- Kanlaphat (8/5): Nice - Location The other guest making noise
- Subhashish (3/5): Fair but not worth the price I paid - Location was perfect. Next to Pleasure beach Rooms need refurbishment.
- Kai (10/5): -
- Susan (8/5): Few niggles but still good value and would return - Staff were friendly, loved the balcony room as was nice to sit out in the sun with a cuppa. Great that it had lifts as husband suffers from COPD. Although didn't use bar we did go in there to enjoy game of pool. On the whole breakfast was nice.
Bed was lovely and comfortable so had lovely sleep When I moved bedside table to get something that had fallen behind all the rim of table was covered in sticky stuff like sweets that my fingers went into.
Bottom of shower curtain was dirty and balcony table could have been cleaned as had ring marks on it.
My last niggle was the scrambled eggs at breakfast that looked and tasted l8ke powdered egg do on 2nd day didn't have them and tomatoes were cold.
Despite these niggles it was still am enjoyable stay and would come again but hope the couple of niggles will be taken on board.
Location was a bit of a walk to attractions but we were happy to use car.
- Rachel (3/5): Avoid - There wasn't much that I liked about this hotel, perhaps the parking and the politeness of staff. Oh the big bath was lovely. The room was just awful. The beds were so poor and the cot that we used was filthy. The blinds barely closed enough to stop any light and with no curtains my granddaughter was awake at 5 am, we left at 6am so not to disturb anyone else below who was sleeping. The sink had a big crack in it so water leaked onto the floor, the shower water was so slow, took ages to wash shampoo out of hair. The room wasn't very clean at all, old shower gel packets were left in the shower from previous guests and my granddaughter picked up a medicine tablet from previous guests, luckily I saw her and disgarded of it. The edges of the carpets were just full of fluff and dust all on skirting boards. Won't be visiting again.
- Anthony (10/5): - The staff were super friendly and helpful, room was a decent size, and very comfortable, food at breakfast was fresh and hot and also plentiful, staff were only too willing to fulfil any requests I had, will definitely return, hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the pleasure beach, and a 2 minute walk from the sea front and tram stop 👌 Nothing springs to mind
- suha (8/5): -
- Chantelle (6/5): Looks great but understand the lower price. - It looked welcoming, and the rooms were spacious enough. I even recommended someone to book after I checked in and they made a booking. Bath ran empty after getting in so plug must have been broken. Following morning no hot water. The room had a funny smell coming from the bathroom. We had no towels. The room was too hot at night, the bed was uncomfortable. I communicated this with the staff In the morning who was quite rude and just kind of stared at me, I said I'm just making you aware so ur next booking doesn't face the same issues and he was like.. OK.
- Murphy (1/5): The worst place I have stayed - Breakfast was awful didn't get the room I paid for and the hotel stunk Everything it smelt the staff were helpful at all
- Steve (1/5): Boys weekend yes, relax with wife no chance. - The weather was nice. We had stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago and we where unaware it had changed hands and by the other guests we saw it looks like its now more like a stag venue rather than a family/ ciouple venue,on entering the room we noticed a dank smell like the room was infused with nicotine, sat on the bed and the mattress gave no resistance and flattened like memory foam with alzheimers, the shower head holder wouldn't hold up the shower so holding on to it to take a shower was the only option but the switching between hot and cold and the power of a garden watering can put off any notion of a refreshing clean, we didn't opt for the free sauna experience but as the towel radiator in the bathroom would turn down from hot we got one anyway, after highlighting this to the staff and asking for another room we where told none where available so my wife and I cut our losses and went across the road and stayed in the big blue hotel and had a lovely stay. Its cheap and cheerful and I suppose one out of two isn't bad.
- Kelly (10/5): - Breakfast lovely and really cosy rooms I liked everything
- Mark (8/5): -
- Guest (2/5): -

- Brian (9/5): - very good
- Louise (10/5): The staff at the Stuart Hotel were great and with our kids as well. They brought us a lovely breakfast up to our room an - The room had everything we needed
- Mansoor (1/5): - Disorder really dirty room disgusting carpet really dirty. They don’t clean the room and that smell was everywhere from the train. I don’t recommend to anybody.
- Diana (9/5): - Very surprised and happy with this hotel. Although some carpets could be replaced, the room was comfortable and the bathroom large and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great and close to a light rail station. Drip in toilet needs fixing.
- Stephanie (8/5): - Excellent price for the location. Room was very large and clean. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. TVs in both parts of the room was great. The beds weren't very comfortable. The shower temperature was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The lamp didn't work that was in the room.
- paul (8/5): -

- Sarah (7/5): - It was close to the beach and rides The rooms could do with an update. The door had a gap so u could hear everything, so no privacy the windows was also dirty so couldn't see out.
- Janine (7/5): -
- Andy (8/5): Great value, decent facilities, decent breakfast and nice staff as well. Great value, will be back! - Been there several times before. Decent rooms and facilities & nice staff. Great value! Cheap coffee in the rooms

Well done to the friendly staff in there,, thank you for a nice stay. Although a really lovely hotel it was a little bit out of the way for me, should of done a bit more research on the location, But above all couldn't fault the hotel
- Gillian (8/5): - Near to the fair

- Kelly (8/5): -
- mark (10/5): What an awesome hotel! - What a superb hotel.

- Anne (5/5): - Friendly staff Smell of rotten eggs when shower turned on.
- Dawn (10/5): Lovely will definitely be back, perfect for visiting the pleasure beach - Comfy, welcoming and clean, perfect for families
Cooked Breakfast was lovely. Fruit variety and more variety of cereals
- Wendy (9/5): Excellent value for money in a very well located and clean property. - Great location, lovely breakfast and very clean. It didn’t spoil our stay however the bar could be better stocked.
- Elizabeth (5/5): - Great location, looked highly presentable from the outside, easy to access and easy to locate. The staff were absolutely lovely and super friendly when checking in and could find someone to speak to, beds super comfy, easy check in and check out. Balcony was a lovely touch with sea view, great price for a 2 night stay in a nice area in prime time visit to Blackpool which included breakfast. The facilities were unfortunately not to standard, the only sink available to get access to water was in the bathroom, the cold tap wasn’t cold so always drinking lukewarm water, the bar was closed often so couldn’t buy water, no mini fridge to store water if wanting to. Tried to ring the bell on the desk a few times to ask for support as that was what the instructions in the room said, nobody about on reception but no response after 10 minute wait so gave up. Left card on door to replace towels etc but came back to the card removed and no fresh towels inside. The breakfast option unfortunately was cold as soon as you got it on the plate, was very hard bacon and over cooked eggs, limited continental options. Last but not least, there were panels loose in the room roof, one panel missing, cracks in the walls, a lamp left on one bedside cabinet with no plug socket to put it in, just a bit of attention to detail would put the score up incredibly.
- adeel (3/5): very disappointing - Location is good Room was very smelly carpets were dirty and nbody changed the bed sheets
- Carlene (7/5): Ideal location for families & staff excellent. - Staff were very friendly & helpful. We arrived late due to an accident on the motorway & they couldn’t have been more helpful when we arrived. I had reason to message them & they replied immediately. Bar prices are a bit steep. Adult mattress could have been comfier.
- Daniel (7/5): Great location and value for money - The location is ideal. Near the Pleasure Beach, with a tram stop not far away. The staff we seen were friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast was no more or less than expected. Overall, great value for money. The beds were spring mattress, not that comfortable. There was no hand soap in bathroom, had to buy some when out. Some of the furnishings/decor seemed tired but not to the extent of effecting the stay.
- Michelle (8/5): Great for 1 night - Great for 1 night stay, breakfast nice Bed very lumpy, could do with new mattress.
