Natasha (2/5): They left me stranded in middle of the night - I would never recommend this place. After booking, I never received notice that their office was only open from 9-5p, and they're based in Miami. I arrived late at night after flight delays, only to get to the hotel and have NO ONE available. NO ONE was there to open the door and check me in, literally leaving me stranded in the middle of the night on the street and having to figure out where to go next. I called the number posted, and it sent me directly to voicemail in Miami. No one was available in Bogota to assist, nor did they ever tell me to arrive by a certain time. The next morning I tried to call again, and again it went straight through to voicemail in Miami. No contact until after I had to figure out alternative housing plans the day of. Extremely unprofessional and even dangerous to leave people in those conditions. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
