• 228dimples (10/5): Amazing solo stay with stunning views and very accommodating staff. - I checked in solo at this hotel, and I was genuinely amazed by the beautiful room view. The room was spotless, peaceful, and very comfortable, making my stay truly relaxing. The staff were all accommodating, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even more memorable. A special mention to Erwin, the lifeguard/security staff at the pool , he was incredibly friendly, fun to talk to, and made me feel comfortable even though I was traveling alone. His warm and cheerful personality definitely added to the great experience. Overall, my stay was truly exceptional ,definitely an 11/10 experience. ☺️

Stayed in a one bedroom suite. Won’t say it was spacious but I’m comfortable since I was the only one occupant. Nice sofa bed. My king size was comfortable. Cramped bathroom. Nice big fridge. No nespresso machine but I kind of expected it. But there was 2 smart Tv. Water fountain near the elevator. Eco sustainability effort in effect with the riddance of something plastic and use of gel / shampoo dispenser. The hotel offers fitness center , pool and room service options. Even in-house massage are offered. Breakfast buffet at their restaurant are decent enough. Considering many brunch places are on offer. Staff service worth commendable, from FD, restaurant, housekeeping and security. Wi-Fi speed credible and request for a 1 pm checkout granted without hesitation.

The room was clean but moderately comfortable due to the - Staff were professional and responsive from the check-in process through the checkout proceeds. I was excited to come down to the lobby and return from an outing because of the warm greetings and offers to assist with whatever we needed. My room had a mildew/sewage smell upon entry. After staying in the room for a few hours it was less noticeable. Each time I returned to the rim it was noticeable again.

They provide old towels , most of the towels they provided has holes. Dont include the breakfast in your booking it’s disappointing specially there coffee taste like water with just a pinch of coffee, it would be better if you buy ala cart or have breakfast outside. The AC is literrally align to your head which can not be controlled properly, it did give me a flu.

I ordered stayed and after like 45minites I called for follow up coz I’m worried maybe the steak is overdone(ordered medium well) and serve not warm anymore but the restaurant answered and called me back sorry that the one who received my order went out (maybe for lunch break because lunch time ) and forgotten to endorse my order. So they asked me to wait for 20minutes .anyways I’m not expecting anymore from the restaurant as the buffet food not really good mygosh. It’s just I feel not well don’t want to go out so no choice to have in room dine in but this what happened.not only food now but also the service is very poor. Even their trash cans are broken inside the room. Tv is so bad.there’s a broken part of the shower room and the door of the shower most of the time is stuck it’s hard to open.

• K3094MEruths (10/5): excellent customer service - what stands out is the excellent customer service - from the receptionist to the guards, housekeeping, nurse, lifeguard, and cafe staff. they are all a pleasure to work with - seems they are happy and well-suited to this line of work - very proactive and even the leaders are not hesitant to roll up their sleeves as needed. it was visible they have good people training here. initially i thought our stay will already be good value for money but it ended up being more given the new year’s eve celebration and cocktails. this trip is truly worth it and will forever be part of our core memory.

It lacked a few minor things like a dryer and a toaster. We were eventually given one toaster. Room service via a QR code scan. Preferably if it were a card copy. A bit of a walk to the city centre.

She even assisted my sister to our room just before I arrived. Of course, a very warm welcome from her and from the staff in the reception and security personnel. She, treats everyone as Individual, she also put high level of energy in her working Hours. • Hiroaki (3/5): - 立地は良かったです。 一人の女性スタッフから朝食を断られましたが、他のスタッフは基本的に優しく対応が良かったです。 ・朝食付きで予約しましたが、受付で「あなたの予約は朝食はついていません」と言われ最初の朝食は食べられませんでした。その時は時間が無かったので、その晩に自分の予約を確認したところ、やはり朝食付きだったので翌日別のスタッフにそれを話したところ、軽く謝られて普通に食べさせてくれましたが、一食分損しました。別に返金も何もありません。 ・シャワーは排水口がつまっていてすぐに足元に汚水が溜まります。また、水圧も弱くチョロチョロしかお湯が出ません。 ・洗面台周りは水垢や汚れが特に目立ち、黒いティッシュボックスは白い粉のようなものがかかったままで汚かったです。

• mari_thetravelous (6/5): Good location and amazing staff .. that just it - I arrived in Manila early morning from a red eye flight and I need to stay in Makati for a day so I stayed here in Valero Grand Suites. The price is very reasonable ( even for the additional charge for early check in ) The place is clean The location is very good The staff are all attentive and very polite, special mention and thank you to the Security by the Entrance and to Gwen from the Frontdesk, she handled my check in perfectly and also my check out and sadly she had to hear my not so positive feedback. I WILL NOT SUGGEST for you to stay in this hotel if you are sensitive with noise and if you want to catch up on your rest, because it is not possible to sleep. I heard clearly the guests next to my room and they were talking until 2am, it was quite only until 4am when they started moving to check out. Then at 7am i was woken up with cabinets banging and all noise from the housekeeping staff preparing the room.

• JULIE ANN (8/5): - This is June the very best value for the money hotels in heart of Makati. Walkable to Greenbelt and all around immediate area. Great restos nearby a block away. Good gym and pool for travelers. Seem to have upgraded beds as ours had a pillow top or topper. BIG rooms and nice place. Staff is excellent. Our go to most times in Makati.

• Maria (9/5): Superb - Staff were very friendly and helpful and I appreciated the confirmation on services - eg. If my in room masseuse was leaving, they would call the room to confirm if they can leave or if I did not want service for my room that day, they will leave a confirmation note at my door. I appreciate the thoroughness of their service. Close proximity to several restaurants and convenience stores for 7-11 made this really convenient for us.
