The receptionist was very nice, especially Omar, who was very friendly and the hotel manager gave us a discount! The room was dimly lit, but the cleanliness was excellent! Breakfast is monotonous and has few items.
- Dahab (8/5): Very good - The location of the place was great! it was around a 10-minute walk to İstiklal street and so we've enjoyed walking there a lot. There was a supermarket right next to the hotel and a coffee shop, in fact there are many small shops along the street it was super convenient. - The breakfast was very basic, a few cold cuts and cheeses with an option of a one hot dish every day, it was underwhelming honestly. - Something to note, the hotel is in a very busy street so it doesn't get completely quiet at night, but it wasn't too bad

- Siavash (5/5): Passable - Very large room with my nice decoration. Staff was friendly. Water bottles in the room were a fair Price. Directly behind the building, there is a very loud adzan speaker. It literally sounded like it’s 2 m from my window. So every morning at 6 AM, I was woken up by this. If you’re a single male who’s planning on bringing female company over, I don’t recommend staying here. They seem to care about that and initially told me, I can only bring someone over (even for a few hours) if they are the registered guest on the reservation. I was later able to resolve this through multiple conversations and nagging them, but it was a hassle.

- Renee (8/5): 3 night stay at The Clock Suites - Great location, close to Metro train station, a wide range of shops, cafes & restaurants. Spacious room with comfortable beds & helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast options were limited for hot food (omlete was fantastic though) & they did provide a sufficient range of cold breakfast options. WiFi connection was good. No balcony, however the windows can be opened for fresh air circulation. Our airport transport was arranged through the hotel at 50 euro each way for 2 people total & they gave us a wake up phone call as we had an early morning departure. There is a small flight of stairs on entry which was a little difficult with our luggage but not too much of an issue. I would have liked extra pillows. On the first day of room cleaning, our bin wasn't emptied so I started using the bin in the bathroom. I did have to ask the cleaner the following day to change out the bins & give us more tea/coffee sachets. It would be good to have glass cups, cutlery & plates in the room to be able to eat takeaway food (there was a kettle & coffee mugs only).
- Zain (8/5): It was fine! - Well, the location was perfect because the person I wanted to meet lives in a nearby hotel. Also, since this hotel is located in the city centre, everything is within reach. Actually, when I checked in and reached my room, there were ladies’ hairs all over the floor, which was very creepy. The dustbin was very small. The size of the soap was similar to a 50 pence coin, and it kept slipping out of my hand. And, the breakfast was also ok, as I really cannot eat bland Turkish breakfast everyday.

- Adem (7/5): Overall, we are thinking to come back for on our next trip. - Reception is available 24/7, which can be extremely helpful at some times. All reception staff are absolutely great; they are: quick and attentive to queries and extremely friendly. To support my claim, an example scenario would be the main hotel door being unlocked as soon as we walked up to it (thanks to CCTV) almost every time without having to ring the bell. We found ourselves managing to save alot of money from breakfast in the mornings (8AM-10AM). The breakfast is a typical Turkish breakfast ranging from types of cheese, bread, simit, spreads and juice choices. There will also always be at least 1 special containing eggs or an alternative option of having an hard boiled egg. The location is also extremely central, which was the main thing that drew us. It is close to our relatives, so we were able to see each other at both their homes and our rooms at the hotel, which was one of the few cherished moments of our trip. But you are also close to local shops in Kurtuluş and Osmanbey, but also the high street in Nişantaşi (all within a 15 minute walk) pr touristic areas in Taksim (20-25 minute walk). Other attractions are easily seeable by car or taxi (around 20-40 minutes based on the areas we visited). One thing we certainly had a lower stance compared to everything else was room cleaning. The room is mostly clean, and gets cleaned every 2 days. The bedding is changed every 3 days. However, the room attracts alot of dust, which was due to dust from the curtains. The curtains should be washed every time someone stays in a room, this way the cleaners would spend less time cleaning too. The ladies are very friendly and do also listen to requests. However, we noticed that from time to time they would skim on cleaning some parts of the room or would bring fewer towels than one day. When they did put their head down, the room woule be pristine clean, something we cannot deny. Also, one of the rooms we had no matter what we did would always have a smell in the bathroom.

Breakfast was rather humble, but there was always something warm, basic drinks and the selection of vegetables and cheese. Elevator up to 6th floor available (last, 7th floor reachable with stairs). Great location close to the M2 metro line and the congress center. No major problems. First, it could have been cleaner. There was no major dirt, but the apartment didn't really look fresh. Also, guests have to be aware, that on the roof directly next to the apartments there is a speaker and the prayers are played starting at the sunshine. It is really loud, especially on the highest floor.

Didn't have difficulty parking my car because the street it's on is not too narrow, so overall it was quite nice and I would easily give it an 8/10 The view was not really nice because it was looking over old buildings' rooftops... so not a great view... but not too bad anyway.
- Ahyildirim (10/5): The clock suites is one of the best hostels/hotels in Istanbul. - I highly recommend The Clock Suites. They are one of the best hostels/hotels. The staff and owners are amazing. They’re so friendly, social, and attentive. They also have an adorable golden retriever that is well trained. I slept well in the dorms because the guesthouse is located on a quiet street and have air conditioning. Each dorm bed also has curtains. The bonus is the free breakfast which includes delicious and healthy Turkish salads and vegetables. Everything was excellent.

Specious rooms, full of light…specially if you get a high floor room Bathroom comfortable Breakfast area small ( but ok for the capacity of the hotel), breakfast standard basic but fare enough for what u pay for the hotel (I’m not a breakfast person) 3 or 4 times a day u hear the imam pray since the speakers are too closed to the hotel, and it’s too loud specially when f you are a light sleeper. Basic toiletry amenities but sometimes the cleaning forget to replace or refill so u have to remind them The reception isn’t in the basement, so u have to walk 15 steps to enter the main entrance. This must be an issue if are older or u have a baby carriage

- IULIIA (8/5): Не дорогой отель для деловых людей в Нишанташи - Спасибо персоналу, забыла уточнить имя молодого человека (говорил по-русски).Очень отзывчивый и вежливый. Отель , скорее всего апартаменты, из 13 номеров. Удобно расположен, подходит для деловых поездок. Для отдыха вдвоем и с детьми -слишком большая слышимость ( со стороны ресепшн и из вне). Район вечером не безопасный. Но мне очень понравился голос муэдзина *(рядом мечеть). Такого чистого голоса я еще не слышала. Специально просыпалась, чтобы послушать. Если приеду по работе, обязательно остановлюсь.
