- Aminat (4/5): - Nous sommes arriver seulement 30 minutes avant le temps de faire le Check in etc nous étions d’accord pour attendre l’heure convenu mais la dame de l’accueil a essayer de nous soutirer de l’argent. Plus nous étions un groupe de 3 elle a voulu nous donner une chambre tous ensemble sans pour autant nous rembourser la différence et a voulu nous donner une chambre plus petite. Malheureusement ce n’est pas la première fois que je viens mais la première fois que ça se passe si mal.

Номера отеля просторные, но стоит дикий запах сигарет, который уже въелся в стены. Локация удобная, недалеко от аэропорта. Запах сигарет в номере, который мешал заснуть (не могу спать с открытым окном).

- cthajar (8/5): Nice Budget Stay Near Sabiha Airport - Stayed at Skyport Istanbul Hotel for 1 night and it was quite worth it, especially because it’s close to Sabiha Gökçen International Airport. The family room was spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Facilities were good and complete. The only downside was the cleanliness, which could be improved, but still acceptable for a short stay. Overall, a convenient place to stay if you have an early flight or transit near the airport. The cleanliness could be improved, but it was still acceptable for a short 1-night stay

- Ousman (1/5): - Headline: Huge disappointment. Terrible service for a returning guest. I have stayed at this hotel several times before, but this visit will definitely be my last. The service and staff attitude were incredibly disappointing. Upon check-in, I asked if it was possible to have two separate beds. I was shocked when the staff demanded an extra charge equal to 50% of the total booking price for 2 nights! After I declined and agreed to stay in a standard double room, I was given a room I had never seen before in this hotel. It was tiny, outdated, and poorly maintained. Key issues: Plumbing: Water was leaking during the shower, creating a large puddle in front of the sink. Amenities: There was only one towel provided for two guests. Room Condition: The room felt "stale" and cramped compared to the other rooms I’ve stayed in previously. I informed the receptionist that I would not be returning. It is a shame that this hotel treats its loyal guests this way. I do not recommend staying here.

- Aynur (1/5): . Da wir nur eine Nacht bleiben wollten, haben wir uns trotz der Umstände entschieden, dort zu übernachten. Für einen we - Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zum Flughafen. Außerdem waren die meisten Mitarbeiter sowie das übrige Rezeptionspersonal sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption während der Frühschicht machte hierbei eine Ausnahme. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir leider mehrere Probleme mit dem Zimmer. Das Badezimmer war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber, und es standen keine Handtücher zur Verfügung. Nach unserer ersten Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde das Zimmer zunächst nicht gereinigt. Erst nach einer zweiten Rückmeldung wurde die Reinigung durchgeführt. Allerdings fehlten weiterhin die Handtücher. Zusätzlich funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht richtig. Obwohl Einstellungen vorgenommen werden konnten, kam keine spürbare Luft aus der Anlage, sodass das Zimmer insgesamt sehr kalt war. Wir hoffen, dass hier künftig mehr auf Sauberkeit und Funktionalität geachtet wird, um den Aufenthalt für Gäste angenehmer zu gestalten.

Girişte ve çıkışta yardımcı olan tüm personeller çok güler yüzlü. Temizlik harici hersey olumluydu aslinda. Tuvaletin kullanilmis birakildigiyla karsilasinca gerisi ne kadar iyi olsa da o pis duygudan cikamiyorsunuz. Ayrica ne kadar her yere sigara icilmez uyarisi yapistirmis olsalar da bazi uyarilari pek dikkate almayip sigara icen misafirlerden dolayi aksam odamiz sigara kokusuyla doldu.

- Paul (6/5): My stay was not as I had expected, and I would not be likely to return here. - The location is conveniently close to the airport, which made traveling very easy. It was also great that our dog was allowed! What I didn’t like was the lack of transparency on Booking.com regarding the extra fee for our dog. It only mentioned in the general terms that there “might” be a charge, but no clear amount was given. This should be clearly stated before booking. I also booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled musty and there were cigarette butts in the window frame, which was disappointing. The Wi-Fi was very poor and barely worked. When asking about a taxi to the airport, the hotel offered one for €15, suggesting it would be more expensive elsewhere. However, through the Uber app, I found a ride for about €5.40, which felt misleading.

The room was actually an apartment, with two rooms. It was big and spacious. All the basic amenities were provided. It's a little bit of a walk from the closest metro, nonetheless really worth the money we paid. Nothing.

First of all, it is only 3 miles away from the airport, you can go there by metro (one station from SAW to Kurtköy and 15 min. walk). Second, they are very friendly and very customer-oriented and despite the fact that there were no free rooms during our early arrival and the chek-in time being 14-00, they managed to find for us at 7 a.m. a place to sleep after a tiring night flight and then they gave us our booked room ahead of time. Our booked room were in perfect condition, with everything in order: fridge, hairdryer, tv and electric kettle, slippers and water etc. provided. And the space was huge! Two rooms and a very big sofa with a perfect big table and a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin. The area around the hotel is also very nice and safe, there are a lots of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries. And there is amazing kunafa place in the same building - strongly recommend to try your best kunafa and other turkish sweets! So if you are flying from SAW airport - Skyport hotel is one of your best options.

- Andreas (5/5): Nähe Flugplatz. Preis-/Leistung gut, für unkomplizierte Kurzurlauber eine Möglichkeit. - Unmittelbare Nähe zum Flughafen. Metrostation in der Nähe. Grosse Zimmer. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Verpflegung) in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Zimmer riesig gross, aber in einem ungepflegten Zustand, zB. Steckdose im Badezimmer hängt aus der Wand heraus (!) oder Laminat im Wohnzimmer schreit nach Verbesserung. Eine neue Klobrille wäre fällig. Übergrosses Sofa im Wohnzimmer (sieht schon etwas schmuddelig aus), versperrt aber den halben Zugang zum Schlafzimmer. Zimmer hat leicht nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken. 3. Stock: sehr lärmig vom Strassenverkehr, auch ein Muezzinruf um 6 Uhr morgens ist laut und deutlich hörbar. WLAN ist eine Katastrophe (sogar mein alter "Akustikkoppler" wäre noch schneller). Wir waren 3 Nächte dort, aber es gab keinen Zimmerservice in dieser Zeit.
