Connor (10/5): Beautiful but noisy stay - The location was perfect, the room and facilities were beautiful and well kept. When we had a leak in the bathroom and contacted the team, they responded swiftly and fixed the issue. The walls were extremely thin so we were disturbed a lot even with their gifted earplugs. The quiet hours highlighted around the building were not respected. The "self-service" element of the hotel probably contributed to the lack of control over sound.
Kolosvetova (7/5): Nice, but not for all - Отличное расположение, внутренний дворик - сад У нас были номера 103 и 206 - на первом и втором этажах. Взобраться по старинной лестнице в чемоданами были не просто. Персонала нет от слова вообще. У нас в одном из номеров плохо работал кондиционер и не закрывались жалюзи в окне на крышу Оставить чемоданы в локерах, что б познать на эскурсию в день отъезда на получилось. Все они были заняты 🤷‍♀️

Porta del bagno che sbatte contro il lavabo. il check in è solo digitale, perciò per noi che abbiamo deciso il viaggio all'ultimo secondo e siamo arrivati stanchi e molto tardi è stato arduo registrarci. Un altro problema grave è che il navigatore ci indirizzava esclusivamente nella ZTL anche se risultava chiusa. Non c'è possibilità di parcheggio.

Bernhard (9/5): - Ein cooles Ambiente und die Möglichkeit der Gepäckaufbewahrung. Der Online Checkin ist nervig und aufwändig, da er für mehrere Ersonen gemacht werden musste. Vor allem werden Fragen gestellt, die mit dem Checkin nichts zu tun haben. Ich präferiere den persönlichen Kontakt mit den Quartiergebern.

Christelle (5/5): Etablissement pas au niveau du tarif. - L'emplacement, l'établissement est à 10 minutes à pied de la galerie des offices, 15 minutes du Duomo et 20 minutes de la galerie de l'académie. On peut tout faire à pied. L'établissement est bruyant, on entend les voisins d'a coté, ceux du dessus, ce n'est pas reposant. La douche est fixe (type pluie), pas de flexible donc vous vous mouillez les cheveux que vous le vouliez ou pas. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans le café "Le Floret" qui est associé à l'établissement mais qui n'ouvre qu'à 8 h 00 et ce n'est pas un buffet, vous avez le choix entre 3 options. Le dernier jour j'ai laissé mes bagages dans le locker mais quand j'ai voulu les récupérer le locker ne voulait pas s'ouvrir, j'ai envoyé un message sur WhatsApp puisqu'il n'y a pas de personnel sur place. On m'a répondu qu'on m'envoyait quelqu'un qui devait arriver dans 5 à 10 minutes. Au bout d'un quart d'heure personne n'étant venu et mon taxi étant arrivé, j'ai relancé mais au bout de 20 minutes, toujours personnes. J'ai intercepté une personne qui faisait le ménage et celle-ci a heureusement pu ouvrir le locker. Moi par contre j'ai payé pour l'attente du taxi donc je ne suis pas contente. C'est plus économique pour eux de ne pas avoir de personnel sur place mais ce n'est pas pratique pour les invités. Je ne recommande surtout pas cet établissement.

Quiet area and ver - Loved the architecture, garden, interior of room, extra supplies such as towels, toilet paper, onsite laundry facilities and iron with ironing board that you could take up to your room. No onsite reception. We had issues with Pin provided which was due to IT issues that they had on the day. We had a lovely lady help us who worked in the complex.

Laure-Anne (9/5): Magnifique palazzo - idéal pour groupes ou grandes familles - Nous étions un groupe d'amis répartis dans plusieurs chambres / appartements, et l'établissement propose de magnifiques espaces communs (jardin, terrasse) qui nous ont permis de nous retrouver pour des moments ensemble (déjeuners, apéritifs,...). L'emplacement est dans un joli quartier un peu à l'écart du centre (et donc de la foule), tout en permettant d'aller au centre pied (15 min). Pas de service de chambre (ménage) pendant le séjour.

MARIA JESUS (8/5): Muy buena estancia. Volvería. - La ubicación muy buena. Sabanas y toallas perfectas. Tiene un jardín en la parte trasera del Hotel que se estaba estupendamente. Tuvimos una incidencia con el código de entrada en una habitación de los amigos y lo resolvieron rápidamente. Teníamos 2 habitaciones y 2 baños juntos. Una habitación perfecta, ventilada, pero la otra la ventana daba a una escalera que hacía efecto chimenea con olor a desayuno y comida continuamente, por lo que no se podía ventilar.

lorraine (3/5): Hyper bruyant - pas pour les familles - La chambre / studio n 104 au 1er étage sur rue est tellement bruyante qu'il est impossible de dormir. A l'arrivee des bouchons d'oreilles sont proposés et donnent le ton. Il faudrait au moins mettre du double vitrage et prévenir. Avec enfant c'est ingérable. Le lieu globalement est très mal insonorisé. Même si l'emplacement est sympa, et le mini jardin agreable le prix pour cet hébergement où l'on ne dort pas est exorbitant, de même pour le petit déjeuner (en plus 14 euros pour 1 croissant 1 café et 1 verre de jus d'orange). Ne pas réserver ici.

Merve (5/5): Fotoğraflardan farklı bir oda - Bahçesi çok çok güzel ancak odadan tamamen bağımsız bir noktada. Odanın mutfağı kompakt ve tasarım olarak iyiydi. Otelin konumu iyi. Girişteki dolaplara erken gelirseniz ya da geç çıkış yaparsanız valizlerinizi bırakabilirsiniz. Temizlik personeli çok güleryüzlüydü. Oda temizdi. Rezervasyon yaparken gözüken fotoğraflardaki oda ile bize verilen oda bambaşkaydı. Yatak kenarlarındaki sehpalar bir karıştan daha küçüktü. Banyonun camından patates kızartması yağlı yemek kokuları geliyordu. Otelin fotoğrafından huzurlu sessiz ve sakin bir mekanmış gibi algılanıyor ancak bizim odamızın tam altında bir restoran vardı ve müzik sesi konuşmalar kahkahalar gece 2’ye kadar devam etti. Duvarlar çok inceydi diğer odalardaki konuşmalar sifon sesleri odaya geliyordu. Ayrıca bebekli olduğumuzu belirtmemize rağmen tam girişteki odayı bize verdikleri için aşağıdaki demir kapının sesi merdivenden çıkanların sesi, hepsi odanın içerisindeydi. Zaten yatak başlarına kulak tıkacı bırakmışlar. Bu da odanın gürültülü bir oda olduğu mesajını veriyor. Banyoda makyaj malzemeler banyo malzemelerini koyacak alan yoktu. Lavabonun kenarında ufak bir boşluk vardı oraya koyulan eşyalar kayarak lavabonun içerisine düşüyordu. Rezervasyon sırasında farklı fotoğraflar görmeseydim bu odayı da belki bir şekilde severdim ama hayal kırıklığı oldu.

The location was very central, yet set in a quiet place where you are able to get some rest after a long day. It was also nice that we were able to get coffee in the room and top it up as needed. Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Eirene (9/5): Feeling home far from home - The room was very big and it had a little kitchen. It really made the difference. Everything was clean. The room was also very silent and the little birds from the courtyard were waking me up every morning. The top would’ve to had a lift. Yet, in the day of my check out one of the staff helped me carrying the suitcase downstairs.
Katja (10/5): - The nice little garden and the cleanliness of the place. It was amazing. The only downside was the location in relation to limited traffic zone. The whole city seems to have a restricted traffic policy so when I tried to contact them for someone to explain how to manage that, we were comunicating only with chatbot that was giving us link to the site which was not helpful. It is not the property's fault but a possibility of personal communication would have been nice.
Milena (7/5): Overall, it was lovely to be in Florence, but I cannot say that I was satisfied with the value for money this accommodat - The only positive aspects of this accommodation are the garden and the restaurant (which is open to the public, not just guests). While the garden is genuinely beautiful, it’s often to see cleaning staff passing by in the morning, which makes it difficult to relax and enjoy the space. In addition, the restaurant is not connected to the garden, so you have to carry takeaway food yourself if you want to sit there. As for the negatives, the room I was given felt more like a slightly upgraded prison cell than a proper hotel room. Everything was completely grey, with no details or warmth whatsoever. The shower would flood the entire bathroom after every use. The room was also full of mosquitoes and dust, and in four days, no one entered to clean or even replace the towels. Considering the price we paid for those four days, which was quite high, this was especially disappointing. When I asked to change the room because it felt claustrophobic and was located on an upper floor with very steep stairs (I am seven months pregnant), I was told that there were no available rooms in the same category. I wasn’t even aware that there were higher room categories available at the time of booking.

Da tener presente che era una prenotazione non rimborsabile, quindi una garanzia per per l'agenzia (con il senno di poi non una garanzia per noi!). La cosa ci ha creato disagio perchè abbiamo dovuto cercare altro alloggio. Per fortuna Booking, che ringrazio, è intervenuta immediatamente e ci ha dato ottimo supporto.

Check in and out using app and details via WhatsApp worked perfectly . Did not see any staff , apart from those working in restaurant, which was fine as did not need anyone. Having the quiet garden at the back of the property was fantastic.Room was great with an amazing amount of storage , air con quiet and effective and bed comfortable.Message allowing early check in was great. Could do with a few more storage lockers for luggage.

Inclusive ja estávamos no local qdo recebemos o email de cancelamento. Alegaram overbooking A falta de respeito com os hospedes. Não se faz isso de cancelar horas antes do check in. Tivemos varias despesas extras e passamos por várias situações desagradáveis como andar com a bagagem uma longa distancia até encontrar um local pra guardar.
