- YAOCHI (7/5): 以親子體驗來說普普 - 這次是去看球 地點方便 住客很多都是球迷 兒童遊戲室其實沒有特別大 但是是跟外面廠商進駐的（童媽吉樂園） 房客收費仍然很貴（親子票400元） 親子客可考慮其他附近的住宿 早餐非常普通 補餐速度很慢

- HUEI-YU (8/5): 如果能改善早餐的用餐環境，這會是一間滿分的住宿。 - 房間很大很乾淨，浴室乾濕分離，淋浴間還有置物架，非常方便。另外，地下停車場出、入口各自獨立，車輛進出方便又安全，且停車空間充足，位子大小適中，不擁擠。 比較可惜的是早餐工作人員似乎不足，站在門口等接待收早餐卷等了很久，此外，用餐時還有好幾隻蒼蠅在眼前飛舞，不時停在碗盤上，邊吃飯要邊趕蒼蠅實在讓人精神緊張，也擔心衛生問題。

- Chia tien (4/5): - 住那么多地方的洒店，第一次遇到酒店没有附免费礦泉水，问前台只能说就没有丫，外面有饮水机，虽说免费礦泉水不一定是洒店该给的，但再差的洒店也还是会送上二瓶水，话说外面有饮水机，位置又放在最遠最角落的位置，是要客人走完一个樓層才能打杯水喝喝？位置是近交流道，但附近没什么便民的商店，如便利店，饮食店，都要走点距离。若说一样近交流道，不如再往前一点的致稳洒店，该洒店位置至少离吃的更近，附近热闹的多。附近是有一小夜市，但只有周一才有，美中不足。整体性价比，确实令人失望，不是可以推荐住的地方，总不能跟亲友们说:没附礦泉水的酒店超棒的！另外，建议房间若整理好，不妨把窗帘打开，曬曬太阳进来，不然一进门，濃濃的发莓味。另外吹风机也换换吧，风量小的，以为在吹小电风扇呢！

- 苑珊 (8/5): - 我們是3人住4人房，房間及床超級大， 房間與房間的隔音設備 還不錯。 困擾的是樓上用水，排水管的聲音超大， 飯店 響應環保不提供牙刷牙膏刮鬍刀等，我可以理解，但是杯子直接倒扣在大理石的檯面上，我覺得很不乾淨，杯口有磨損及搓不掉的咖啡漬；洗手抬面的玻璃塑杯也是倒扣；房價一晚6818元其實不便宜，冰箱空空如也，沒有迎賓飲料？我們去礁溪住或国外3000多的房間至少都有3瓶以上的飲料
- 敏柔 (6/5): 美觀性與實用性評分相差有點多 - 1.房間真的算很大間 2.停車場位置又大又多，完全不需擔心沒位置停 3.整體裝潢漂亮大氣 4.早餐還不錯（以我有吃到的為主） 5.離國道1號近，想玩永康區可以住這裡（離台南市區稍微遠一點） 房間內設備很減省： 1.馬桶沒有免治 2.洗手台沒有洗手乳 3.沒有放洗衣袋（可以帶走的那個） 4.沒有附任何旅遊資訊介紹 5.蓮蓬頭水壓不夠大 6.枕頭只有一顆（開放式衣櫃，所以也不會有預備的枕頭棉被） 再來，早餐收很快： 表定時間是到早上十點，我們的確較晚才到（大概九點半），很多東西都收光了，有補的東西很少，基本放任臺上空蕩蕩。這個很誇張，國旅玩了這麼多年，基本都住3、4星的飯店，也不是沒有住過五星的，也吃過清粥小菜應付的，但第一次看到可以收那麼乾淨的。 我理解飯店餐廳還有午餐要營業，也並沒有對工作人員表示不滿，工作人員不到熱情，但也不會一張臭臉給你或碎碎唸，可是在你們的表定時間內，該是我應享有的東西，就是應該完整的給我。如果是為了午餐準備而提早收拾，那你早餐表定時間就不要拉那麼長，可以提早到九點結束，客人自己會考慮吃不吃或什麼時候下來吃的，再者，如果怕人潮過多，可以分時段制，又或連假食材備貨不足所以限量，那是你們飯店的問題，不是我權利被侵蝕的理由。 最後，因為在裝潢和停車上真的已經超出飯店所標榜的四星級，所以希望其他方面也能再補強，抱歉碎念有點多，但相信你們能做的更好。

- Elizabeth (9/5): Great choice at the right price! - Very spacious and clean with comfy beds, and lots of fresh towels. The free parking is very easy and indoors. The mini-fridge wasn't very cold, but it wasn't a big problem for us.
