• Jamali (1/5): - I stayed at Santai Guesthouse and was quite disappointed. There was loud construction right next to our room that we were never informed about, other guests swimming late up until midnight making it difficult to relax. The water was cut off early in the morning, and after several calls, it was only turned back on a few minutes before check-out — and while we were finally getting ready, we were asked to leave, which felt very rude and inconsiderate because they were the ones causing our late check out by cutting water at 8am. The pipes also made loud creaking noises whenever the neighbors flushed their toilet rattling our room as well, which was very disturbing. On top of that, our room was not cleaned unless we specifically asked, and the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and no variety we ended not eating on last day as we couldn't eat same thing every single day. Paying 1800 a night, I was definitely not expecting this kind of experience. Our room was tight and tv was small and bad quality . And I almost slipped over as floor was wet and I stepped on empty construction material boxes as it blocked my way everytime I tried to go to my room Overall, poor communication, constant noise, and lack of basic service made this a frustrating and unpleasant stay for the high price being charged. Not worth it.

• Abigail (8/5): Enjoyed the stay - The rooms are beautiful, Bathroom is exceptional... and it's very quite and peaceful. The breakfast was good , fresh and appetite and their place is very clean and sparkly ✨️ Pool was not cleaned and went there expecting to swim that evening 😳 😐

I liked the outside dining area surrounded with trees and plants. very tranquil. also the shopping centre is around the corner, we didn’t need it but it was nice to know where the shops were. we were looking forward to having a swim but when we got there the pool was not clean. the rooms are also not that clean especially the bathroom.

• Charmaine (6/5): Pleasant - The host was friendly 😃 The room was clean and reasonably ventilated, with a functioning AC. The bed was comfortable and they had clean sheets and towels for us. Most importantly, it is quite close to the Brits Mall so that was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was basic. A full English breakfast would’ve been lovely. On our second day, there was no hot water so we showered with cold water, which was quite unpleasant. also, they were not there and we left without having breakfast. There was no air freshener or scented candles.

The internet was decent too - The location is at the heart of the city center,very close to the mall and alot of amenities Internet speed was decent,connect multiple device and streams, Room was decent and bed is comfy only regret was the pool. The on site staff were helpful decent breakfast menu,but not a fan ,got me a breakfast punch instead It a 10/10 for me, I had exceptions to use the pool unfortunately the pool dosent look cleaned
