• Magdalena (9/5): Wygodny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko dworca kolejowego i autobusowego oraz stacji metra. Polecam wysiadać na stacji Tiburtina. Niedaleko apartamentu piekarnia, bar, sklep spożywczy, lokale gastronomiczne. Rewelacyjny kontakt z właścicielką, która szybko odpowiada na pytania. Właścicielka naprawdę dba o gości, są zapewnione podstawowe kosmetyki ale też płatki pod oczy czy maski do spania. Dodatkowym plusem jest to, że właścicielka pozwoliła nam zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu.

• Ilaria (10/5): Appartamento molto confortevole - Appartamento super confortevole a due passi dalla stazione Tiburtina. Il soggiorno è andato oltre le mie aspettative. Ho trovato uno struttura molto pulita spaziosa e calda. Ho adorato i piccoli servizi trovati nel vano bagno, ciabattine, maschere viso, mascherina per occhi, varietà di saponi ecc.. letto comodo e salotto spazioso, entrambe le stanze dotate di Tv. Presente cucinotto dotato anche di forno a microonde. Noi abbiamo ordinato del take away ma è stato utile avere degli utensili a disposizione. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!! Mi spiace non aver trovato una spugna per lavare i piatti. Sinceramente mi avrebbe fatto piacere lasciare le cose in ordine

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and situated just a short walk from the main train station. We would 100% stay here again and would recommend it highly! That we couldn't stay any longer!

• Sylwester (7/5): Czysty apartament w świetnej lokalizacji blisko metra, z tarasem i dobrym kontaktem z właścicielem - Apartament był czysty, a łazienka dobrze wyposażona – było wszystko, co potrzebne. Dużym plusem jest taras oraz świetna lokalizacja: bardzo blisko do metra, w okolicy dużo restauracji i sklepów. Kontakt z właścicielem był sprawny i bezproblemowy. Obok znajduje się drugi apartament – ostatniej nocy byli tam goście i hałas był bardzo słyszalny, co znacząco wpłynęło na komfort snu. W apartamencie brakowało płynu do mycia naczyń, a dostępna patelnia teflonowa była stara i mocno porysowana. Wieczorem oraz nad ranem w mieszkaniu było wyraźnie zimno. Brak możliwości dogrzania mieszkania klimatyzacja chociaż była dostępna . Dodatkowo brak okapu lub odpowiedniej wentylacji sprawiał, że zapachy z gotowania utrzymywały się w całym mieszkaniu.

• Mario (10/5): Un soggiorno impeccabile a Roma - Struttura eccellente in zona Tiburtina, in una posizione davvero strategica: a pochi passi dalla metro e comodamente raggiungibile anche a piedi. In pochi minuti è possibile arrivare in tutte le principali zone turistiche di Roma, rendendo gli spostamenti semplici e veloci. Il palazzo si trova in un vicolo tranquillo e poco trafficato per via di una sbarra accessibile solo per i residenti, un vero punto di forza per chi desidera riposare in totale silenzio, lontano dai rumori delle automobili, pur restando nel cuore di una zona viva e ben servita. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano infatti numerosi negozi, bar e ristoranti, perfetti per ogni esigenza. La struttura è curata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Ogni dettaglio è pensato per far sentire l’ospite a proprio agio. Complimenti all’host anche per la sua gentilezza, disponibilità e sempre pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità con grande professionalità e cortesia. Consigliatissima per chi cerca comodità, tranquillità e un’ottima base per visitare Roma. Ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio!

Abbiamo preso questo appartamento perché vicino casa di mio fratello , la zona è ben servita di negozi bar etc ma non so aiutarvi a livello di mezzi e spostamenti !sicuramente zona molto tranquilla Consiglio di sistemare assolutamente quelle piccole cosine che sono rovinate , con un appartamento così bello purtroppo risalgono subito all’occhio. Un disagio purtroppo per noi che siamo state un po’ di più in appartamento , il troppo freddo , abbiamo provato ad usare il condizionatore messo al massimo dei gradi per riscaldarci un po’ ma non faceva aria calda !!! Sono certa che nei successivi mesi avranno un sistema di aria calda con termosifoni centralizzato ,perché li ho visti ! Ma per fortuna di notte si dormiva benissimo perché il letto molto comodo e fornito di ottime coperte

• Loretta (10/5): - Great apartment in a good part of Rome without too many tourists. Very comfortable. It has a nice patio, and the beds were comfortable. Good communication with the contact person. Easy to walk to from the Tiburtina Station. Coffee shops, grocery stores, and gelato nearby. Air conditioning.

• Myryam (10/5): Eccellente - La struttura è moderna e accogliente, ben arredata. Una nota di merito per la pulizia! Tutto era perfettamente pulito, stoviglie comprese. La colazione si può fare al bar oppure la host fornisce biscotti, marmellata, burro e tanto altro per poterla fare comodamente in appartamento. Anche la posizione comodissima, la stazione di Tiburtina è a 10 minuti a piedi di distanza ma se non si vuole camminare, a pochi metri c’è una fermata del bus che porta direttamente in stazione.

• Ross (10/5): Very Cozy & Romantic couple to stay in Roma. - Easy to access with inductions and Scooter parking in a safe place. The garden yard was an amazing environments and friendly staff contact via WhatsApp texts. Air Conditioning is not repairs yet, using a big fan is ok. The coffee machine is not great quality due not enough hot water not same as a hot boiler.
• Pavel (8/5): Nice place - The apartment was very spacious, more than enough for a couple. The location was also good and the breakfast coupons to a local coffee shop were a nice touch. It’s on the first floor in a shaded courtyard so it’s quite humid/cool/dark (but probably good for the hot summer months though). I’d say it needs some cosmetic repairs (the sofa has some stains, the doors have chips etc) and probably a kitchen renovation, but nothing serious.
• Emma (10/5): Great apartment with a great location - The property was so lovely and clean. Perfect for our weekend in Rome. We were just a 10 minute walk from the Metro and there were lots of shops nearby. Suzana was so helpful with everything and offered lots of information on where to go and what to do. We had an amazing stay!
• Danyal (9/5): This was a very short trip to Rome for my wife and I. We made the best of it and this apartment’s convenient location al - Location. Very close to Tiburtina metro stop. Ease of access to all parts of central Rome. This is very convenient for tourists. There are also plenty of food options around this property. The bed was a little rough and probably needs changing. The tv in the main room is not smart/ so can’t access Netflix or prime. The bedroom tv has a fires stick which allowed us to stream.

• Paul (8/5): Very good - We were dropped off in the square by taxi and I used Waze to find the building as it is not clearly marked. Unfortunately my U.S. cell phone didn't work so I couldn't communicate with the information number provided. I expected to meet an individual upon arrival (7:30 PM - Dark) as an estimated check in time was provided. As we stood in the parking lot of the apartment buildings, I approached a couple entering one building and asked for directions. Fortunately for me, they used their cell phone to contact the number provided and was directed to the apartment location and keys contained in a lock box. Beyond that adventure, the apartment was clean, comfortable and centrally located. The next morning upon checkout, we discovered the location of the Roma Tiburtina Train and Subway Station which is a very short walk from the apartment. I originally considered staying in a hotel closer to the Roma Termini (Main) Train Station but am glad I chose Aruna Suites as it was in a better location and all worked out. Problematic finding the location in the dark which may have been simplified if my U.S. cell phone worked. Now having experience with the location and knowledge of the Roma Tiburtina Station, I would return to the Aruna Suites.

• Jay (8/5): Clean apartment with a/c near Tiburtina and restaurants. - There are restaurants nearby, the apartment is very clean, and it looks modern. The beds were also comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Although we didn't use it, there is a small balcony that one could use. The door handles are bit flimsy, and I wouldn't normally comment on this but every single one felt the same. Also, there were mosquitoes, so I'm not sure if this is an exception because it was unusually hot.

We especially liked the thoughtful touches, such as the coffee maker with coffee pods, extra towels, and mosquito repellent options. Having breakfast options available was also a great convenience. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and we would recommend this accommodation to others.

• Sarah (9/5): All was well - We got an extremely sweet welcome, and our host even sent me birthday wishes later that week. The place was very clean and actually a lot more spacious than expected. And plenty of towels were provided :D There is no balcony or outside area so it might feel a bit enclosed, but it's as the description says so it's perfect for a short stay in the city when you're always out and about.

The space is spacious and it's extremely well-equipped. The complementary breakfast and full pantry are a bonus. Contact was easy and instructions were very clear Tiburtina is not the nicest neighborhood. The showers were a bit weak and although the apartments are new, it seems like the pipings aren't. The apartments are on street level, and although they are on an alley, one still feels that people are around. Beds were really not to my taste, as well as the sheets.

She prepared so much delicious food for us and gave coupons and was so nice. She told all important things about Roma, what to visit, etc. I can't help but remember how amazing she was! We forgot our bag in the room at 6 a.m. in our last day, and have not much time before flight, and she kindly suggested coming and help us! Absolutely gorgeous apartments and person who works there! Highly recommend! The only thing I suggested having are tips! Because in this situation, I would like to add them :)

The spotless apartment had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. NOT the fault of the apartment but it was a good 15 minute walk to the nearest train station [we aren't very mobile being in the older age bracket]. However the train line was perfect for the Colosseum and the Palatine Hill.

• Oana (10/5): Exceptional - The host was wonderful, she waited for us and told us where we can eat in the neighborhood and what to visit, she gave us trips and tricks. The ap is very clean and had everything we needed. What was exceptional - the fact that you cand resch the ap from Fiumicino airport by train to Tibutina for only 8 euros and trains leave very often, 3-4 per hour. Thank you Suzana for everything, hope to seeyou again soon! The apartment is situated a bit far from the center, you need to walk 10 minutes to the metro station and from there you can go antwhere you want. But we knew this and for us it wans’t an inconvenient.
• Vahit (10/5): Exceptional - Strategic location with near by walking to Tiburtina train station, if you are travelling to intercity/airport and Tiburtina metro station is also in same location to go Roma city center. The flat was spacious with a good cleaning, wifi, bathroom and confort. The neighborhood is a lively place with so many various restaurants & cafes & markets. Susan was so friendly host. She gave us some vouchers to have free breakfast in near cafe for our 3 nights stay. Nothing

• Gulsim (10/5): authentic Italian experience - very functional, cozy and sparkling clean apartment. we had. great time. It is a few stops away from the main attractions by bus and metro. Surrounding neighbourhood offers more authentic atmosphere than in the city Center. We experienced real Italian style of living.

• Ronald (10/5): Exceptional - Short walk from Tiburtina station. Everything you could want is nearby, including a really good pizzeria and gelateria within a few minutes walk. Maybe a bit distant from the main sites in Rome, but I was just doing a day trip out of Tiburtina one day and leaving for the airport the next so the location was perfect for that. Relatively quiet for a ground floor apartment and Susan is really friendly and helpful.

• Ashish (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and with a well equipped kitchen. The host is very responsive and cordial. The apartment is well located but a slight walk away from metro/regional train station. The kitchen was so well stocked up for breakfast that it was more than enough for us. Overall a splendid place for solo or family travelers Everything was superb.. Just a suggestion for improvement, Though we didn't require it, a dishwasher and laundry facility would be great
