- Paul (9/5): A lovely setting - It was a very peaceful setting with a beautiful pool area. The rooms were clean and spacious and felt secluded even though so close to town. There was ample car park and the staff were very friendly. There was nothing really to fault but it was a pity that the water in the pool was cold. It would have been nice if the water in the room was replenished each day.

- Nova (9/5): Gorgeous rooms and pool area - Lovely property on the edge of town. The rooms are beautiful, with lovely balcony. Bathroom very modern. The bed was soo comfortable, lovely bedding and pillows. Very large room, lots of space. The staff were very helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was nice. Short walk into the town for restaurants etc We only had a small issue with the shower pressure, but everything else was perfect.

- Martine (10/5): - Zeer netjes en aangenaam verblijf. Ik ben spijtig genoeg ziek geworden maar ik kreeg veel hulp daar. Dokter, extra nacht, ontbijt op de kamer... alles werd geregeld. Iedereen was zeer vriendelijk. Water zwembad was fris maar wegens ziekte kon ik toch niet zwemmen.

Un luogo accogliente, curato nei minimi dettagli, ma ciò che rende questa camera d’ospiti davvero eccezionale è soprattutto il servizio fuori dal comune e l’attenzione sincera verso gli ospiti. Tutto il team è straordinario: dalla gentilezza e discrezione delle signore delle pulizie, sempre sorridenti e attente, alla meravigliosa signora della colazione che ogni mattina ci ha accolti con calore e professionalità. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Giacomo, una persona rara, sempre disponibile, presente e pronto a “fare in quattro” per aiutare gli ospiti. Grazie ai suoi preziosi consigli abbiamo scoperto posti magnifici e vissuto esperienze autentiche. La sua disponibilità e il suo entusiasmo fanno davvero la differenza. Qui non ci si sente semplicemente clienti, ma ospiti coccolati e accolti con il cuore. Un’esperienza che consigliamo senza esitazione e che speriamo di ripetere molto presto. Grazie di tutto!
- Stephen (10/5): Lovely hotel with a relaxing atmosphere - Lovely property in a quite location within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants of Fasano. We had Room 2 which is large with lovely high ceilings and has access to a private roof terrace. Breakfast is provided with a nice selection of fresh produce. Staff were very friendly and very helpful during our stay. On Wednesday the local, huge, market is located on the roads close the hotel, very nice to visit. Tea and Coffee facilities in the room would have made a wonderful stay even better.

- Delphine (9/5): Très belle Masseria pour visiter les environs de Fasano - La Masseria est magnifique et très bien entretenue. Elle est située dan un environnement résidentiel de petits immeubles, mais dès qu'on passe le portail on se retrouve dans un cocon végétalisé, avec une très jolie piscine. Le petit déjeuner fait maison est servi autour de la piscine. Le personnel est adorable et très discret. Un parking est mis à votre disposition. Le centre ville se situe à 5/10 min à pied, idéal le soir pour aller manger au restaurant. Pas grand chose. Le seul désagrément que nous avons eu, a été lors de la première nuit, les logements du dessus étaient occupés et ces personnes ont été très bruyantes jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Difficile de s'endormir avec ce brouhaha.

While steps to the center of the town, one felt as if in the middle of an olive grove. The property has private and secure ample parking. Fasano is a cute little town with amazing restaurants. We navigated around all the other beautiful surrounding towns, knowing we had a wonderful “home” to return to at the end of the day. Breakfast was bountiful and everything was fresh. The staff was super helpful, cordial, and took good care of us! The list of suggested restaurants that they sent us was wonderful and it allowed us to enjoy delicious food and wine throughout the area. The lady who manages the dining room made us fell home and made the best coffee/cappuccino/latte macchiato. We look forward to visiting and staying here again. N/A

Liebevoll eingerichtet-schon am Tag davor erfolgte eine umfangreiche Kontaktaufnahme! Die Rezeption war äußerst hilfreich (Notwendige Ergänzungen und zusätzliche Infos über die Umgebung). Ein perfektes Bett und ein großes Bad ergänzen den positiven Eindruck! Die Garten und Olivenanlage vor der Terrasse war der erste Blick am Morgen! —-

- Melanie (10/5): Fantastisch - Wij kozen deze masseria als centraal uitgangspunt voor Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni en de Zoosafari. We werden in de ochtend hartelijk ontvangen door Alessia en onze hotelkamer was voor inchecktijd al klaar. We volgden meteen een pasta en tiramisu workshop van een echte Italiaanse dame. De kookworkshop passen ze aan naar je wensen. De bedden lagen heerlijk en de inloopdouche was lekker groot. Het ontbijt was zeker voor Italiaanse begrippen erg uitgebreid met broodjes, croissantjes, verse kaas, vers fruit en zoete gebakjes. Ook was er wat variatie. We raden deze masseria zeker aan! Niets

- Remi (10/5): Top tout confort pour famille de 4 ! - Très bon petit déjeuner avec super accueil de la personne qui s en occupe. Beaute des lieux. Propreté générale. Au début surpris d être en ville, mais c'est très pratique car accès au centre de Fasano a pieds ( boutiques, restaurants). Gentillesse générale de toute l' équipe qui fait son maximum pour nous satisfaire, directeur inclus. 2 points qui ne remettent pas en cause le séjour : Devoir payer un supplément pour un jus de fruit frais au petit déjeuner. Piscine non chauffée et donc impossible d' en profiter hors saison.
- Daniele (9/5): Tutto giusto. - Tutto molto giusto. Gli spazi, gli arredamenti, la funzionalità della struttura e la sensazione di essere fuori dalla zona urbana pur essendone all’interno. Struttura piccola e molto ben curata. Stanze molto ampie e ben concepite. Nulla. Se dovessi trovare proprio un piccolo appunto da fare consiglio un passetto in più sulla colazione. Tutto buono e funzionale ma magari dei centrifugati di frutta fresca o delle spremute fatte sul momento darebbero ancora più slancio ad un’idea di accoglienza artigianale.

- Heinrich (10/5): - Mit dem Öffnen des Tores tritt man ein in eine Oase der Ruhe und muss staunen, mit wieviel Liebe und Geschmack dieses Ort gestaltet wurde. Zum Frühstück wird bei kleiner, jedoch feiner Auswahl auch frisch Gebackenes, typisch italienisches angeboten. Vor allem der Orangenkuchen ist ein Traum! Am späten Nachmittag ein gut gemixter Drink am Pool, umgeben von nettem und aufmerksamen Personal, freut man sich auf eine sehr gute Abendgastronomie in fußläufiger Entfernung. Man schläft im riesigen Bett im geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Zimmer bei absoluter Ruhe. Einfach traumhaft schön dieses Fleckchen Erde! Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat!
- Sarah (10/5): Fabulous stay in a beautiful boutique hotel - We were in town for a wedding and wanted to be in a central location, the hotel is perfectly situated to walk into town and the restaurants. The staff, especially Sabrina were all so friendly and accommodating. A continental breakfast was included and there was a wide selection, you could add cooked items at a supplement but there was already so much to choose from we didn’t feel the need. The pool area is lovely, plenty of beds and chairs and although I think it was at full capacity it never felt too busy, the pool itself was a little cold but refreshing. We had a deluxe room with a terrace, the room was huge, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We would definitely stay at this property again. N/A

- Anna (10/5): Relax e tranquillità - Immersa nella natura nonostante sia situata in centro, questa struttura è una vera chicca. Il personale super gentile, ha accolto ogni mia esigenza per farmi vivere il soggiorno nei migliori dei modi. Stanza pulita e accogliente. Ho amato il gattino che c’è in giardino, sono amante degli animali ed è stato di ottima compagnia anche se era un po’ fugace e birbante.

The staff was friendly, the hotel clean, wonderful breakfast, lovely pool area to hang out at and close enough to take day trips to a bunch of smaller picturesque towns. Lots of parking avaliable and very secure. Our room was also incredible, it was like staying in a castle with arch ceilings and a large rooftop terrace. While the room/bathroom were awesome, the water pressure in the shower was very weak and the pillows were not the best. Otherwise it was fantastic.

My room was arched in ancient stone with ultra modern spec and a terrace . Swimming pool with shady coverings . Great staff Plentiful variety for breakfast.

- Peter (9/5): Utmärkt - Detta boende var oväntat bra! Det gav en väldigt varm känsla. Boendet var väldigt rent, personligt och personalen såg till att man kände sig hemmastadd. Rekommenderar boendet oerhört mycket. Tveka inte! Ett stort plus till Sabrina som gjorde vistelsen extra härlig! För priset man betalade för boendet kan jag tycka att äggröra/stekt ägg/omelett ska ingå i frukosten. Inte ofta jag stöter på att man behöver lägga till för den typen av frukostmat.

It is hard to explain, must be experienced! Great location! Spacious rooms Breakfast is delicate but limited. You will have to pay xtra for eggs and juice.

- Brian (10/5): Wow, true hidden gem - Beautiful suite, spacious, large patio with one lounger and two padded chairs. Large bathroom with huge shower, plenty of hot water. Excellent air conditioning and very comfortable king size bed. Alessia was super helpful in suggesting restaurants, making reservations and was always available in whattsapp. Great concierge style service. Fassono is an excellent base to make shirt road trips from. We stayed 5 days and will return. Nothing at all. Seriously.
- Julian (10/5): - Wir haben uns noch nie so wohl gefühlt in einem Hotel. Wir haben uns jeden Abend auf das Zimmer gefreut. Sehr bequeme Betten, moderner Fernseher für Netflix, leise und gute Klimaanlage, eigener Kühlschrank und ein Bad mit Regendusche und zwei Waschbecken. Das Zimmer alleine ist so stilvoll eingerichtet, dass es ein richtiger Hingucker war. Aber dann geht man nach draußen und die Poollandschaft ist noch schöner! Man hat nie Probleme eine liege zu finden, der Pool ist immer sauber und man hat auch eine Außendusche. Am besten an der Unterkunft war jedoch das Personal. Wir konnten Alessia immer über WhatsApp erreichen und sie hat uns immer bei Restaurant-Vorschlägen und -Reservierungen geholfen. Wir wussten immer an wenn wir uns wenden konnten. Das Hotel liegt mitten in Fasano, also man ist nicht auf dem offenen Land. Aber diese kleine Oase gibt einem trotzdem das Gefühl. Und dann kann man ohne Probleme in 10min zu Fuß die Altstadt in Fasano erreichen, oder von dem gesicherten privaten Parkplatz mit dem Auto zu verschiedenen Städten fahren. Man kommt extrem leicht auf die Hauptstraße mit der man in 20min bei Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Ostuni oder Alberobello ist. Jedem, der Apulien mit dem Auto erkunden möchte, kann ich nur diese kleine Oase als Base empfehlen!

Due to the wall outside and the hottest days in the year it was crazy hot but swimming pool helped a lot!

A special thank you to Alessia, Laura and Luciana who made us feel so welcome. A big big thank you to Sabrina who catered and feed us with the most delicious breakfast and hospitality. We will definitely come again. The location was perfect, the facilities were lovely and the pool perfect for families. Thank you.

- Bonnie (10/5): Lovely, stylish, comfortable, family friendly property in Fasano! - What a beautiful property!! We loved the beautiful layout, amazing pool, stylish touches throughout, lovely gardens, comfortable room and have to note how amazing the shower was! The staff were all incredibly lovely and helpful, made suggestions for nearby restaurants and a beach club. Also the breakfast was AMAZING! Highly recommended this gem of a property!

- Linton (10/5): A perfect place to stay to visit Fasano and surrounding areas. - We liked everything about Masseriola. Our room was excellent in everyway. It was comfortable, a big walk in shower and very quiet at night. The breakfast left nothing out, all tastes were catered for, nothing was too much trouble for Sabrina who was in charge of breakfast. All of the staff were outstanding, we could not fault them in any way. We had secure car parking, a real necessity in Fasano. Our only regret was leaving after a memorable week. Nothing.

- Jan (10/5): Fantastic staff, close to town, exceptional room, pool relaxing. - Our stay in Fasano was perfect at our chosen accommodation. It was a 3 minute walk into town and the staff were outstanding. Sabrina couldn’t do enough to make our breakfast special and just an amazing personality. Alessia also perfect in keeping in touch with us and helping where necessary. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Nothing.

Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Alessia was very welcoming and helpful in finding a spot nearby for dinner. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

- Judith (10/5): A little slice of paradise - This property was a little slice of absolute paradise! In a quieter town and yet in a very central location for touring the ‘spots’! This property is beautifully appointed, spacious and has all the features of an up market resort. It also is within walking distance to up market restaurants if needed. Perfect! Nothing…we loved it!!!!

- Sean (8/5): Very pleasant stay - Beautiful & very comfortable rooms & hotel. Excellent staff. Very good closed parking. Breakfast a bit dry - we missed fresh bread & real fruit. No coffee available throughout the day (add a machine ?) Security of room doors (codes) poor - #000+room no. + # Light switches difficult to sort out in room. A 3rd or 4th easy chair on terrace outside room would’ve been nice, as family was in 3 different rooms. For the price we paid, such small improvements could be reasonably expected.
