María Nair (2/5): Mala experiencia de Hotel; no lo recomiendo!!!! - No podíamos ingresar (01:00 AM) por que nadie había enviado correo de confirmación de reserva al administrador local. Esta empresa es dirigida desde Miami, con administrador local el cual no confirma las reservaciones; llegas al hotel y el guardia de seguridad (Prosegur) quien oficia de recepcionista dice no haber recibido orden de que estarías llegando y no te han asignado habitación. Gaste en dos llamadas a Miami para que la central me solucionara el ingreso. Cuando hago el check out quiero pagar la estadía contado, y no hay quien cobre. Nunca apareció nadie a cobrar; espero tener el resumen de la tarjeta de crédito para ver que me cobraron. Cuando llega el transfer que nos trasladarán al aeropuerto les dicen que no hay nadie en esa habitación, lo que implicó que luego tuviera que tomarme un taxi hacia el aeropuerto. Las instalaciones muy buenas.
Gina (10/5): Muy Bueno - pero falto claridad - El apartemento estuvo bien, bonito y sobre todo limpio, sabanas y toallas nuevas y el edificio tiene una excelente piscina. tengo una inconformidad que en el momento de la reserva no decía que cuando llegara al edificio tenia que pagar una manilla por persona de 20.000, esto es aparte de lo que se pago en hoteles.com
