La Place Jemaa El Fnaa est à 25 min à pieds et les jardins de Majorelle à 10min à pieds Avoir une connexion aux données mobiles pour s'orienter dans Marrakech et les souks est indispensable. Le quartier n’est pas très sécurisant, beaucoup des voitures et scooters qui roulent très vite et ne font pas attention aux piétons.

Lo staff è super gentile e disponibile ad accontentare le richieste (anche una colazione take away preparata alle sei e mezza del mattino) e la colazione molto buona e abbondante. Eccellente la pulizia. Se devo trovare una pecca, forse il rooftop è un po' abbandonato a sé stesso, rispetto ad altri Riad che abbiamo visto.

Fin dal primo momento si percepisce qualcosa di speciale: la gentilezza autentica e la disponibilità costante di Madame Fatima e del suo staff fanno davvero la differenza. Non si tratta di semplice accoglienza, ma di un supporto concreto, umano, presente in ogni momento del soggiorno. Ti senti accompagnato, mai lasciato solo, anche in un contesto come la medina che per molti può risultare inizialmente disorientante. Il riad si trova nel cuore pulsante della medina, permettendo di vivere ogni giorno l’atmosfera più vera e intensa di Marrakech, fatta di colori, profumi e vita autentica. Allo stesso tempo, è strategico per raggiungere facilmente i principali luoghi di interesse. E, cosa non scontata, pur essendo immerso nel labirinto della medina, è sorprendentemente semplice da trovare. Molto apprezzato anche il servizio taxi, sempre disponibile e organizzato con grande efficienza, che aggiunge ulteriore tranquillità agli spostamenti. La stanza è ampia, confortevole e curata nei dettagli. Il letto grande garantisce un buon riposo dopo le giornate intense tra i vicoli della città. L’arredamento e l’architettura rispettano pienamente lo stile tradizionale locale, creando un’atmosfera autentica e suggestiva senza rinunciare al comfort. La pulizia è impeccabile, un altro elemento che contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno davvero piacevole. In sintesi, tutto è stato perfetto. Un luogo che non è solo un alloggio, ma parte integrante dell’esperienza di viaggio. Tornerei senza alcun dubbio.

• Janine L. (8/5): - Sehr freundliches und herzliches Personal/Gastgeber. Tolles Ambiente und die Lage war auch gut. 10-15 Minuten bis man Mitten drin ist in den Souks. Etwa 25 -30 min zu Fuss zum Platz der Gehenkten aber man läuft Mitten durch die Souks, somit auch ein Erlebnis. In der Umgebung gibt es genug Möglichkeiten Essen und Trinken zu erwerben Keine Fenster im Zimmer, was aber an der Bauweise liegt. Das Frühstück ist spartanisch. Es wird am Platz serviert, also kein Buffet oder ähnliches, somit keine Abwechslung.

• sonia (10/5): Pace ad un passo da tutto. - Struttura situata nella parte alta di Marrakech, perfetta la posizione anche per prendere taxi (ti lasciano molto vicino al Riad, cosa che nel mezzo dei Souk non è possibile) A piedi abbiamo raggiunto qualsiasi punto. Siamo arrivati che diluviava e Omar è stato davvero gentile nell'accoglierci e aiutarci ad asciugarci. Il Riad trasmette una pace incredibile. La nostra stanza (grande) aveva una finestra che dava sulla strada e un bagno con una doccia molto grande. Acqua sempre calda, asciugami puliti e camera riordinata ogni giorno. Colazione perfetta tipica Marocchina e Tè buonissimo. Bella anche la terrazza al piano superiore con tenda dove poter prendere il tè. Tutti super gentili e sempre super d'aiuto. è sembrato di stare a casa propria. Davvero perfetto tutto.
• Martina (10/5): l’alloggio ideale per vivere la città - Il personale del riad è gentilissimo e disponibile, Fatima e Omar ci hanno fatti sentire a casa. La colazione inclusa è abbondante e saporita e ci è stata servita una cena tipica marocchina fatta in casa da Fatima che superava di gran lunga quelle offerte dagli altri ristoranti in cui siamo stati a 18€ a persona. La camera viene pulita tutti i giorni con cambio lenzuola e asciugamani, c’è il condizionatore che è indispensabile contro l’umidità di marrakech. Il riad dispone inoltre di una zona tv e di due terrazze in cui godersi il sole e rilassarsi che personalmente abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Shukran! nulla, il soggiorno è andato benissimo

• MASSIMO (7/5): C’è di meglio a Marrakech - Struttura antica ma ben mantenuta. Camera molto grande (anche se non troppo per essere una King suite). Bagno e doccia ottimi. Colazione fuori orario. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non certo ottimo, anzi. Camera fredda in quanto l’unica fonte di calore, il clima inverter, non era funzionante. Luci a led troppo bianche che trasmettono una sensazione di asettico anziché di calore. Colazione non all’altezza di un Riad. Non ho per niente gradito sentirmi rispondere che i croissant erano contati (uno per cliente) e quindi non potevo averne uno in più. E pensare che quello che ho pagato qui per due notti è la paga di 15 giorni di lavoro per un dipendente del settore privato…

• Cherubini (10/5): Excelente Riad - Me alojé dos noches en este riad típico de Marrakech y la experiencia fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, el servicio y la atención fueron espectaculares: todo el personal fue muy amable, cercano y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. El riad estaba impecable, absolutamente todo muy limpio. Cada día hicieron el servicio de habitación, cambiaron las toallas por unas nuevas y arreglaron la cama con mucho cuidado, algo que realmente se agradece después de un día recorriendo la ciudad. El desayuno fue muy completo y delicioso. Incluía zumo natural, yogur, el desayuno típico marroquí con diferentes masas de pan, y además te ofrecen omelette recién hecho, café con leche y croissant. Todo abundante, fresco y servido con mucho cariño. La habitación era muy cómoda, con una cama grande y confortable. Además, el riad es muy silencioso, perfecto para descansar bien y desconectar del bullicio de la ciudad. En general, una estancia perfecta: auténtico, acogedor, tranquilo y con una atención de diez. Sin duda, lo recomiendo y volvería a alojarme aquí sin pensarlo. Me gustó todo 😌

• DAVID (9/5): Quartier calme à l'orée de la médina - Ryad typique très agréable avec un accueil parfaitement orchestré, une chambre parfaite et bien agencée. Sa localisation dans la médina et en bordure des remparts permet d'être au calme pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas être réveillés par le muezzin ;-) Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la salle au décor argenté. Le toit terrasse permet d'admirer les alentours, les toits de la médina, le minaret, et la vue sur les sommets enneigés de l'atlas. en deux nuits je n'ai pas eu le temps de noter un aspect négatif !

L’accoglienza è stata superlativa, sono a disposizione per ogni richiesta e c’è sempre qualcuno presente nel riad. Le stanza sono comode, dispongono sia di aria condizionata che di pompa di calore( ci è servita in questi giorni freddi). Ci siamo trovati molto bene in tutto, colazione abbondante e molto buona. Noi abbiamo provato anche a cenare lì al costo di 18 euro a testa, le portate erano extra abbondanti e buone. Abbiamo usufruito anche del transfert da e per l’aeroporto, servizio preciso e utilissimo. A pochi passi abbiamo trovato anche un exchange money dei più onesti. Complessivamente molto consigliato, con temperature più calde credo si possa usufruire della piscina presente sulla terrazza. Niente.

The staff were super helpful with booking everything I need even before my arrival. Everything you need they were able to make it available and make you feel welcome and at home. They booked my hammam, Agatha excursion even dinner reservations. They sorted everything out and as a solo traveller that is really appreciated. Architecture of the Riad was stunning! They area is very safe but a bit overwhelming for me. It’s very close to all the main attractions but the square was quite rowdy

• Rio (10/5): The only problem with this Riad is that more people don’t know about it! - I loved the welcoming the staff. They were so accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed - helping us book a hammam, practical advice on haggling, and even teaching us some Arabic and French to help us get around. Breakfast each morning was lovely complete with thoughtful touches like adding in new pastries to try each day. It was quiet and cool inside - a nice restorative oasis from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. I can’t think of anything

• Giulia (10/5): Ottimo - Innanzitutto il Riad è molto bello e rispetta la tradizione marocchina. Pulizia eccellente in ogni area del riad con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola giornaliero. Stanza confortevole e climatizzata nonostante le altissime temperature di Marrakech in agosto. La colazione è ricca e abbondante con cibo dolce e salato. L’ospitalità e l’accoglienza di tutto lo staff sono state eccellenti, sempre solari, cordiali, gentili e disponibili per ogni evenienza. Un ringraziamento speciale a Safouan (titolare) e a Moneim per la loro gentilezza, professionalità e premura verso gli ospiti. Nel Riad cucina la miglior cuoca di Marrakech (super buona Tajine di Kefta)!!! Nulla da segnalare

• Natalia (10/5): Skønt ophold, med højt serviceniveau i smukke omgivelser - Vores vært/værter var super søde, smilende og imødekommende. Vores værelse var rent og pænt ved ankomst og blev til vores store overraskelse rengjort og opryddet dagligt. Morgenmaden var virkelig god og riaden var smukt og autentisk indrettet. Vi boede i perfekt afstand fra medinaen. Værelset var køligt, men der var varmeanlæg så det var ikke et problem 🙂 ville uden tvivl gerne komme igen! Denne Riad får vores varmeste anbefaling. Vi ankom i januar og riaden var kølig. Men med en ekstra trøje til morgenmaden var det ikke så slemt.

Il proprietario è molto cordiale ed accogliente, si è preso cura di noi fornendoci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno.Tutto lo staff ci ha fatto sentire come a casa,la signora che si occupa della cucina ci ha preparato delle ottime cene con piatti tipici locali.Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.Molto pulito.Lo consiglio!!!!

• Riccardo (9/5): Riad stupendo - Struttura molto bella e curata, host gentilissimi e disponibili, camera molto spaziosa e climatizzata, buona colazione e comodo da raggiungere con il taxi, posizionato a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro della Medina Le vie vicine non sono molto rassicuranti e al nostro arrivo (scortati dal transfert del Riad) un gruppo di local poco raccomandabili hanno tentato l’approccio “vi siete persi?”
