- Misguided (2/5): No hot water, dirty and not worth it. - I am a seasoned world traveler The agent that manages this villa blamed Expedia for our reservation being cancelled a week before arrival. However it was his mistake Because our vacation was days away I agreed to re book. He promised me a luxurious space with a cook and concierge. The antiques and colonial architecture make the place look pretty, but it was dirty, with no a/c in the main rooms, unpredictable WIFI, but worst of all-- no hot water!!!! The cook made a paltry breakfast and no one spoke English. We were informed we had to leave a day early because repairs were being done on the home. The agent put us up in a modern condo with a pool but there were not enough beds and linens. We could not use the pool.
