• Sabina (10/5): Extremly friendly staff - We arrived to hotel at 8am, and then we had conference. We managed to do the check-in and they gave us a room keycard, so we could access it in the evening once we returned. Great team, it was a pleasure staying in your hotel.

Terningkast 4 på grunn av at det er langt til nærmeste butikk/restaurant, og at det kom sigarettlukt/røyk inn på rommet i 06tiden om morgenen. Det er uvisst hvorfor dette skjedde 2morgener på rad.. Vil anbefale dette overnattingsstedet til alle som skal på messe, og jeg kommer tilbake.

Nosso quarto era muito espaçoso, com um cômodo com a cama e outro cômodo separado por uma porta com sofá, mesa e pequena cozinha. Excelente para conseguir abrir todas as malas e locais para apoiar as nossas coisas. Chuveiro com boa pressão e água quente. Cama confortável e roupa de cama limpa e quente e dois tipos de travesseiros. Estacionamento coberto e com 4 vagas para carregamento elétrico (pago a parte na recepção). Quarto silencioso. Café da manhã excelente, com boa variedade de comidas, num lugar bonito envidraçado. Bom número de tomadas no quarto, além de armário para pendurar roupas e cofre. Pontos negativos: Gostaria de conseguir transmitir conteúdo do meu celular para a televisão (para assistir Netflix, YouTube…). Mas é raro encontrar um hotel em que isso seja possível.

• Corinna (4/5): Die Lage!!! - Im Hinterhof eines Ladahändlers gelegen fragen wir uns, wie die vielen Top-Bewertungen entstehen konnten. Die Lage ist dabei ein Kriterium. Schmale Gänge, ein sehr enger Frühstücksbereich, klar mit großer Fensterfront- aber wenn ich dabei auf Wellblechdächer schaue, kann das kein Hotel mit Top- Bewertungen werden.

• Shifra (10/5): - We had a nice stay here in December. It is a bit out of the 'hot spots' but close to public transportation. Room was spacious and mostly clean. Only negative was the rugs in the room, they were in need of a vacuum (could of done without rugs). All in all I would recommend!
• Elif (8/5): - At the beginning, all was good regarding the hotel. However, when I checked my baby’s bed linen. It was dirty. There were some hair and black marks. It was the first day and we haven’t used the beds yet. It should be clean. The staff changed it in a short time but we shouldn’t spend our time for these things. In the third day, it was dirty. The hotel manager said that it is changed in every 3 days and if it is dirty, it is changed. Although it isn’t clean, it wasn’t changed because it wasn’t checked deeply. Apart from the cleaning, all was good. There were some missing parts in the room like slippers but they brought them immediately when we requested.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaalt, de geleverdeservice is top, mooie ruime kamer met airco (hielp tijdens de hittegolf), mooi terras. Top onderhouden, leuke attenties, gevarieerd ontbijt in uniek concept. De locatie is niet zo gezellig maar op wandelafstand van bus, trein en metro. zeer vriendelijke medewerkers/famillie die je ook goed op weg zetten voor toeristische uitstapjes. Kortom prima.

Top appartement. Alleen de ligging kan beter maar daar staat tegenover dat het is gelegen op een rustige locatie. We hebben daar 6 nachten met heel veel plezier doorgebracht. Zeker een aanrader.

Very nicely appointed suit and facilities.A bit out of the way so best if you have your own car if staying for longer periods. Local area a bit quiet and residential. €15 cab to the city. They plan to have aircon but was not working yet so a bit warm at night but the balcony opened up so not really needed except for hot summer nights. Staff and Breakfast was great. Good value overall versus city centre hotels.

It’s a 10 min walk to the subway U2 from there one can reach any place quite conveniently. Airport transportation was easily organized and a bit cheaper than a taxi would have been. We really liked the kitchenette in the suite traveling with a baby you can’t do without. It was clean well build and practical. Also underfloor heating was very much appreciate. A baby bed was set up Already when we checked in and it was clean comfortable and safe. Overall very much recommend

Although away from the city center (about 5 or 6 miles), there is public transportation. There is an underground station 10 minutes down the road that takes you to the city center. Using the subway/rail system they have will save you $$. I recommend this hotel to everybody and I will be using them again when I travel to Munich in the future.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - VERY Highly Recommended! This hotel provided us with the perfect holiday. Extraordinary attention to detail, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the breakfast lacked nothing, the room was clean and had every little thing you could need. The bed was extremely comfortable and the wet room shower was to die for. The underfloor heating was also a very welcome touch during our winter holiday. The hotel is situated in a quiet suburb outside the city, with two main train stations about 10 mins away (one walking, one by bus). 15 mins on either train and you're right in the middle of the city. Transport runs at all hours and you can access the hotel by keycard after 9pm. During the day the hotel staff are always around and ready to help you with anything; the receptionist we primarily encountered also spoke 5 languages so there's no need to worry about that. Overall, I can't recommend this place highly enough. I don't have one bad word to say. If we ever return to Munich this is where we'll be staying.

• Verified traveler (6/5): unequal service being given - Read about the excellent reviews about the hotel, however was a little disappointed. Indeed the hotel is new and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a huge fridge. However, there is no aircon in the rooms and being considered summer, the rooms are warm and even with the sliding doors open and the curtains open fully. Breakfast area was very small and it can't accommodate the number of people staying at the premise. Also, while checking out, I was being charged for 5 euros per day for parking and yet another person who was checking out beside me got it waived because the receptionist said that your baby cot and parking fees are being waived. I was astonished by the difference in the treatment done.

• Danuta (10/5): Fantastic stay, great hotel and staff - It was a great stay. The hotel is new and modern. it is not big but the rooms are very well equiped. Everything is there, even bathroom scales. My room was very spacious and really there were 2 interconnected rooms with full built-in kitchen (which had a dishwasher even), massive wardrobe and 2 flat screen tv's. It was very clean and lots of attention to detail. The restaurant for breakfast is not very big, but there is a good size balcony around it with a few tables there and it was nice to be eating outside. The best part was the hotel staff, extremely nice and helpful. I came for a business and needed to commute to Messe daily but there was a free of charge hotel transfer bus which was a nice surprise. To come back from Masse it was 1 stop on a train and 10mins walk so not bad really. Overall I would highly recommend the stay!
• Virginia (10/5): New hotel with amazing staff - Kreiz Residenz is a small new hotel where the owners give their customers personal attention, the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. We were amazed by our last morning in the hotel, we said our good byes the previous day at breakfast because we had to leave the hotel at 7:00 am for the airport, they volunteered to open the restaurant at 6 a.m. (normally opens at 7:00 a.m.) so we could have breakfast. The metro (U) is about a 15 minutes walk and it runs every 4 minutes to the center of town and main train station. The picture on Expedia does not do justice to the room. Our bedroom was very spacious with plenty of closet and the living area was also spacious. Our 6-day stay was relaxing and very pleasant Our thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Kreis. Virginia April 2018

• Ali Osman (10/5): Convenient for extended stay. - I had a great stay at this hotel. While the front desk is not 24 hours this was not an issue. It has a small but very functional breakfast area. The suite I stayed in was very comfortable and offered all the amenities of a small apartment.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great apartments, spotless with amazing beds! - Great apartments just in the outskirts of Munich (€14 Euro Uber Trip into town or there is the train station nearby) Very friendly and accommodating owners, the apartment itself was immaculate, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Amazing underfloor hearing. Coffee Machine etc. Breakfast the next morning was very pleasant. We were staying for a business trip and needed to be located close to IBM but it was easy to get in and out of Munich to visit.
