Bien situado y cómoda. - La Ubicación.... situado a 100m de Coliseo, cerca del barrio de Monti( restaurantes,bares) a 300m de la boca de metro que te lleva a la estación de TERMINI el 5m. Es un piso de un edificio antiguo con habitaciones. No hay un office con microondas, utensilios de cocina. Habitación nueva, amueblada de forma sencilla, espacio suficiente para dos, con hervidor. Cama cómoda y hacen la habitada diario, limpio y toallas de buena calidad. No es una calle ruidosa a pesar de que espacio suficiente una avenida. Buena ubicación para recorrer la parte monumental de la ciudad si te gusta caminar. Tiene una parada de bus al lado. Sin recepción, entras con código y pagas la tasa municipal dejando el dinero en efectivo en un buzón. Tuvimos un par de inconvenientes pequeños pero contactamos por washaap y nos los solucionaron. Al tirar de la cisterna hace mucho ruido. Debería de tener algún espacio, con microondas, cafetera y utensilios de cocina, han aprovechado al maximo el espacio. Sin recepción

• Joanna (9/5): Small but really nice and comfortabele! - The apartment was small, but nicely decorated and comfortable. It was ideal for a couple or a small family. Located on a quiet side street, which we really appreciated. The city center was about a 20-minute walk away. We honestly didn’t notice any real issues. We didn’t realize that we could use the garden. Anyway, we didn’t really have time for it. It may have been mentioned in the description, but it was in French (which is understandable, especially since we were in France) 😉and we only translated selected parts.

• Paula (9/5): Blisko Koloseum, bardzo czysty obiekt. - Lokalizacja na 6+ Pod budynkiem sklep, przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. Sprawna winda - pokoje są na 4 piętrze. W pokoju czajnik, wieszaki, lodówka (bez zamrażarki) ciepła kołdra i tv - gdzie można było zalogować się na swoim netflixie. Cały obiekt bardzo czysty, byłyśmy 3 noce i było codziennie sprzątane w pokoju i łazience. Łóżka super wygodne, miałyśmy po dwie poduszki, w pokoju bardzo ciepło. Dostępne ręczniki - duże i małe. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo sprawny. Wiedziałyśmy, że łazienka jest poza pokojem i to w ogóle nam nie przeszkadzało, ale naszym zdaniem lepszym pomysłem byłoby wejście do niej na magnetyczną kartę, niż na pin, który był 6 cyfrowy. Gniazdka ruszały się z każdym wyciągnięciem ładowarki.

• Bryan (10/5): Good location, Modern & Clean Accommodation With Great Staff! - The location is extremely close to the Colosseum & Colosseum Metro Station with a 5-10 minute walk you're there. Roma Termini is also roughly 20 - 25 minutes away as well if you're walking so it's fairly central location. The staff via WhatsaApp is also responsive, helpful, and very accommodating as well. The room and bathroom is in good shape and very clean which I was extremely happy about! Overall an enjoyable stay and would highly recommend if looking to be in a central area near the Colosseum! While it is noted and I understand it would be impossible to change is that I wish I had booked a room with a private bathroom inside the room. The external bathroom isn't far and is secure, clean, and well stocked. Just a little heads up for those looking to book and want a private bathroom inside the room and is more on me than the property.

• Francesca (10/5): Ritorneremo se dovessimo fare unaltro giro nella città eterna - Struttura molto accogliente, spaziosa e pulita. Posizione ottima, staff cordialissimo. Con Smart tv, vista sul Colosseo, super silenziosa e letto comodissimo… sento ancora il profumo di lenzuola di cotone pulite😍. Se doveste prende il bus, la fermata è davanti alla camera. Giusto compromesso tra ottima posizione e silenzio fuori dal centro. Consigliatissima! Abbiamo avuto la camera con il bagno separato dalla stanza, lo scrivo qua perché è una particolarità che magari non a tutti può piacere. Un pochino scomodo dover cambiare stanza, ma almeno non svegliavo il mio ragazzo con phon e doccia 😂
• martin (9/5): Like a hotel but without the 24 hour reception. Good location close to transportation & restaurants. - I had read upon the place before arriving so knew that it was a big brown door as the entrance to the building which is right next to a Carrefour supermarket, number a little hard to see. Access is via a code, once inside the building there is an old quaint lift with a metal grate on the outside and 2 small wooden doors on the inside to get to 4th floor. I would say max 2 people can enter at once with small suitcases. We were met at the door and everything was explained. Access to the room and guesthouse is via electronic keypads. Room was great with ensuite bathroom, looked onto the street but heard no noise during the night. Room had air conditioning, a fridge and a kettle for making tea. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean - would stay here again. Rooms cleaned daily, towels every 2 days. After initial meeting there is no reception. Very close to the Colosseum and plenty of restaurants etc close by + bus stop and a bit further away the metro station. Area seems safe didn’t see any homeless close by and entrance faces onto a major road. I only received the Fast check confirmation emails in the morning that we were due to arrive despite completing a couple of days before and despite signing the form so wasn't sure if the process was completed fully which was a bit worrying. Correspondence was mostly by Whatsapp , which worked well but for peace of mind would have preferred to have received the instructions on entering the place etc the night before or at least an email confirming all ready and that more instructions would follow. Apart from the plug of the sink not working in the bathroom everything else was fine. Would have liked a small safe in the room perhaps they can consider this upgrade for the future

• Maria Alejandra (5/5): - The hotel has a good location, close to many attractions and convenient for getting around. However, our overall experience was disappointing. It wasn’t easy to find, and although the host said they had sent instructions with the multiple access codes for the first and second doors, I never received them. Be aware that luggage is left in the hallway shared by four rooms, which doesn’t feel very secure. The main door to our room didn’t close automatically — we had to slam it to make sure it locked properly. The towels were change only one day of the 4 nights we stayed, and when we asked about the air conditioning, the person in charge wasn’t very helpful; we eventually figured it out ourselves. Overall, while the location is convenient, several aspects of the stay could be improved to make guests feel more comfortable and secure.

Sometimes the temperature just turns cold and doesn't turn warm again. Sheets were dirty as soon as we checked in, luckily staff member swapped the sheets for us.
• ken (9/5): Nearly perfect location near the Colosseum with a clean, safe, and very comfortable room. . - Our particular room had a view of the main road leading to the Colosseum, which you could see with a slight lean with the window opened! It was also convenient to bus line stops and reasonably close to the nearest metro station. A very nice breakfast/sandwich cafe' was within 200 ft with better selection restaurant choices within 10-12 min. walking distance. The room was very clean as was the separate bathroom down a short common hallway. The bathroom was dedicated to us (with key code) so it was very secure but this was the first time we'd stayed somewhere the bathroom wasn't in the suite itself. Not a problem at all and just part of the large European city experience. The elevator (though primitive looking), worked flawlessly and was very appreciated. The host was very easy to communicate with and had a system by which we were required to deposit our city tax in a lock box in the common hallway. A bonus, of sorts, was that we were spectators to a large Gaza protest march directly outside out street view window on a few nights. We learned that demonstrations are often staged near the Colosseum due to it's photogenic backdrop quality. Despite this, we felt perfectly safe and had the full range of large city experience here. Transportation to and from the apartment was easy and we effortlessly made our way to all the places we wanted to visit throughout the city. We'd absolutely stay here again on a future visit! Nothing really, We enjoyed everything about our stay!

Te pasan unas claves de 6 dígitos ( deberían implementar alguna tarjeta o alguna clave de menos dígitos) y anteriormente te hostigan para que hagas el check in urgente ( después entendi que no tenía recepción) te envían 8 emails el día anterior. El baño dice privado, pero queda en otro lado y no en la misma habitación.

• Norbert (10/5): Tiszta szállás szuper helyen - Tiszta volt, szuper helyen. Ai-osnak tűnik a képen a szoba, talán láványterv lehet, de tényleg olyan, mint a képeken. Az ablakból látszik a Colosseum. Imádtuk! Kényelmesek voltak az ágyak. 2 éjszakát töltöttünk itt, de másnap már voltak bent takarítani amíg csavarogtunk a városban. A negyediken van, amit nem tudtunk, de talán csak figyelmetlenek voltunk és nehezen jött a melegvíz, de minden más szuper volt. Lift egyébként van, de liftiszonyom van. Ezekért abszolút kárpótolt a többi, máskor is jönnénk ide!

Lots of food and drink options nearby as well as public transport options. The code system for the doors...though I appreciate the added security, key cards would be less tedious.
