givens (9/5): - Pam who was the agent who checked me in, greeted me upon arrival with a pleasant smile and made the process quick and easy with efficiency. She was also on duty as I checked and you remembered me by name, not a big deal but it was special personal touch, and I appreciate great customer service. It is not a fluke, I have been here maybe 3 or 4 times now and each time. The facility is clean, rooms nice and customer service is excellent. I didnt like the housekeeping was in an uncomfortable rush to clean my room.

Happy employees, Easy to adjust room temperature. Spacious bathroom Room not well lit. Not much toiletries in the bathroom. From the hotel, it's hard to make a left turn to the street, too many cars both directions. A traffic light can help. No complimentary coffee in the lobby.

This was my return stay to make the first stay wasnt a fake experience. The front desk clerk really provide amazing customer service.

The breakfast was fantastic, it had everything you could possibly want for a brea l fast. They also have a to go bag so you can take some fruit or yogurt for later. Justin, the general manager, met us as we walked in, suggested places to eat, and could absolutely not have been any more perfect! We even talked about my fairy hair and cruising while we were being checked in! Then he asked about our meal when we returned. He's a huge asset to your company, treat him like a rockstar! Then Marcos and Miss Kim were also superstars during the morning shift with their pleasant and helpful demeanors! This hotel is top shelf!! It's the only one I'll stay in when I'm back in town and will recommend it highly to any and everyone!!!

Kaitlynn (10/5): Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and lobby. Great breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk let us check in - Very clean and comfortable. Nothing, everything was great!
Cam (10/5): - Awesome hotel. The staff- including “O” were all outstanding and the facilities were clean and well kept. We will return when in the area!
Charles (10/5): - When I arrived to check in, Marcos was the only person behind the counter. There were several of us waiting to check in. Marcos acknowledged everyone with a genuine e apology and a smile. He handled the situation with absolutely brilliant customer service! HE was the best thing about my stay!!

Lori (10/5): Staff great ~ Quiet ~ Clean - We stay at HIE each time we come to Simpsonville to visit family. Used to stay with them, but hated to add the burden. Everyone here is SO friendly and we have come to make friends with some now. Always clean and lovely to revisit. Won't stay at any other hotel in town.

Jacqueline (10/5): Stay-kation 🙂 - From the time I entered I was greeted with a smile and welcomed. My room was in perfect condition and very comfortable. The breakfast choices were great and the hostess for that area was friendly and smiling. Also she checked with each table if there was any they needed. I certainly enjoyed my stay.
