- Abhishek (1/5): NA - Despite the fact that the hotel is linked to Hilton, the services are very poor. There was no toiletry provided in the rooms, no glasses to drink water or use in the microwave. There were only paper cups for coffee. I will not prefer using that in the microwave. And the hotel checked me out without permission at 9AM whereas the regular checkout timing for the hotel is before noon. We were inside the room, and cleaning staff opened the door. This is completely unacceptable.

- Christine (6/5): We stayed there this trip. Next month we will be booking somewhere with a bathroom door - Location, beds were comfortable. The barn door for a bathroom is horrible. Absolutely no privacy. I will not be staying here again for that reason. Breakfast was not great. Lower quality than other places we have stayed.

- Adèle (9/5): - J'avais réservé une chambre standard, à ma grande surprise c'est une suite qui m'a été attribué au même prix. Le grand confort... Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain. On doit laisser les portes ouvertes pour un peu de chaleur. Il manque un miroir à maquillage, qui serait fort utile.

- Josianne (8/5): Mon hôtel favori de la région! - Déjeuner super avec des options sans gluten pour les cœliaques, vue et emplacement magnifique (8e étage), personnel très aimable et propreté impeccable La piscine était fermée pour bris (trop de chlore), mes enfants étaient très déçus car on avait booké un hôtel pour pouvoir se baigner.

- Tubosun (7/5): Good experience - Thile the accommodation and most of the staff were satisfactory, our experience with a particular staff member - man at restaurant who attended to us on Thursday, Christmas Day, was disappointing. His approach was racist, and he addressed us in a manner that suggested we had not paid for the service. More varieties of buffet and Pay Buffet for Lunch/Dinner during festive periods.

- Dilip (6/5): It was an average stay - The cleanliness and all available facilities. Very helpful staff. Underground parking was very useful. The sliding doors for the bathroom and the closet were new for us and it was a bit difficult to operate. The beds were uncomfortable, we had a disturbed sleep.
