- Diana (6/5): Great room and stay but problems with payment and checking in was a little frustrating - The hotel itself was great. When we arrived our payment was showing as not paid then the computers went down and we were left with not knowing what hotel room was booked for us. The receptionist was very helpful and apologetic but we waited around 25 min to get a room. When we can checked out it again showed we had not paid so I paid for the room but ended up getting charged twice. When I went back later that day I was told a manager would need to handle this. I called the next day and was told the manager was out for a little bit and would call back. I didn’t hear anything so I called back the next day and was told the manager would be back after the weekend. When the manager came in 3 days later it was handled without calling me. I called and they were apologetic telling me that it was a rare occurrence. All is good but it was definitely frustrating having to deal with it for 5 days after arriving home.

They also have a nice grilling area and outside pool. The entire staff is friendly but the most important part I always feel safe here

- Linamary69 (10/5): A warm and welcoming hotel - Everything about this hotel is great. The staff is friendly. It’s clean. The pool is nice and shaded from the late afternoon sun. The gym and laundry room are combined so you can workout while your laundry is processing. And if you don’t want to work out, there are some nice Adirondack chairs to relax in while you wait. Breakfast includes make your own egg sandwiches, and on Friday, we got chicken tenders, as well as farm-fresh yogurt with granola and chocolate chips to add in. Fresh fruit (bananas and clementines) available all day. There’s a fire pit with couches out front for relaxing in the evening. Very welcoming environment!

The experience matched the photos exactly, which was refreshing. In my experience, the quality of a stay often reflects the service provided by the front desk staff — and in this case, I definitely felt like I hit the jackpot. The receptionist was incredibly professional and kind, ensuring we had everything we needed from check-in to check-out. The housekeeping staff was also wonderful. As we were leaving, they kindly offered to help us dispose of a few items, which I really appreciated — especially since it’s not always common for staff to step in when they see guests with children struggling. The entire hotel was clean, well-maintained, and smelled amazing. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority, and I truly felt I was getting my money’s worth. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I wouldn’t say I disliked the property — in fact, I loved it! During our stay, my son did notice a small bug on the shower door our first night before we took one. However, I chose not to report it because it was the only one we saw, and the rest of the property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I didn’t feel it was necessary to raise concern over something so minor. I simply disposed of it with a napkin and flushed it away. Overall, my positive experience far outweighed this small incident.

Location is convenient with Auburn University only a short 15 minute drive and Tigertown has shopping and restaurants just on the other side of the exit. The room was clean and spacious. If you are visiting for a football game as we were take advantage of the shuttle, it is not operated by the property, but is very convenient for the games.

Our kids slept on the pull out couch and it was a little hard and uncomfortable but I feel like that is a given with those. We didn't have breakfast or use the gym or pool. Hotel staff was friendly and we felt safe.

- Tracy (10/5): - We would stay at this location again. The staff was friendly and courteous. The free breakfast was a plus. The room was clean. Hotel decor was nice, clean & updated. Hotel was close shopping & many different food options. Not even 15 mins from the downtown area.

- Cox (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect, was able to walk to get food and see the movies. Grounds are well kept and they were able to accommodate me with an early check in. Staff was so nice. Booked specifically for the Groome shuttle service and would stay here again in the future. Relatively quiet stay however guest at the pool could get loud late at night and could be heard in my room on the 4 th floor which was annoying.
