• Karolina (10/5): Amazing stay - It is a beautiful place! We got infinity pool room and it was definitely worth it. People working here are friendly: we arrived very late and they greeted us with toast and coconut which was so nice, since we were quite hungry. Overall everything was good and we would come back here next time when in Ubud; location is also perfect if you have a car or scooter: there is no traffic to the city opposed to some hotels located north of Ubud; the afternoon tea (and snack) and complementary massage were also amazing - those small extras really add up to overall experiences- so dont change it :) Breakfast could be a bit better: choices were limited and it was nothing special so we mostly ate outside since it was not included in our stay

• Rachel (10/5): Beautiful hotel!! - Absolutely beautiful hotel and location. We had a wonderful holiday in the premier room with the infinity pool. The rooms and views are amazing, service is perfect, and the spa and massages were brilliant. We had private yoga classes and a floating soundbath at extra cost, but everything was very affordable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here! The restaurant could have had more vegetarian options, but they did accommodate this by making swaps. Also the shower is not in a separate room to the bedroom, so bear this in mind if sharing with a friend! It is all very open in the premier room, so better with a partner.

For sure one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. Amazing staff make you feel well looked after, the included set breakfast is great! Both infinity pool and shared pool are fantastic. Comfiest king size beds👍 For me easily the best place I’ve ever stayed at🙏 Sometimes the smell of the sewage was a little strong but that’s fine.

The food is delicious the amenities are excellent and the shuttle to central Ubud is very convenient. Special thanks to Eka from the spa for a wonderful massage. I will definitely be back. The body wash amenities smell very peculiar but the hand wash it’s great and it also work for the body

Lovely hotel grounds overlooking a forrest, but nowhere round about the hotel grounds to walk to or eat out. Okay if you have transport.

I especially loved the swimming pool. It was private and located right in front of my room with direct private access, which made it even more special and comfortable. All the staff members were very nice, kind-hearted, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made our experience even better. Definitely, I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future. Apartment & Resort – The apartment was very well maintained and in great condition, with the exception of the bathrooms, which could use some attention. Overall, the entire resort is well cared for and pleasant. Food – The food was tasty, well prepared, and consistently good. The road to the property is quite challenging and not very pleasant.

The Hidden Paradise is an exceptional place, and everyone working there is extremely kind and professional. As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved this place! It was so easy to get from there to the center of Ubud (took literally just a couple of minutes), and being at the beautiful pool surrounded by nature was all I needed to relax. The hotel has really everything you need, from delicious food, to a shuffle service to the center and many more! Thank you once again for making my stay in Ubud so special, hopefully see you soon! 🙏

• Nadine Patricia (9/5): Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt mitten im Dschungel mit wunderschönem Ausblick, herzlichem Service und toller Natur - Als wir ankamen, wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Unser Gepäck wurde sofort auf die Zimmer gebracht. Aufgrund der hervorragenden Bewertungen waren unsere Erwartungen entsprechend hoch. Als wir dem Personal in Richtung Zimmer folgten, waren wir zunächst etwas schockiert, da man durch einen langen, dunklen und wenig einladenden Gang gehen muss, um zu den Deluxe-Zimmern zu gelangen. Doch als wir die Zimmer betraten, waren wir begeistert: groß, hell und mit direktem Zugang vom Balkon zum Infinity-Pool. Der Ausblick – mitten in den Dschungel – war atemberaubend. Täglich kamen Makaken zu Besuch. Direkt vor unseren Augen kletterten Echsen und Eichhörnchen die Bäume rauf und runter, und eine bunte Vielfalt an Vögeln sorgte für eine lebendige Atmosphäre. Das Personal war durchweg hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist zwar überschaubar, reicht aber völlig aus. Man ist wirklich mitten in der Natur. Einziger Nachteil: Die Zimmer riechen teilweise stark nach Feuchtigkeit, gelegentlich auch nach Abwasser. Aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit lässt sich das wahrscheinlich kaum vermeiden. Der Geruch in den Zimmern, den man aber aufgrund der vielen positiven Ereignisse in Kauf genommen hat

Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Very remote location…which means it was very peaceful (aside from the rooster crowing constantly between 5am to sundown!) but required transport to & from town centre…not great in peak traffic times…turned a 5 min drive into 30-40min.
• Elise (7/5): Paradisiaque et calme mais mal situé - C’était super beau, très calme et paisible L’emplacement de l’hôtel n’est pas favorable pour avoir des Gojek et taxi rapidement malheureusement et l’allée pour y entre est très très étroite donc certains taxi nous laissaient à l’entrée de l’allée sur la route.. Nous avions une chambre avec piscine privée mais il y avait des asticots au fond de celle-ci car des fruits des arbres tombaient dedans..

• Chantal (9/5): Prachtige plek, heel verzorgd, mooi uitzicht, waar je helemaal tot rust kan komen na een drukke dag in Ubud. - Prachtige plek, echt een hidden paradise! Je komt helemaal bij hier. Super rustig toen wij er waren. Lief personeel en lekker ontbijt! Het diner vonden wij niet zo geweldig. We zouden zelf meer service aan het zwembad aanbieden.

Проблема с канализацией и пахло неприятно в комнате. Так же душевая не отделена и человек, который лежит на кровати может видеть того, кто моется в душе. И так же произошел один неприятный инцидент с пропажей денег в 120€ у меня из сумки во время уборки, никто из персонала не признался. В комнате нет сейфа и конечно же все деньги лежали просто в чемоданах или в сумках. Но хочу отметить, что менеджер Марта очень внимательная к гостям отеля и предложила нам с мужем спа в качестве извинения. Это было приятно. Будьте внимательны и не оставляйте свои деньги в отеле без присмотра.
