• MASAE (10/5): 素晴らしいです！ - スタッフの方々の対応がとても良かったです。ロケーションも素晴らしいです。ヴィラで過ごす時間が最高でした。ヴィラからプールにつながっていて、ソファがあり居心地良かったです。部屋の前にも大きな屋根のついたソファがあり、雨が降ったりしましたがリラックスできました。 アクティビティのも参加しましたが満足できました。楽しかったです。 ガゼボの利用はバリのトラディショナル朝食を申し込むと利用できるのかと思っていましたが違うようでした。誰でもスタッフに告げれば利用できたようでした。あまりガゼボについての利用の口コミがなかったので分かりませんでした。 部屋の隣が誰でも利用できるプールラウンジだったので騒がしい日があり残念でした。

• 유리 (10/5): - 생각한 것보다 훨씬 훨씬 더 아름답고 건축물이 멋졌습니다. 안에 프로그램이 잘 되어있어서 나가지 않고 리조트에서만 머물러도 전혀 지루하지 않았어요. 음식들도 너무 맛있고 아침산책/요가/바틱사야/스파/패브릭체험 등 모든 체험들이 발리의 전통문화를 느낄 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 또 식당과 까페 수영장 모든 뷰에서 우붓의 우창한 정글을 느낄 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 룸이 생각했던 것보다는 작았고(침실-거실) 화장실이 생각보다 넓었습니다. 베드버그인지는 모르겠지만 벌레가 조금 많다는 생각이 들었어요. 모기인지 개미인지를 잔뜩 물렸어요/

• Nevetity (10/5): - The environment is really peaceful and comfortable. The staff are very nice, polite and helpful. They also provided bicycle for borrowing which we can take a look at the ricefield nearby! There is no fan for borrowing as the room at night is a bit hot.

• Esteban (10/5): A perfect jungle paradise - This hotel must be one of the most stunning I have ever stayed. The premises are beautiful, sprawling, giving you a nice sense of privacy throughout the site. With jungle & greenery throughout. The villas feel very private and are worth the price. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms nicely designed, and it feels like your private home in the jungle. I loved the concept of the pool which felt like a river, canal, with small moments for privacy. We also made use of the bath often as it was a large size. Additionally, the staff is super professional & accessible, when you need help in coordinated anything from food to transit to Ubud. A special thanks to our driver Budi. He was one of the nicest people in our entire stay in Indonesia. The food offered is also really delicious and we ate at the premises often. Pefect, all of it.

• Juliany (10/5): Great choice I made to try Hoshinoya Resort in Ubud as I enjoy it fully! - Serene atmosphere in the middle of forest of Ubud! Foods I tried were tasty and great, daily snacks also very good. Spacious room, high quality amenities, staffs also very polite and friendly with great choice of complimentary activities. Location wise, a bit too secluded area so a bit difficult to find transportation. Not near the river but still can hear the sound of river.

• Yanyan (10/5): 非常安静、美丽 - 早餐是点餐制，就餐环境非常美丽，置身丛林中。如果酒店可以提前发邮件给顾客，有很多活动，需要提前预约。酒店虽然离乌布中心有些远，但有接驳巴士，山谷中的环境非常好。总之酒店安排了非常多的免费活动，这一点非常好，服务也很周到，泳池是个大亮点。 提前发邮件，告知有哪些活动，住客可以选择提前预约，这样就不会错过。

• KAZUKI (10/5): - 凄く綺麗で清潔感もあり、スタッフの皆さんの対応も素晴らしかったです。 特に夜のガゼボディナーは素晴らしかった。 料理も、雰囲気も最高のロケーションです。 必ず思い出に残ると思います。 ウブド周辺の高級ホテルと比べるとコスパが良いホテルだと思います。 設備、接客、清潔感、料理、ロケーション全てに満足です。 唯一残念だったのは、８月のウブドは割と涼しく、プールは寒かったのであまり入れませんでした。 これは仕方ないです。 朝の散歩や、織物体験は近くの工房で素晴らしい体験が出来ます。 ほんと皆さん笑顔で親切で凄くおすすめです。

The hotel offers a free shuttle to Ubud several times per day and in the evening. Excellent food/restaurant and very kind staff. -

• Twerski (10/5): One of the best most unique moments of our stay! - Absolutely one of the best hotels we’ve ever visited. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable - there was a Balinese holiday on our visit and they invited us to an annual ceremony they hosted with all the staff in the hotel temple. One of the best moments of our trip. Super special, a 25 min drive from the center of Ubud so the view and rice fields nearby are amazing. The outside area of the hotel is designed in such a way unique way. The room itself is beautiful. Great restaurant and activities for hotel guests to get to know the local culture. Really not enough words to express how much we enjoyed our stay! Nothing at all, amazing!!

The suspended nests in the jungle were our favorite as well as the private access to the pool from our room. Room wise the only thing I would want to comment on is adding blackout curtains. For some traveling it’s usually to disconnect and sleeping in is a big part of that. Food wise the coffee could be better.

• Motonobu (8/5): - 全体的にとても素晴らしかった。 スタッフもしっかりしてるし、対応もよかった。 清掃もゆき届いているし、ご飯も美味しかった。 ただ、空中ガゼボはとても素敵でよかったが、谷底の方から下水っぽい臭い匂いが立ち上がってきており、風向きによってとても不快だった。ここで食事できるが、食事中も匂いが気になった。残念だった。写真を撮るにはいいけど。 あとは、なかなか荷物を取りに来てくれなかったり、たまに飲み物の提供がすごく遅れるというか忘れられてたと思うのごあり、これはやや残念だった。

It’s almost an hour before we have the food served though they kept updating us on it and we had tea refilled. It was enjoyable just a bit slow.

• Gianluca (6/5): - La struttura ha moltissimi difetti per un 5 stelle, nonostante sia molto bella e con un personale ottimo e disponibile. Entra luce al mattino presto dalle tende veneziane nella stanza superiore, di contro scarsissima illuminazione la sera (non si vede quasi nulla e non c’è neppure una luce per leggere un libro), sempre dal mattino presto l’housekeeping inizia a suonare i campanelli all’esterno delle ville per rifare le stanze (svegliando tutti), quasi impossibile trovare posto nella SPA in alta stagione (e questo pesa molto perché per trovarne un’altra occorre fare 40 minuti di macchina per andare a Ubud), non c’è palestra, scarsa privacy in quanto nella piscina possono accedere tutti davanti alle ville, colazione solo a’ la carte. Invece di essere rilassante come dovrebbe essere a Ubud, finisce per essere un posto dove non ci si rilassa ne’ si riesce a dormire. Abbiamo segnalato che non siamo riusciti a dormire per la luce e lo scampanellio continuo e in risposta ci hanno offerto due colazioni: ridicolo considerato il disagio e che il nostro soggiorno è stato di sei giorni, spendendo diverse migliaia di euro. Peccato perché potrebbe essere un posto meraviglioso e pieno di pace.

As an improvement as the resort is a bit far from Ubid would be to make the dining experience more diverse, like babi guling, or other festive dishes to discover bali and Indonesian delicacies. Also, having yoga lessons would be great instead of just the nice breathing exercises.

I would highly recommend this spot to other travelers who are not Japanese because it is an introduction to a different sort of lifestyle and this variation of the Japanese hospitality shown is exceptional. For Japanese travelers who wanted to maintain their customs/ways look no further. They do this extremely well. (The toilets are amazing!!!) :-)

The resort design and connection with the land is really well considered. The dining options were decent overall, but the real highlight for us was being able to swim and enjoy the tranquility of the rainforest. The room itself was amazing - a perfect balance to of modern and traditional aspects.

• Wen Jie (6/5): - We have a pleasant stay at Honshinoya Bali. It’s a very beautiful resort surrounded by the nature. We stay in the villa Jalak. It has the best location to watch the resort, and the trees. You can even enjoy sunrise at the villa. We enjoy the time staying there. I’ll always missing reading at the balcony with such beautiful view. The only concern I have is about country and nationality. We are from Taiwan. However, the nationality and country is listed as China in the receipt. After communicating with the staff, he helped to correct that to Taiwan, province of China. Well, that’s unacceptable. I told the staff that this statement makes us uncomfortable. He is sorry about that and mentioning that’s embedded in the IT system. I understand, and ask the staff to provide our comments to the headquarter. Hope this mistake could be corrected soon.
• Shuhei (8/5): - 家族4人で2泊宿泊しました。森林の中に作られた施設はUbudの世界をしっかりと体感できます。　宿泊施設は良い素材で作られており、Luxury、Gorgeousでありながら、しっかり落ち着けるデザインになっています。また日が暮れた後の照明は明るさを抑え、森林の夜を感じることができます。　施設内は階段が多いですが、小学生から高齢の方まで楽しめると思います。管理されたお庭も素晴らしく、その中にあるプールはすごく気分よく過ごせました。　施設内レストランは、インドネシア料理、日本料理、西洋料理などもあり、スタッフの方も心地良いサービスを提供してくれるので落ち着いて食事できますよ。　短期、長期の滞在でも施設内で過ごせると思います。　賑やかな場所から離れて過ごすのも良いし、色々なホテルに滞在されてる方も一度この空間を試されるのも良いかと思います。
