- Evelien (8/5): Mooie rustige plek in centrum - De locatie was top. Vlakbij het centrum en toch rustig. Prachtig pand. Fijn om er een keukentje bij te hebben. Bedden lagen heerlijk. Wij waren met 2 dus we hadden ieder een eigen bed. Met 3 was het wel echt heel erg krap geweest trouwens. Het woongedeelte leek niet op de foto's het is een smal gangetje. Vonden wij persoonlijk niet erg, maar verwacht we dus niet teveel van.

- Georgia Ruxandra (1/5): DE EVITAT!!! Cazare foarte proasta! ATENȚIE MARE!!! - Micul dejun a fost luat intr-o patiserie pe o strada apropiata de cazare. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost cea mai proasta experienta de pana acum din toate vacantele in care am fost. Check in ul s-a realizat extrem de greoi, accesul pana la apartament trebuind decodificat cu 3 tipuri de chei, fără a fi explicat pas cu pas de gazda. Cu toate ca apartamentul a fost liber cu mult înainte de ora check in ului, nu a fost pus la dispoziție. După intrarea in apartament am constatat ca nivelul de murdarie și nefunctionalitate era ridicat. Spre exemplu, usa de la baie nu avea clanta și nu putea fi închisa. Camara avea un geam fără sticla, pe unde intra frigul permanent. Praful din toate incaperile era mare. A trebuit sa ne facem singuri curatenie pentru a putea petrece câteva zile acolo, intrucat sejurul fusese preplătit. Celelalte apartamente din cladire erau locuințe obișnuite, iar vecinii obișnuiau sa faca seara galagie incepand cu orele 22:30 - 23:00 și pana târziu in noapte. Cladirea era una in stil vechi, însă apartamentul era mult mai rau: complet neingrijit și neintretinut. Dezamagire totala!

- Sara (1/5): - Pessimo.... Lasciate perdere.... Alloggio bruttissimo, non ci manderei a dormire nemmeno il mio pessimo nemico. Pessima accoglienza, personale inesistente che non sa quello che dice. Ci hanno lasciato in strada 4 ore per poi mandarci in altra struttura fuori dal mondo e dove la porta neppure si apriva. Alla fine, x non dormire per strada, costretti a fare la pernottazione in un altra struttura... Non pernottato se non volete finire x strada.... Cambiate lavoro e bruciate questo posto orribile

- Harry (10/5): Convenient, comfortable stay in Valencia - The directions to the apartment made it extremely easy to find. Check in process was very well explained the day before arrival. The doors were unlocked using an app which was easy to download and easy to use. I was arriving late so was somewhat concerned that there may be an issue with checking in but with this system everything was very smooth. The apartment itself is very nice! It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. Overall the apartment was perfect for a couple or small family. The location was great, right near the park and lots of bars, restauarnts and cafe nearby. Also, very walkable to the city center which was great!

Die Wohnung ist düster da alle Fenster mit Blumenfolie abgeklebt sind um vor der wenig schönen Aussicht in den Innenhof abzuschirmen. An manchen Stellen der Wände sind feuchte Flecken.

- Dries Rorije (8/5): Prima appartement in het centrum - Wij hebben onlangs met veel plezier in jullie appartement verbleven van 10 oktober t/m 13 oktober. Het verblijf was erg aangenaam zo midden in het centrum. Het ontbijt was uitstekend bij de plaatselijke bakker. Het ontbijt bij de plaatselijke bakker was de eerste twee ochtenden erg goed, maar op de laatste ochtend (13 oktober) bleek de bakker gesloten te zijn vanwege verbouwingen. Hierdoor hebben we dat ontbijt niet kunnen gebruiken, terwijl dit wel bij het arrangement inbegrepen was.

Auf den Bildern war leider nicht zu erkennen, dass die Wohnung sehr dunkel ist und kein Tageslicht in das Appartment kommt. Ebenfalls ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig.

Mucho calor y no había aire acondicionado en los cuartos 3 trate de comunicarme varias veces al teléfono que daban y nunca nadie me contestó. 4. Escribí varias veces y Solo te contesta un robot 5. En la puerta de la entrada de la calle habían unos andamios de construcción. Muy desordenado todo. Por todo esto y que no se ve en las fotos de la página el precio debió ser menor.

- Anuschka (8/5): Gutes Apartment mit Basic-Ausstattung - - Sauberes Apartment - Bequeme Betten - Das System die Tür per Handy oder Zahlencode zu öffnen ist super praktisch. - Es gab keine Handtücher zum Abtrocknen oder Mülltüten für die Küche - Das Deckenlicht ist grell statt warm und aber benötigt da kaum Tageslicht in der Wohnküche - zusammen essen war so eher ungemütlich - Klimaanlage nur in der Wohnküche, in den Schlafzimmern Stand-Ventilatoren (sind laut beim Schlafen) - Info an zukünftige Gäste: Basics wie Salz, Öl, Waschmaschinenpulver müssen selbst gekauft werden

It was necessary always to use the app. The property looks nicer in the pictures

- Lizzy (10/5): Home away from home! - It was a great location and the AC was a MUST with summer heat in Valencia! We loved making our own meals and we had everything we needed to do so! The unlocking mechanism took some getting used to but after a day or two it was seamless.

Location couldn’t be better if you’re looking to stay in city centre surrounded by good restaurants, shops, parks. The AC didnt work throughout the stay or even from before as informed by management. This made our stay very uncomfortable as it was already 35 degrees in the street. We couldnt sleep at night, it was cooler in the street than inside. We asked ti get it fixed but it wasn’t.

The neighborhood is great, and having Turia Garden nearby was per - The location is excellent, and we truly enjoyed the neighborhood—it felt lively and welcoming. We were traveling with our dog, and having the Turia Garden just nearby was a big plus for us. Everything we needed was close by, and the staff was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A couple of things to note: if the neighbors are loud, the sound can carry into the apartment. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t as cool as we would have liked, but we believe this can be easily resolved.

You only get a coffee, juice and one crossant. No hand soap ìn the appartment. Shower holder not in working other, toilet did not always flash and the lamp above the bed not screwed to the wall properly.

- Giulia (9/5): Eccellent stay in Valencia city centre - Great position, proximity to Colon metro station (less than 30 min to Airport) and walking distance to historic center. The apartment was nicely furnished. The rooms face the internal courtyard and one cannot hear noise coming from the street (it is a lively area with bars and restaurants). The communication with the host was great and they sent us the virtual keys via link, which worked really well and was very convenient. Cleanliness could be improved. The building is poorly soundproofed and one can hear all noise coming from other apartments.

- Adrian (8/5): Very good - Good location. All central sights in walking distance.Jardi de Turia Park is 5 minutes.walk away. Large comfortable bed. Sofa small and uncomfortable. No enough crockery and cutlery to make use of the dishwasher. In fact we had to request more as there was only one fork. Sandra organised this quickly. All the Windows look on to the Back of other apartments. The apartment doesn't have much light from the windows in the day nor from the lights at night. We had trouble with the electronic key because we didn't carefully follow the instruction video. Sandra provided us a key quickly. However all considered it is good value.
- Bianca (9/5): Great location, spotless apartment and very comfortable beds. - I was fine using the app to get into the apartment but for some people it may be a hassle using an app every time and also if your phone battery went flat you'd be in a pickle! We were ok but it could be hard for older people. There was a only Air conditioning in the kitchen so maybe in a height of summer it could get too hot, but we were more than happy with the fans.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung. Wasser gab es gratis im Kühlschrank. Zum Frühstück frische Croissants. Leider auch vieles portionsweise in Plastik abgepackt - einziger Minuspunkt.

However, we had difficulty sleeping because our room was close to reception and close to another apartment (number 14). In this apartment happened a kind of party at night with a lot of noisy and in the morning too.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Super séjour - Je suis restée 3 nuits pour affaires et j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. Comme je commence tôt le matin, je ne pouvais pas me rendre au petit dej servi à partir de 8h mais la gérante m’a fait porter la veille de quoi manger dans l’appartement, ce qui a été vraiment adorable. L’appartement est grand, belle sdb. La quartier est très vivant, avec plein d’options de restauration.
- YOICHI (10/5): アットホームなホテル - Colon駅から徒歩圏内のアパートメントタイプのホテル。私が滞在した部屋はトイレ、シャワーが別になっていたが非常に清潔で大満足。また家庭的ホスピタリティを感じるスタッフは３歳の娘にも優しく対応してくれ、娘が非常にお気に入りのホテルとなった。 朝食も簡素ながら、おいしく頂けのんびりと気兼ねなく滞在できる良い宿泊先だ。

- Giuliano (10/5): Ottimo!!! - Sono stato 4 giorni con la mia famiglia e sono rimasto soddisfattissimo della nostra sistemazione presso il live in chianti, camera spaziosissima, dotate di tutti i confort, in una posizione strategica per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di Valencia davvero in pochi minuti, anche a piedi. Il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, colazione abbondante e davvero buona, sia salato che dolce. Sembra di stare a casa proprio... anzi, anche meglio! Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questo hotel/b&b.

- Peter (8/5): Charmigt Lägenhetshotell - Live in Chianti var ett Charmigt lägenhetshotell. Fina rum med högt i tak och fullutrustat kök. Hyfsat bra läge men hade önskat att bo lite närmre Old Town. Det var dock lite krångligt med frukosten som intogs i ett litet kök på våning 5. Det fanns ej plats för alla gäster samtidigt så man fick vänta på sin "sittning". Valecia som stad var nog den trevligaste på vår roadtrip. Inte så mycket turister som i Barcelona. Totalt sett Bra!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Breve estancia - Alojamiento con simpática decoración, aunque el mobiliario no es del todo práctico, como los sustitutos de las mesas de noche y el armario. Al reservar conviene asegurarse que baño privado no signifique que hay que salir de la habitación. La persona que atiende la recepción es muy amable. El desayuno incluido es muy bueno. Esta ubicado en una buena zona aunque a 15 o 20 minutos andando al centro del casco antiguo
