• enrico (4/5): Posizione geografica e ambiente montano molto bello - Posizione buona per chi vuole accedere agli impianti di risalita, colazione nella norma, piscina acqua troppo fredda e molto frequentata da bambini. Assolutamente negativo il giudizio. La manutenzione della struttura lasciata allo sbando come possono dimostrare le foto che allegherò, sia nelle parti comuni che nella camera e bagno. Nel bagno si presentava il copri water tutto scrostato e a mio giudizio molto antigienico, fatto subito presente alla reception che ha risposto andremo a vedere e mai è stata data una risposta. Camera posta al quarto piano ma l'ascensore arriva solo al terzo, ( sembra fantascienza). La camera non aveva un frigo bar e disponeva di un letto a castello che occupava parte della camera, noi avevamo richiesto una matrimoniale. la reception si presentava con una passatoia all'ingresso divelta e mai riparata per tutta la durata del soggiorno con il rischio di inciampare, e da quanto risulta era già da tempo cosi. Se volevi fermarti a cena dovevi decidere al mattino cosa mangiare a cena cosa mangiare, forse ai tempi della colonia dei ragazzi era cosi. Hotel tre stelle????!!!!!!MA LE STELLE AD UNA STRUTTURA VENGONO DATE IN BASE ALLA SIMPATIA DEI PROPRIETARI OPPURE SU VALUTAZIONE TECNICHE? DIREI CHE DUE PER QUASTA STRUTTURA SONO GIA' MOLTE. A mio parere Booking dovrebbe accertarsi sullo stato di certe strutture, e comunque ritengo di essere nella posizione di avere un riconoscimento da parte di Booking.

• Guest (7/5): Tranquillo - La tranquillità I ragazzini liberi senza controllo, avendo una bimba piccola spesso era difficile salvaguardarla. Occupazione idromassaggio ore senza far entrare altre persone da parte di bambini e anziani.

• Allston (10/5): I would go back in a heartbeat if you are there to ski/snowboard! - The staff are amazing and CANNOT beat the location to the slopes There is not much to do outside of the hotel after the slopes close. The hotel bar and restaurant are perfectly adequate, but not many other options to get supplies or food.

Desiderò inoltre esprimere un encomio a Valentina e alla amministrazione tutta per averci espresso la sua solidarietà nell’incidente che ha visto nostro figlio ricoverato per 2 giorni a causa di ciclisti imprudenti e incoscienti.. ma tutto è bene ciò che finisce bene.. struttura e personale super consigliato.. top.

• Alessandro (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Soggiornato dal 20 al 22 agosto, non avevamo molte pretese, ho letto varie recensioni che un po’ mi hanno sconfortato. In realtà non sono stato male, il prezzo per la zona é ottimo i servizi offerti sono buoni e la vista é eccezionale. Colazione abbondante e ben fornita. La camera, beh puo essere una pecca, piccola un po’ datata e non pulitissima…poco male la struttura offre un massaggio e delle piscinette riscaldate a idromassaggio nulla di eccezionale ma ci sono. In sostanza non sono stato male, personale sempre disponibile
• Ronnie (2/5): Do not go here. Better sleep under the stars - Location is beautiful No hospitality, cranky staff. Dinner was a disaster, they served terrible food. My son had a rotten apple (!) from the fruit plate. Then there was a power failure halfway throughout the dinner which they didn’t solve and we decided to leave (pictures included) I recommend everyone to stay anywhere but here

The meals :no matter what you ate you had to pay full price . The people at the reception could have smiled a little,they were okay but not very welcoming.

• Marian (6/5): Pleasant - Very close to the ski lifts, parking in front, and ski storage. The fire alarm went on at 4 AM, waking the whole hotel, and hotel staff came after 20 minutes to turn it off - as nobody was at the reception. The pool was closed, even if they said it was opened on the phone. The food at dinner was cold. I'll avoid this hotel in the future.

• Nardos (6/5): If it wasn't for the breakfast and massage I would have rated 10 - The hotel was lovely and graceful more than I expected ( little bit outdated) but nothing to complain about.The facilities like swimming pool, sauna, Steam and Jacuzzi were amazing. We enjoyed every bit, only on Saturday it was kind of crowded, it would be better to extend the opening hours at least on weekends. Staff from reception, bar and spa were lovely. The breakfast was a complete disappointment. I don't recommend it at all. I will explain you what was served; mortedella, a slice of cheap cheese, store bought pastries, yogurt in a ball, bottled juice, canned sliced pineapple selfservice coffee and cappuccino from a machine, bread loaf, cereals, my kids just had half glass of juice and a Peace of bread I was charged 10 Euros for them since they were under 10 and 18 euros for us. The service at the breakfast room needs improvement. At the spa the masseur was polite and professional, nevertheless the massage was bad not good experience. It was like spilling warm oil on your newborn and rubbing his back. To conclude, if it wasn't for the breakfast and the massage I would have rated 10. I highly recommend the hotel just skip the breakfast and if you need a massage ask the masseur for a better service. Breakfast and massage
• Inga (8/5): Hotel with nice mountain view - Very beautiful view from the hotel room balcony. Clean room and comfortable beds. Pool and sauna are available after good walks. Very helpful staff - due to the limited restaurant menu, our kids didn't find anything to eat there for dinner, but the kitchen cooked for them something out of the menu. Thank you for that. Restaurant menu very limited.

The breakfast was definitely not worth 9 euros - really poor choice (bread, few spreads, cheese and cereals - for the price you can get a really good and big breakfast in town).

Abendessen war eine Katastrophe. Frühstück war ok, wenn man Kaffeeautomat mit Milchpulver etc. mag. Würde es ehrlich gesagt nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Anonmt (8/5): Relaxed stay - The location and views were magical. The rustic look is also a plus. Staff were all nice and friendly. Breakfast was well equipped and as one of us needed gluten free they were very abundant too apart from value for money. The place has multiple amenities too. Also ample parking space and very close to mountain access. The rooms were a bit small but enough for our use. Perhaps electricity outlets in the room may be limited. Soap was not topped up per use but were given only once at the start. Even though it was very quickly settled, staff seem to have an issue with communication as gluten free items were not advised (or so we were told).

Il personale è gentile e disponibile ( abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e siamo partiti un giorno prima senza dover pagare la relativa notte)

• CLAUDIO (10/5): Tutto a disposizione! - L'Hotel è superlativo! LA piscina e la Sauna +bagno turco sono ottime per rilassarsi e recuperare dopo una giornata sulle piste... CAmere pulite e in ordine. Luogo tranquillo. Poi, l'hotel è praticamente sulle piste. Sky service sempre a pochi metri ed efficiente cosi come il botteghino per lo Ski Pass. un soggiorno ottimo ed adeguato alle nostre necessità
