• Domagoj (8/5): - Svidjela mi se lokacija hotela , iszvrstan pogleda prema moru , spustiš se lifton , prođeš kroz tunel i plaža je odma tu , sobe su uredne i čiste , kao i cijeli hotel .Hrana je odlična , baš velik izbor hrane , piće također . Na katu gdje je recepcija se nalazi kafić ogromni imaju savršenu kavu i dobre kolače . Osoblje cijelog hotela je nasmijano i veselo .

• Amela (9/5): - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, für jeden etwas dabei Der Wellnesbereich war sehr gut, nettes Personal, leider war der Pool auf dem Dach nicht geheizt, also haben wir verzichtet dort zu baden. Die Stadt ist aber wunderschön Wir haben den vollen Preis bezahlt, hatten leider nicht alles was angeboten wurde. Pollbar 1 und 2 war nicht im Betrieb.

• Lauri (5/5): Kohtalainen - Tilava hotelli ja spa sisältyi hintaan. Hotelli ei ole enää sellainen kuin kuvissa. Hotelli alkaa olemaan jo kulunut ja vanha. Hotellissa kauppa on pieni ja auki harvoin.

It was lovely to be able to enjoy all the facilities and lose oneself within hotel, surrounded by the sea and mountains, tranquil and magical views, with access to Infinity pool for that perfect moment of serenity, where the nature wraps you and the refreshing salty water touches your skin. Wellness and Spa facilities are at the heart of the hotel and welcome from the check in at reception to absolute invigorating Spa and Wellness experience. Truly relaxing atmosphere , professional approach, and being looked after left us feeling refreshed and recharged . Thank you

Bila je prevelika gužva na bazenu što je razumljivo obzirom da je bio praznik i gost koji je u unutrašnjem bazenu pušio, a niko ga nije upozorio, znsm da se radi o izuzetnom slučaju ali treba osoblju skrenuti pažnju, sve ostslo je ok🤗

• Amina (5/5): - Hrana je bila uredu, kao i lokacija. Željela bih pohvaliti uposlenika Boška koji je jako ljubazan i koji nam pomogao da riješimo nesretni slučaj koji se desio na našem vozilu. Soba je bila jako bučna, ventilacija je brujala 24h bez prestanka. Toalet je konstantno imao neugodan miris. Grijanje u sobi nije radilo, u nekim momentima nam je bilo zima. Toalet je bio prehladan za kupanje, a bili smo sa malom bebom. Soba nije bila pretjerano čista. Stvari su dotrajale. U sobi na prozoru je bila pukotina na staklu. Bilo me strah da se moja beba ne povrijedi. Krevet je jako neudoban jer su to dva sastavljena madraca koja se pri pomicanju pomjeraju, a naša beba je trebala spavati sa nama jer nije bilo dodatnog krevetica, tako da smo morali improvizovati nesto kako bismo sastav ispunili da beba ne upadne doslovce u rupu između madraca koja se stvori. Na parkingu hotela, koji je izvan dvorista hotela, zatekli smo automobil sa potpuno razbijenom zadnjom šajbom, pri čemu nam je na automobilu pričinjena velika materijalna šteta. Uposlenici su nam pokušali pomoći, posebno uposlenik Boško koji nam je maximalno pomogao, ali smatram da je parking trebao imati bolji nadzor kako se nesto tako ne bi desilo. Ipak je to parking od hotela.. Nama ostaje da saniramo štetu!!

• thomas (4/5): - Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel, aber doch mit einigen Schwächen: - Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nicht freundlich (wenn man vorbeigeht, wird man ignoriert; die Begrüßung ist ebenfalls nicht wirklich einladend). Das restliche Personal war hingegen freundlich. - Der Infinity Pool am Dach war nicht in Betrieb. Das war eigentlich der Grund, wieso ich gebucht habe. - Das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht besonders. Für 4 Sterne gerade noch akzeptabel. - Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, dadurch war es etwas stickig. Tür zum Balkon öffnen bringt wenig frische Luft nach innen, zumal dann die Gefahr groß ist, dass man in der Nacht von Mücken geweckt wird ;) - Was mich noch persönlich sehr ärgert: Ich habe nach meiner Buchung per Kontaktformular nach einem kleinen Extra-Service gefragt. Meine Anfrage wurde nie beantwortet. Ich hätte eigentlich 3-4 Sterne gegeben. Aber ich empfinde es also sowas von unprofessionell, wenn man als Unternehmen nicht einmal den Anstand bestitzt, an Anfragen eines Gastes (= Kunden) zu antworten. Demnach nur 2 Sterne und eher keine Empfehlung von mir. Leider gibt es in der Region nicht viel vergleichbare Auswahl...

• Jure (6/5): Soliden hotel za dobro ceno. - Hrana, Čistoča v hotelu. Udobne postelje in prijazne čistilke. Na balkonu hotelske sobe je bil speljan žleb za meteorno vodo iz strehe. V času padavin ( celo noč in dan !) se sliši voda ki teče po žlebu in nezaželjen ropot - voda udarja v pločevino in sliši se neprijeten ropot. To bi lahko odpravili že z minimalno korekcijo odtoka in gostje bi bili zadovoljni ! (soba 762) V kopalnici je bil vseskozi prisoten vonj po kanalizaciji.

• Ross (3/5): Disappointing, given the high score it has achieved on this site. - The location was useful for Neum itself, and the views were fantastic, although that is not the give the hotel any merit for them simply existing. To save my own time, I have copied the email I wrote to the hotel following my stay: I am writing to express my profound disappointment following a recent stay at your establishment in Neum, which had been marketed with some vigour as “the most luxurious hotel in the Riviera.” A promising description, sadly let down by reality. To begin with, while locating the hotel and securing parking were relatively straightforward, I felt fortunate to find a space—curious, considering the hotel boasts 400 rooms and seemingly no intention of accommodating the associated vehicles. Upon entering my room, I was greeted not by luxury, but by a decor that could best be described as drab, and a general ambience which would not have felt out of place in an estate agent's “before” photo. More troubling were the specifics: shower pipework protruding unceremoniously from the wall, shelves listing at angles reminiscent of sinking ships, and a host of scuffs and cracks that suggest repair and maintenance are more concept than practice. For a hotel professing four-star status, the room would struggle to merit two without flattery. The bedding was uninspiring, and the complimentary toiletries—while technically present—left me yearning for the comforts of supermarket own-brand alternatives. After an unremarkable night's sleep on unremarkable sheets, I held out hope for the breakfast buffet. That hope was swiftly extinguished. What followed could best be described as a culinary farce. I sampled various offerings for twenty minutes, each one a feeble impersonation of food, and eventually abandoned the effort entirely. Rarely have I encountered a meal so lacking in both flavour and dignity. In summary, the experience fell dramatically short of the quality and refinement promised. The atmosphere throughout was one of quiet resignation, and I daresay guests might be forgiven for thinking they'd wandered not into a luxury hotel, but into purgatory with free Wi-Fi.

• Miodrag (7/5): - Hotel je u suštini jako lepo opremljen sa urednim i čistim sobama. Lepi veliki bazeni,parking ispred hotela ili u garaži ako ima mesta. Osoblje je ljubazno. Plaža nije privatna kako se navodi ponegde nego se placa zakup lezaljke bez obzira sto ste gost hotela. Švedski sto je prilično jednoličan u odnosu na druge hotele tog ranga.

• Asad (5/5): Enttäuscht - Das Frühstück war gut und vom Fitnessstudio hatte man eine schönen Blick direkt aufs Meer Der Parkwächter war sehr unfreundlich – wir wurden mit den Worten empfangen: „Was wollen Sie denn hier?“ Der Parkplatz war zudem überfüllt. Das Hotel wirbt mit einem privaten Strand, allerdings haben wir dort leider auch keinen Platz gefunden, da dieser auch von Nicht-Hotelgästen belegt war. Zusätzlich verkauft das Hotel Tagestickets, wodurch es insgesamt sehr überfüllt wirkt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht.

• Samel (1/5): - Za ovaj hotel jedino sto se moze reci da je uredu je cistoca..jako losa usluga,ne ljubaznost odoblja..bazeni sa jako hladnom vodom, placanje peskira I lezaljki..Plaza je prepuna nemas gdje spustiti pice,ljudi su jedni na drugima bukvalno..kupatila u sobama su nepristupacna ako imate djecu tesko je istusirati se..hrana u restoranu je za ovako veliki hotel jako oskudna.. ima tu jos mnogo toga uglavnom jako lose iskustvo..
