The location is excellent, within walking distance of many of Madrid’s main attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. It’s also very close to the Metro Station, which is well connected to the rest of the city, making it easy to reach. Overall, a great choice for both comfort and accessibility in Madrid with wonderful staff. In addition, the breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of options and choices I don’t have any comment. Everything was great.

Super warm welcome on arrival from all the team. We stayed in a Superior Room with amazing views over Plaza de Espana. Superb facilities and high standards of cleanliness. Breakfast in restaurant every morning - really enjoyable and very attentive service. Overall, we loved it and would highly recommend

The bed sank a little oddly when sitting on it, but only on one side. - Richard (10/5): We had a fantastic time at this lovely hotel and will book again in June. - It’s beautiful, the staff are lovely (Juan at reception - thank you!). It feel modern-luxurious , clean, comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. The spa is great for a city hotel. The tiniest things: the tv in the room has chrome cast but I’m an Apple fan so couldn’t mirror my screen. There are no native apps so no Netflix, Apple TV, prime etc. I’m vegetarian. Ty e restaurant on the 12th floor (Go! It’s excellent) has no vegetarian options in the menu, but when I asked I got the most delicious grilled Artichoke and Mushroom risotto. Why not put them in the menu?!

Daniel the concierge went above and beyond to look after me and my two friends when we weren't allowed into the Sky bar. The pool wasn't open which we didn't know beforehand. There was a dress code for the Sky bar on Saturday evening which meant we were denied admission in our smart casual clothes.

- Chiili (10/5): A great hotel - From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Maria check us in and was extremely helpful in telling us where to see the sites and suggested restaurants to us. We wanted a very quiet room and she found us a room that was extremely quiet. Maria deserves a shout out due to her exceptional customer service. The hotel is very modern with a great bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was really good too with a wide selection. Next time in Madrid we will certainly stay here.

- Mohammed (4/5): Bad experience & not recommended - The staff were the only best thing in this hotel The bathroom smells very bad, they changed my room & still the other room has the same issue. For a 5 star hotel & with this price, I shouldn’t be facing for these minor issues.

- Antonio Jesús (10/5): Está bastant bien, pero hoteles más económicos ofrecen lo mismo o más. - La calidad de la habitación y la atención del personal Para ser una habitación superior es un poco pequeña. El ambiente del hotel resulta un poco frío. La cafetería es aledaña al hotel y hay que salir para acceder.
